I arrived at 9 a.m. and there was already a small crowd waiting for drinks. To start, they didn't have any homemade pinguinos available, which was disappointing. They also don't serve breakfast on-site since they partner with a taco spot across the way, and that doesn't open until 10 a.m., so options were very limited at that time. The drink itself was just okay--I've had it before and expected a bit more since it's one of their popular items. I ordered a cold drink, and it was average, about a 3 out of 5. My best friend ordered a hot drink and enjoyed hers more than I did mine. As for the pan dulce, one felt a bit stale, so I chose another based on texture alone, and that one was noticeably fresher. Overall, I'd rate the experience a 3 out of 5 due to the limited morning options and inconsistency in freshness, though the staff and drinks weren't bad--just not outstanding this visit.

5/4/26 Chose this coz it's base is oat milk, no need for substitution coffee

5/4/26 Pana's Cafe at Bellflower SteelCraft, cute food stall with Mexican style drinks & treats, service is friendly & parking is plentiful and free. For a Monday, it was a bit empty, Dodger game playing on e huge TV by the platform, customers just chillin at the picnic tables. I actually like this set up and I used to walk to this venue when I lived nearby. My beverage was made in a timely manner & it was a decent latte, would get this again or try other item if in the area.

SUCH an amazing spot for kids and adults alike!! The space outside is huge and the coffee is amazing. I love how many options they have and the fun designs they can put on them. My kid had so much playing in the outside area for an hour!

Another favorite added to my list!! Wish this place wasn't so far from me...would definitely be coming more frequently if it was lol but can't wait to come back and try their other drinks! There are a few flavors for coffee that get me immediately and a strawberry cold foam is one of them. I was waiting inside from their back window which I didn't realize even had another side to order lol but thanks to the lovely young ladies in front of me who let me know that I had to go outside to order. Staff are super friendly and drink came out quick through their back pickup window located inside the food hall. I ordered the La Fresita which is an iced latte with strawberry cold foam and it was perfect. Strong espresso with the delicious strawberry flavor. This food hall is HUGE! Lots of food spots inside and tons of seating in a nice, open, shaded area. Looking forward to coming back hopefully in the near future! IG: @ammysalamii

I'd been wanting to try them out for a while now, went this morning and loved it! Love that they open very early so it's possible to stop by before my 9-5. The girls working there were very nice and helpful in answering my questions regarding drinks as well. The seating area is also very nice and hidden while you wait for your drinks.

We ordered the cookie butter latte, horchata latte and a concha and everything was soooo good! We of course had to add a cute lil image to our drink too, which costs an additional $1 to add. The price for our drinks with the image were between $7-$8, which wasn't bad at all, because the cups were bigger than like a grande at starbucks. The taste of both drinks were so so good and i would definitely come back! Service was quick and super friendly as well!

Super cute cafe and a huge space! Their coffee blends are so smooth and delicious- el abuelo was so yummy. it also tasted exactly like those asian grass jelly drinks, which was an awesome suprise haha. lots of seating, free wifi, quick service, lots of open windows, great natural lighting

Nice spot in a beer garden, has great coffee! Got an iced Cafe de Olla for $5 and it was delicious! Can add in milk for no extra cost! Their specialty lattes are also very good. Quick good service, plenty of public parking in back and around. I would definitely come back!

Stumbled upon this little cute coffee shop mid week and I'm so glad I did. I love the vibes it gives off, vibrant coffee makers ready to make your cafecito. I chose the strawberry matcha of course since that seems to be all I want to order lately and it tasted exceptional, like a cold strawberry ice cream pop. They even sell pan dulce which was soft, wish they could have warmed it up but I also didn't ask if they could so that's on me. I love that they have two areas where you can order and mobile order as well to speed things up if you are in a rush. Overall a quant spot where you can grab n go or sit down and enjoy a delish coffee.

PANA cafe is a go to spot for me and the hubby when he wants a coffee and I want my matcha! I like how they switch up flavors seasonally and the last time we were here I ordered a banana matcha($8). As a bonus I got a cute snoopy design on top of it for a $1 more. Loved the flavors of the match but for $8 I wish I had more of it. I felt like I had a few sips and it was gone! I thought the design was cute but it disappeared pretty quickly but for instagram story pic it does the job! They also have some breakfast items and Mexican bread if you want more with your drinks! Staff is friendly. We usually find parking in front or in the back of the steel craft.

    mila's matcha + la fresita

Solid local coffee spot that you can just walk up to right off Bellflower Blvd. It's part of Steelcraft, an outdoor eatery with several restaurants and a communal dining area. There are other Steelcraft locations in Long Beach and Garden Grove. Pana's Cafe is a Mexican cafe and I love how they showcase traditional flavors through their drinks. Not only are the pan dulce and drinks good but the staff is always helpful and friendly even when they're super busy. We got Mila's Matcha and La Fresita which were both magically delicious. For $1 you can add cute little art designs to the cold foam. Other drinks I've tried and would recommend are Pana's Latte, El Abuelo, Horchata Latte, and Strawberry Matcha!

