Its a decent location to knock the daily grime off. There is little to be said for their drying technique though. Its done manually with one or two people at the end of the tunnel quickly wiping your vehicle prior to the next vehicle arriving. It doesn't quite give them enough time to do a thorough job. Normally i wash it myself. The few times I've taken it to a gas station car wash($5-$8), some if the crap is still there. I decided to get the $11 wash. They had an $8 one, but thought why not.... I had a mini detail done here last week. I'm just getting around to posting this, but the experience was pretty bad. First off, I was misquoted on the price. It was a little over $60 for the package I got, when I was quoted a little under $40. No big deal, didn't mind too much. But couple this with the poor attitude of the guy you pay when you drive up and his lack of knowledge of their process, the visit didn't start off so well. Paid for the wash, waited for about an hour for them to finish. When I left, I noticed soap dripping out of the panels inside my car and my windows were in bad shape. The Windows looked fine until I rolled them down and back up. I called and the manager told me that since I had already left, they couldn't guarantee the work. I've attached some photos. Seventeen dollars for a quick, drive through car wash (connected to a fast food place) seems a bit high. Wasn't amazing but did the job.

I have used this car wash for years since it opened. It is going to rain so I stopped by just to vacuum out my car before Thanksgiving. Rafael came out and said you have to wash car first. I never wash my car first. I called and spoke with manager Richard which was on duty today. He said that was a company policy to wash car first. This is my go to place for car washes for a few reasons. For one thing, they order from my work, and I deliver to them somewhat often, and they have always tipped me fairly. You tip me, you earn my business. You stiff me, you lose me as a customer, as well as the entire store's worth of employees and anyone else I happen to talk to. I even bring my old work car to them. I don't know if it's just me or if they do this for everyone, but if I signal to the hand-drying guy not to bother, he just gives me a thumbs up and I drive off. Maybe my old work car, with its paint faded into three different colors, is unusual enough that they figure I don't care about the hand-drying. On the family's newer cars, I get them to towel dry, and I tip accordingly, but there's just no point on my old work car. I just want the bird poop off. The detail guys are really nice and, if you tip them a decent amount and make sure they see it, you'll easily get a $100 detail job for a quarter of the price. That's a hell of a bargain. Their automatic wash is probably the best in town. It's not completely infallible -- sun-baked bug guts and bird poo might not come off on the first time through -- but it's as close as it gets for an automatic wash. Definitely as close as it gets for $13. And they'll even let you run it through again if it doesn't get the car 100% clean. If you get the package with the tire shine, you do have to remind them to apply it sometimes, but they're not rude about it or anything. You're probably car #148 that they've seen come through that day, and you know what you ordered better than they do, so give them a quick heads up instead of ignoring it and then complaining in the reviews. read more

Drove in and was trying to decide which wash to get when I got approached by an employee who claimed that only their two most expensive options included the 3 color foam that I wanted. She was kind of pushy and also insisted on taking my card to pay at the automated machine. Ended up getting the second most expensive option and was suprised to see that there was no colored foam, just the regular one. Not sure if this was an error on their side but it seems like I got the same wash that someone who picked the cheapest option would've gotten. Giving some stars back because you get to use the vacuums for free at the end and they have a powerful suction and better than what I've seen at other places. read more

Vacuums are routinely broken (lacking suction) at all or most of the cleaning stations. Last two times I visited, cad exited with foamy bubbles dripping off the car and on the hood. Ridiculous that they don't tell you things are malfunctioning or out of order before you decide to spend 15+ for a car wash. Go elsewhere- this place is subpar at best. read more

