Burnt fig latte had great depth of flavor and balanced sweetness

Located inside poppy collective salon and while they don't have the most interior space, the coffee is great. Recommend trying their unique flavors. Staff is super friendly and service is fast.

Such a cute little coffee spot attached to a hair salon. I love the clean and natural aesthetic. We tried the smoked salted maple latte and pistachio matcha. Both were great! They have a fall menu that looks delicious. The barista was really nice and helpful. If I lived here this would definitely be my go to spot.

What a great idea putting this cute coffee/tea spot inside The Poppy Collective hair salon. Easy to find inside the Village Square Shopping Center. Plenty of parking and other businesses to explore. I was craving my morning matcha latté but was looking for someplace other than my usual spot. I opened Yelp and this place appeared. I walked in, loved all the earthy decor. This place is small but welcoming. I really liked the tones of the colors they used and the beautiful plants. I perused the menu and the Golden Apricot Matcha Latté caught my eye. I asked the barista Jack about it and he told me it was a very popular and tasty drink. I went with it and I was extremely pleased with the recommendation. They use Shizuoka matcha and it is one of the best matcha powders I have tasted. My latté had a slight taste of sweetness with the apricot syrup but it overall I really enjoyed this drink and plan to return for another. There is a small area with a couple tables and a counter to sit and relax. Glad I came by and found this hidden gem. Thank you for the terrific service.

It's a very cute place. I like the colors and decoration. The location is also a nice area. I tried their coffee for the first time. I ordered cold and hot, different types. My mom, sister, and me as well we all liked the flavors. The service was quick, but I wish they were more welcoming. I also wish they had different and more choices, but I'm not sure maybe they only make type of coffees with Matcha.... But all good, we liked the coffee and I'm glad I tried "Palm Sugar"

Decided to take my newborn across Las Vegas to start supporting local coffee shops. Also brought my mom this time. I absolutely love the decor! Very much tropic/beach vibes. The place is inside a salon. There are only two tables and maybe 5 seats at the bar and another 5 by the window. Came around 11am on a Friday morning and it wasn't crowded. Got the Fig Burnt latte half sweet with oat milk and my mom got the caramelized date latte (sugar-conscious menu). Both were very good! I asked to have it in a cup (for here) since I like sitting down and enjoy my coffee. Also for the opportunity for pictures. Will be back to try the other interesting flavors. You'll see from the menu that they have pretty unique lattes!

Loved the atmosphere, even though it's in a salon it felt cozy. And the latte was great! The barista was super friendly and helped in deciding.

I went all the way out to Summerlin today to try a latte I saw on their Instagram, and I loved it! They have a great social media presence, which is what brought me out there, and the space is open and pretty. My smoked salted maple latte was great and the barista was friendly. I definitely will be back!

What a fun coffee shop! Palm sugar has the right idea! This coffee spot is located within the same roof as a hair salon. This is such a fun and smart idea. If I was getting my hair done it is a MUST to grab coffee first so I thought it Palm sugar being within a salon is so efficient and convenient. The overall aesthetic of the place has a neutral coastal tone. It was appealing to the eye and quite inviting. I ordered their fall drink - iced Butterscotch Coconut latte. I really enjoyed that latte! I can't wait to try the other items on their specialty menu!

    Do they sell hot chocolate?

Hey Nisia, we do not have hot chocolate on our menu but can make hot chocolate with our in house mocha syrup and steamed milk.

Is this a good place to study at and if so are there outlets available?

Hey Maria, we do have bar seating that you can study at. Since its inside of a hair salon I would say its a little noisier than your average coffee shop but the environment is great. At the coffee bar we can plug in, working on getting more outlets… Read more

We both had hot Americanos w steamed almond milk and they were made to perfection. Not bitter, rich and piping hot! This was one of the most enjoyable coffee spots I've been to in Vegas to date. There were food options available but I can't recommend them because I didn't try any. I watched some people enjoying what looked like large slices of toast with eggs & bacon, some baked goods and I saw what looked like either matcha or a green smoothie. More than just coffee to enjoy.

Overall, pricing pretty much about the same as other similar shops but food offerings have solid portion sizes and the items offered are good quality. Ceramic mugs on offer for sit down coffee. Food options are pretty nice as well...a healthy amount of food options for lunch or breakfast or snack. Pesto turkey sandwich superb...great mix of items and good quality portion. One thing I loved... I added avocado and got a huge serving of avocado on both sandwiches. No, quarter of an avocado for 5 dollar bullshit like at so many places... you get a very large double set of avocado slices for your money, which is very important. Doesn't make me feel cheated or nickel and dimed with the quality and size of the portion, even though it isn't exactly cheap. Overall, good food and pastries, good quality coffee, very good quality food and excellent portion size for your money. Staff have always been pleasant. Overall a place we have made a regular spot in the rotation.

I actually did consider leaving my car at La Strega and walking over to Better Days, but it was just too hot and muggy to do so. I'm no stranger to Summerlin, with the occasional visit here and there, but I've never seen or heard of this place. This is a cute little hole in the wall coffee shop just off the 215 freeway at Town Center in Summerlin. They had their March menu on display in the very front, and my eye immediately caught their Lucky Charms Matcha Latte. I don't eat cereal at all, but I was interested in this drink and asked for the basics on it. This latte has made from scratch Irish cream syrup, your choice of milk, marshmallow cloud, and topped with Lucky Charms marshmallows, but without the crunchy cereal part. This drink tasted like and had the texture exactly like St. Patrick's Day. It was amazing! March is almost over, so catch this drink and all their other March drinks on hand when you still can. Their other March drink they have available is called Luck of the Irish Latte. It has similar ingredients to the Lucky Charms Matcha Latte, only it has espresso and no Lucky Charms marshmallows on top. If you're ever in Summerlin, come check out Better Days. Yes, they are a hidden gem, but they have great drinks, seasonal and year long.

I'd recommend dining in! Despite at that time, there was one server working, he did a great job overseeing and taking care of everyone and was quite patient with us! We ordered the Croque Monsieur, French Onion Soup and the Kouign-amann (queen ah-mahn), and serving wise, this was good enough for me and my girlfriend to split! Everything was cooked quite well, full of flavors and the Kouign-amann was probably our favorite for that day! It's served strictly at 8:30am and will be available until they sell out. So get up early and get yours quick! We loved the flakey yet soft texture, the flavor and how buttery it was. It's definitely a must try!