    2 banana matchas & 1 mila's matcha
    Vi M.

A trendy little coffee spot in Bellflower with cute foam design options that rotate frequently! The banana matcha is my go to, but they have plenty coffee drinks as well. The ice sometimes makes the design look a little silly but it's still worth the trip from Inglewood!

Pumpkin cream matcha (unsweetened matcha) with almond milk and Mila's match with oat milk. $1 extra for the designs but worth it
    Karen G.

A friend posted their Panas Coffee with a Hello Kitty pumpkin design on IG, and I had to drive out to Bellflower with my sister to get one ourselves. I didn't realize it was inside SteelCraft, which had a relaxed, chill vibe when we went on a Wednesday afternoon. I got the Pumpkin Cream Matcha with almond milk and requested no sweetener in the matcha itself, since the pumpkin cream on top already had sweetness. It ended up being the perfect balance--not too sweet, with the cream adding just the right amount. Plus, the Hello Kitty witch design was adorable and totally gave Halloween/autumn vibes. The design was $1 extra but worth it. My sister got Mila's Matcha with oat milk and the standard sweetener, but even she (a sweets girl!) found it a little too sweet. She said next time she'd ask for less sweetener to better enjoy the matcha. Overall, we loved the drinks and were obsessed with the latte art. Super cute and definitely worth the trip!

I saw a TikTok about this cafe, and I was so excited to try it!…read more I got two Vanilla Lattes (Iced), one Matcha Latte (Iced) with Cream Cheese Cold Foam, one Matcha Latte (Iced) with Regular Cold Foam, and one Strawberry Matcha Latte. All of the drinks came with little breadsticks which I thought was so good dipping into the cold foams! The Matcha Latte (Iced) with Cream Cheese Cold Foam was delicious! The Cream Cheese Cold Foam isn't super overpowering, but you can taste it in your drink, and it tastes great. I've never seen it offered at other cafes, but I liked it! The Strawberry Matcha Latte had strawberry puree and strawberry bits in it so you had to drink it with a boba straw. The drink was good! The Matcha Latte (Iced) with Regular Cold Foam tasted great as well. It almost tasted like a Matcha KitKat so it was pretty good. The cafe itself was empty when I came in, but the cafe quickly filled up with big groups. There's plenty of seating and tables, and all the seats are padded and comfortable. I could see this cafe being a fun study spot. There's also some board games and manga if you come with a big group. Parking is a bit chaotic because the parking lot is all bumpy, but parking isn't hard to find in the plaza. The employee was very kind and helpful. We didn't know there was coffee on the menu until he pointed us to where it was. He made the drinks very quickly, and he was very informative about the drinks. I would come here again! There's so many drinks on the menu that I would love to try, and I love trying out a new study spot!