I've been going to Palms Car Wash since it opened the North location and I absolutely love it! The attendants are very professional, courteous, and will go out of their way to please customers. Recently, I went to get my truck washed and vacuumed. I have a large truck so it takes a good deal of time to get it dried off and cleaned out. That evening, upon leaving a work event, I found my freshly washed truck had been sprayed with water, rather dirty water at that, leaving it covered in a film of dirt, ugh! So, I stopped by Palms on the way home to get the dirt off. I don't have a membership so I was expecting to have to pay again. When I told the attendant what happened he said not to worry about it and gave me a re-wash at no charge. Wow! That is how you keep customers coming back! I will never go back to this car wash. Today I went to get a car wash and it was super busy. At the end the guy was trying to keep up with wiping down the cars but really couldn't. As he started mine he was standing right in it so I stepped on the brake as not to hit the guy. He started wiping my car down well I guess they don't have sensors so the car behind me taps my car. He runs over and pushes the emergency stop button. The problem was the cars were so close together it just took a small delay to cause the hitting. When I brought it up to the manager at first he said that was my issue I would have to take it up with my insurance. After I pushed him he went and looked at the video. He said it's my fault because I hit the brakes. So my new car is has 2 nice scratches in it. I will never go back to this place. Accidents happen but take responsibility for it!! read more

Cleaned my car here the other day and was BEYOND impressed with the customer service and amazing attitude! I have a cargo box on my Nissan Rogue and wasn't sure if I could go through the car wash with it. But Oscar assured me I could and helped me out with that by calling on his radio inside to have the top washer turned off for me. After the carwash I moved onto cleaning the inside of my car. I had no idea they provided everything for me, I was amazed and grateful since I had just bout $20 worth of stuff to clean my car at Target that I would now be returning. Oscar came up again and helped go over everything for me, which was extremely helpful since I had never been there before. Then another SUPER helpful and SWEET man, I didn't catch his name, helped finish cleaning my wheels and then cleaned every one of my car mats for me! I was so thankful for that, I still can't believe he did that for me, it was such a nice gesture. I got home and raved to my husband about this place. The customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced. I would recommend this place to anyone and will continue to give them my business forever in the future. read more

I've never used the carpet cleaning detail before so I figured I get it done for my son to whom I want to give the car too. They told me they put the mats in the trunk and I was like ok. I get home the wet mats are on my clothes I had back there. There are spots that were missed and still dirty on the carpet. I took one of the mats that still wasn't cleaned right and put oxy clean and scrubbed myself and did a better job than what was done. I have before and after pics of what was done and then what I did. Clearly the job was done poorly and I had $50 basically wasted down the drain. My carpet wasn't dried properly so now my car smells sour and I have to constantly spray frebreze bc how bad the smell is. I will not pay for any other services from this place other than a car wash. So very disappointed. And I tipped....smdh. And..... when they said detail I thought the insides would be wiped down and cleaned because normally that's what it means. I get in my car and nothing was wiped. Wtf! I went home and did it myself. I guess I need to be more specific and ask if they will do the insides for the detail. This car wash put me off a little when I drove up. They have an automated selection screen that allows you to pick your car wash, and insert your card to pay. Pretty standard stuff. But, when trying to use this very simple interface, an employee wants to take my credit card from my hand and insert it into the machine for me. After stating I got it covered he put himself in between me and machine, requiring me to hand him my credit card. Once I gave him my card, he was very polite and finished the transaction for me. Here's the problem, with credit card skimming as pervasive as it is, this is a prime example of how your card gets compromised. I don't think it happened at this location, but this is exactly what all the banks tell you to avoid. As for the car wash, my car became dirtier after the car wash, then before I went in. There are thousands of dirt spots perfectly distributed all over my car. I've included 3 pictures of what my car looks like after being washed. I was being lazy and wanted to just get my car washed without much of a hassle. I guess I just should have taken the time and done it myself. read more

