Located inside poppy collective salon and while they don't have the most interior space, the coffee is great. Recommend trying their unique flavors. Staff is super friendly and service is fast.

Such a cute little coffee spot attached to a hair salon. I love the clean and natural aesthetic. We tried the smoked salted maple latte and pistachio matcha. Both were great! They have a fall menu that looks delicious. The barista was really nice and helpful. If I lived here this would definitely be my go to spot.

What a great idea putting this cute coffee/tea spot inside The Poppy Collective hair salon. Easy to find inside the Village Square Shopping Center. Plenty of parking and other businesses to explore. I was craving my morning matcha latté but was looking for someplace other than my usual spot. I opened Yelp and this place appeared. I walked in, loved all the earthy decor. This place is small but welcoming. I really liked the tones of the colors they used and the beautiful plants. I perused the menu and the Golden Apricot Matcha Latté caught my eye. I asked the barista Jack about it and he told me it was a very popular and tasty drink. I went with it and I was extremely pleased with the recommendation. They use Shizuoka matcha and it is one of the best matcha powders I have tasted. My latté had a slight taste of sweetness with the apricot syrup but it overall I really enjoyed this drink and plan to return for another. There is a small area with a couple tables and a counter to sit and relax. Glad I came by and found this hidden gem. Thank you for the terrific service.

It's a very cute place. I like the colors and decoration. The location is also a nice area. I tried their coffee for the first time. I ordered cold and hot, different types. My mom, sister, and me as well we all liked the flavors. The service was quick, but I wish they were more welcoming. I also wish they had different and more choices, but I'm not sure maybe they only make type of coffees with Matcha.... But all good, we liked the coffee and I'm glad I tried "Palm Sugar"

Decided to take my newborn across Las Vegas to start supporting local coffee shops. Also brought my mom this time. I absolutely love the decor! Very much tropic/beach vibes. The place is inside a salon. There are only two tables and maybe 5 seats at the bar and another 5 by the window. Came around 11am on a Friday morning and it wasn't crowded. Got the Fig Burnt latte half sweet with oat milk and my mom got the caramelized date latte (sugar-conscious menu). Both were very good! I asked to have it in a cup (for here) since I like sitting down and enjoy my coffee. Also for the opportunity for pictures. Will be back to try the other interesting flavors. You'll see from the menu that they have pretty unique lattes!

Loved the atmosphere, even though it's in a salon it felt cozy. And the latte was great! The barista was super friendly and helped in deciding.

I went all the way out to Summerlin today to try a latte I saw on their Instagram, and I loved it! They have a great social media presence, which is what brought me out there, and the space is open and pretty. My smoked salted maple latte was great and the barista was friendly. I definitely will be back!

What a fun coffee shop! Palm sugar has the right idea! This coffee spot is located within the same roof as a hair salon. This is such a fun and smart idea. If I was getting my hair done it is a MUST to grab coffee first so I thought it Palm sugar being within a salon is so efficient and convenient. The overall aesthetic of the place has a neutral coastal tone. It was appealing to the eye and quite inviting. I ordered their fall drink - iced Butterscotch Coconut latte. I really enjoyed that latte! I can't wait to try the other items on their specialty menu!

    Do they sell hot chocolate?

Hey Nisia, we do not have hot chocolate on our menu but can make hot chocolate with our in house mocha syrup and steamed milk.

Is this a good place to study at and if so are there outlets available?

Hey Maria, we do have bar seating that you can study at. Since its inside of a hair salon I would say its a little noisier than your average coffee shop but the environment is great. At the coffee bar we can plug in, working on getting more outlets…

I actually did consider leaving my car at La Strega and walking over to Better Days, but it was just too hot and muggy to do so. I'm no stranger to Summerlin, with the occasional visit here and there, but I've never seen or heard of this place. This is a cute little hole in the wall coffee shop just off the 215 freeway at Town Center in Summerlin. They had their March menu on display in the very front, and my eye immediately caught their Lucky Charms Matcha Latte. I don't eat cereal at all, but I was interested in this drink and asked for the basics on it. This latte has made from scratch Irish cream syrup, your choice of milk, marshmallow cloud, and topped with Lucky Charms marshmallows, but without the crunchy cereal part. This drink tasted like and had the texture exactly like St. Patrick's Day. It was amazing! March is almost over, so catch this drink and all their other March drinks on hand when you still can. Their other March drink they have available is called Luck of the Irish Latte. It has similar ingredients to the Lucky Charms Matcha Latte, only it has espresso and no Lucky Charms marshmallows on top. If you're ever in Summerlin, come check out Better Days. Yes, they are a hidden gem, but they have great drinks, seasonal and year long.

The place is cute and had a comfortable vibe. It's not the biggest place but there is seating both pictured and in another, smaller area tucked in a corner. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found what I thought was an almond croissant and learned that it was ube. I'm glad they corrected me, I was in the mood for one thing and would have been surprised had they not helped me. I opted for a regular butter croissant, heated. I ordered an iced oat milk latte and croissant. The croissant was big and flakey. I heated mine but wouldn't the next time because it lost some of its crispiness. The coffee was rich and full-bodied. Definitely craft house and not a run of the mill latte. Tasty.

Tonight's theme was swing dancing, which kicked off with a beginner lesson at 6:15PM. The cover charge was a reasonable $15.50 per person and included a free drink from their selection of standard beverages. We went with the lemonade, which was served in an elegant champagne flute. It was decent, though it didn't taste freshly squeezed. The turnout was excellent--during the lesson, the place was packed shoulder-to-shoulder, with dancers filling every available inch of floor space. Afterward, a live jazz band took the stage and kept the energy high. The night was genuinely fun, with swing in the air and a lively, nostalgic atmosphere. It did get quite warm inside, but a couple of fans helped keep the air circulating. On regular nights, I understand Coffee Note shifts to a more relaxed open jazz jam session--perfect for sitting at a table with a drink and soaking in the sounds of America's musical past. The venue itself is a charming little coffee shop that feels ideal for reading, working, or enjoying quiet conversation with friends. We'll definitely be back for future events.

Cory was our server on visit #1 and he helped us out a bit in visit #2 as well. What a doll. He's so kind and helped get us what we needed for the meal. He was always on it and quietly making sure everyone was all set. Zarina was the other standout who helped us. She was incredibly sweet with the guests and my little lady specifically. She was so sincere in her caring about the guests and chatting with us. The space is beautiful. Pastries ate arranged in a pleasing display in the front. The macaroons are gorgeous. The tables are clean and the seating is comfortable. Now, the food. Guys. GUYS. So good.