First off - I'm a monthly paying member- after this post I will be canceling my membership. With that being said I went to the car wash this morning to wash and clean my car on the inside. Upon entering the vacuum area, which I always vacuum first then wash my car so I can just continue on I was approached by Jorge in the vacuum area even before I could park; he told me I had to wash my car first if I wanted to use the vacuums. I explained to him and showed him my tag in my window for my membership and he said "you go now wash car and then come back". I told him I want to wash my car last and vacuum first so I can continue on, he then got closer to my car window and said again with his hands up "you must wash car first read sign go away". I told him don't talk to me that way and that I've always washed my car last and vacuum first. He then got to the point of right at my door and said "go wash car first". I back up and go over to the area where you have to drive in to have your car washed and spoke to Jennifer, super nice super polite & apologized for his behavior. Low and behold who walks up behind Jennifer but Jorge, the guy that told me I had to wash my car first. I told him he was not needed in our conversation between Jennifer and I and he still stood there. I asked them to politely leave because he had nothing to do with a separate conversation. He then smirked and walked away. I asked Jennifer for the manager Who she said was Chris the manager on duty. Now I'm back through the car wash and at the vacuum area and I asked Jennifer if I could speak to Chris and she said yes and pointed that that was him across the parking lot holding a black water bottle standing there just looking around. He came over to me I started to explain how rude his employee was and told me that I couldn't vacuum my car first but I had to go through the car wash etc. etc. and that he was being "sort of an asshole". Chris became very defensive and said he talks that way because there is a language barrier English is not his first language, Spanish is. I told him it should not matter what language is your first language that it matters HOW he spoke to me. He then proceeded to tell me that He was not going to allow me to call his employee names and told me that I was on private property. I told him it may be private property but I have a membership to be there. I also told Chris you're not going to tell ME how to talk if you can't tell your employee how to talk to a customer. I told him that's a cop out for saying there's a language barrier when clearly Jorge knew what he was saying he was just being quite rude about it. I asked Chris how to cancel my membership and he told me to go on their website and cancel it that way. I told him this is so ridiculous that you would actually not even apologize for your employee being rude and he said again it's a language barrier. Then I told him then don't have a person with a language barrier talk to your paying customers. His response was "bye-bye" I told him I was done with the conversation and he told me I was not going to just dismiss him. I told him I was because I was done with the conversation it's pointless on having a conversation with the person that clearly does not understand customer service. Never ever have I been so disappointed in a business. I have been a member with the car wash for sometime and to have this happen just truly blows my mind. So I guess you have to bear with the people that talk rudely to you because there is a language barrier? I don't think so. There is a way in a manner that you just talk to people even if there is a language barrier. Can't use the vacuums without buying a car wash. Makes no sense because sometimes I don't need a car wash and just want to clean out the dog hair from my car. The automatic exterior was is excellent, however AVOID any of the interior "detailing" services. I paid around $50 and ended up with what looked like a bottle of olive oil exploded inside my new car. The interior products they use are cheap and applied unevenly (thus the exploded bottle of oil look). I ended up needing to go buy a bunch of micro fiber towels and cleaning products to get it all off the dash, seats and glass. read more

Last time I spend 100$ on cleaning! Tunnel is as all fo them, short of ok, still you have to do some extra cleaning getting the reamining water, I guess thats typical. But, paid extra for interior cleaning, had to clean the glass myself at home. They don't even use a clean cloth to do it, not sure what they use, but got worse that when I got it in. Paid extra for detail tire cleaning. Oh my god, a brand new car, with almost no dirt and they left 50% of the rims dirty. Worst part, paid also for waxing the car, last time! they messed all the chrome, the windows and they didn't even did the whole car. Cheap and awful labor. Highly recommend getting a quote via Yelp before you head over. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the level of customer service and the attention to detail. And, I was very surprised (shocked, to be more accurate) by how nice the bathrooms were for a car wash. There were no high pressure salesmen trying to fix your windshield (which is a first). I'm very picky about who washes my vehicle and they did not disappoint. I will be a regular customer. read more

Thanks for replying Sir, I want to inform you that I do not benefit from wrongfully accusing your business. Pictures were taken as soon as I arrived home. Notice how my f250 emblem looks clean, except for surrounding areas, step boards are shiny due to wax, however once you inspect the side of truck area appears to be dirty. Inside of cup holders seem to have been addressed, except for outside edges. Also, my tailgate is super clean, the bumper is the unsatisfactory area. Please do not accuse me of taking pictures prior to wash. "I nodded in approval", sir would you waste more of your day pointing out spots that should have been addressed? read more

This location is the best! They have a lot of vacuum stations with a regular vacuum and an air sprayer to get into the vents, etc. They have a technicolor wash as well with hand dry which really makes a difference. I will be back. read more

Do not expect any help from these people if your car has any incident in this car wash. On June 27, my daughter took my car to this place. When she got out of the car wash, she noticed the left front door molding was missing. She asked one of the employees to look for the piece and the first reaction was to say she brought the car without it, also said that probably the car was second hand and came with that damaged. She explained we bought the car new and never had been in a car accident. Since they couldn't stop the wash equipment he asked to wait if they could find it at the end of the day. Next day she got a call from one decedent employee mentioning they saw our Pilot with the molding on their videos. On July 9 we received the pics added here. They found the molding in the drainage channel. Obviously destroyed. They never gave back the molding to us. July 21 After several attempts to talk to the manager, we provide to him paperwork of no car accidents (Geico reports)and us as only owners. Since the manager mentioned he was going to contact us and never did my husband showed up on August 9th (after several attempts again) and the only thing he got from the person was a very unpleasant dispute. In a very disrespectful way he pointed out it was not their responsibility to buy any part, because the part needed to have clips; but only them know if the molding didn't have that because we never got it back. As another ex-client mentioned this guy is very arrogant and has not respect for the clientele. If I were you I will take your car to another place to be washed. A place where you will have the confidence that if something happens to your car you will have at least a respectful attention and a sincere will to help you out. read more

Chris a manager from Palm contacted me and offered to make this right. I'll update this review once I take my car back this weekend. Went today for a full wash inside and outside and left super disappointed that I spent $35 on this. I was told 20-30 min to clean up the inside as my car wasn't that bad, but after 1 hour and 15 min I had to ask that they get on with my car. The crew cleaning it kept getting pulled off my car and sent to other cars which was super frustrating as I paid just like they did. Also the cars arrived after my car! The crew cleaning it apologized, but my car left there still dirty with bugs on the car and windows and dirt spots inside. I'm not impressed at all. Prior to writing this review I called twice to get a manager to help me and the automated system leaves you on hold for several minutes then advises that nobody is available to help. He honored my consistency at the wash and told me about yelp $10 off promotion. Then, gave it to me with a wash for only $50. 3. Keep your receipt. If it rains within 48 hours after your wash you can get another free wash. 4. Coffee in well-designed and comfortable waiting lounge - Keurig's "Donut Shop" blend. 5. Friendly staff! Every time I talked to a staff member (I talked to four - I'm a social guy) they were very intent on making sure I was having a great experience. 6. The place is buzzing, but with 12 self serve vacuum bays and seven staffed detail bays they are able to keep up with the rush. 7. Location - I live on lakecreek parkway, and this is located on my exit from 183. If you are not exiting the freeway however, you can drive through the parking lot starting at Pinballz from Lakecreek Pkwy and make your way south past Mcdonalds and Southwest theaters. read more

Paid for a Supreme wash on 6/28. After the heavy rainfall that day, I came back the morning of 6/29/16 for a rain check. During the rain check wash, half of the machines were not working so I'll pulled back around for a re-wash and the associate told me that for rainchecks they downgrade all those washes to a "basic" wash. Pretty lame policy, Palms. If I pay for a certain level wash, I should get a rain check of that same one. UPDATE 9/6/16: Went back for a rain check today on a Supreme wash and can confirm that half of the machines still did not run during the wash. Chris C.