The coconut matcha was a bit plain for my taste. The lemonade was very sour, but in a good way! All the croffles were tasty, or as my 9-year-old says, "bussin"! Briscoff croffle though! The staff was really friendly, which made our visit even better. My son was excited to get some free cards for his collection, including a Monkey D. Luffy card! That made his day special. Update: They're no longer affiliated with Fivestars!…read more I've since gone two additional times to try their waffle bites. My last trip was kind of spontaneous because I suddenly got a Fivestars reward that day for these waffle bites. However, when I arrived, I was looking for the Fivestars tablet only to be met by a Clover tablet instead. It felt like I went through a time warp because the employee working behind the register didn't seem to have any idea what I was trying to say regarding Fivestars, though he did notice a little trifold card on the front counter mentioning Fivestars. I asked if he could get his manager so I could explain, and even show, him my Fivestars reward. The reward said "already accepted", which he almost thought meant I had redeemed it already, but if that were the case, then it would have said "already redeemed". Given that they've now done away with Fivestars, I'm not too surprised he may have gotten the words "accepted" confused with "redeemed", but luckily, he was happy enough to honor it for me. The employee who assisted me was very helpful, though he did ask me to repeat the topping and the drizzle that I wanted. I chose the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor ice cream with Fruity Pebbles toppings and a Strawberry drizzle on top. Since I had already tried the cookie flavors before, I figured I'd try the fruity flavors this time around. He said he needed about 5 minutes to prepare my waffle bites, which were presented a little different than last time. Last time, I got the Cookie Butter flavor with *Cookie* Crisp and Peanut *Butter* (see what I did there?), and it came in a small plastic takeout container. This one came in a large plastic cup, and I'm thinking the logistics may have changed a ton between my last two visits. I did appreciate how the employee asked if I wanted the waffles on top of or beneath the ice cream before making the waffle bites; I chose on top. He also asked if I'd like powdered sugar on top, to which I agreed. Unfortunately, neither of the waffle bites I got from my last two visits impressed me that much. As a matter of fact, the only thing that impressed me was the strawberry drizzle. Everything else fell kind of flat. While generous in size for the $8 price tag, the Cookie Butter and the Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream didn't really taste like these flavors at all! For whatever reason, the peanut butter didn't add much flavor, but the strawberry drizzle added a lot! How even?! In short, the waffle bites weren't that much of an upgrade from the ice cream scoop that I had on my first visit. I'm willing to say "too much good was no good" here. The waffles themselves were good, but they can only do so much when a flavored ice cream doesn't even taste like that flavor. It's worth noting that on my penultimate visit, when I got the Cookie Butter Waffle Bites, I saw two employees behind the front counter who were ready to take my order. I asked them to explain what the waffle bites were, but it took them a couple of tries to actually understand what I was asking. From what I gathered, the waffle bites were similar to the ice cream scoop I had on my first visit, but with the addition of a warm waffle to supplement the ice cream. However, the step-by-step process remains the same. I was initially told it would take 6 minutes to prepare the Cookie Butter Waffle Bites, but it actually took 15! It seemed like one was training the other or they were trying to gather the ingredients and/or the steps needed to create the waffle bites. After about 10 minutes, I was told by one of the employees they had to make a new batch of waffles because the first batch had burnt. The music was getting pretty loud, so it was hard to hear him after that, but I didn't want to hold up the kitchen prep process any longer. I just said "Alright, sure" so he could continue preparing my order. I do appreciate how he let me know of this so that I'd know the reason for the extended wait, but I wish they weren't so ill-prepared during my visit. So overall, still 3 stars overall. I appreciate the prior partnership with Fivestars, but these missed opportunities have led me to believe that Cravings is just not for me. I doubt I'll try anything else on their ice cream menu, and considering that there are only a few parking spots in their lot, it will take a lot to get me to try their hot chicken. And speaking of lack of parking, I also want to mention that on my second visit, I saw two open parking stalls right in front of Cravings, one on either side of a car. That car had its driver's side wide open so that I couldn't park there. I had to park on the passenger side of that car, which he left much less room for. Perhaps a microcosm of the clientele in this part of town? Everybody deserves a second chance, right? Unfortunately, not everybody can make the most of them, and this is just one example of such. Thanks for the sweet treats Cravings, but I'll get my next one somewhere else.

Searching down the map for the drive back from LA, saw this interesting thing. And great reviews from others sealed the deal to try it out. Online ordering with pick up time was very convenient. Got the party pack (30) for the school staff, and of course had to try for myself too with a regular (9). Ended up being an hour and a half before I got around to trying our box of 9. Looked interesting enough. Kid took his bite and said yum. I took mine to the sink (lol) to catch any crumbs, but surprised me that it's not just a ball of a regular donut. This had an amazingly satisfying crispy crunchy exterior, with an airy chewy interior! I can't imagine how much better it would be when freshly made at the store! Even an hour and a half later was delicious... Me and the kid quickly devoured our 3 each and struggled to leave 3 for wife before we had to go to an activity. When we returned, wife was also raving, what was that, where did you get it? Trust me, you will not be able to eat just one. I'm greedy, I definitely want more than 3 next time! Donut ball itself wasn't overly sweet, just delicious period. I guess it's the toppings that add the sweetness. Only tried the classic (honey cinnamon, walnut). The other flavors will probably be amazing desserts, but I think all I need is just the donut ball by itself. Honey and walnut adds a bit of sweetness and bite, but the base donut ball is a shining star on it's own in my book! Good thing was the honey was mostly on the bottom and walnut crumbles on top, so you can rub as much or not of those as it fits you. Few days later, each of us were still talking about this greek donut. Just looking for a reason to grab this again. Father's day is coming up, I think it's time for a Party!

It was nice they still let us eat in, but as soon as it hit 9:00pm, they went out from the back and told us they were closed and sort of pushed us out as fast as they were able to.

Meccha Matcha currently has three locations: Cerritos, Long Beach, and Pittsburgh, PA. [Parking]: I had no issue finding available free parking in the small strip mall. [Atmosphere]: Customers can order drinks via a kiosk, and there are about 6 indoor tables. [Menu]: The top 2 highlighted items on Yelp are Matcha Vanilla Oat Latte and Strawberry Matcha. For soft serve ice cream, the shop offers three different levels of matcha. Level 1 = "I am new to matcha or I like matcha" with 85 mg of caffeine. Level 2 = "I LOVE matcha" with 170 mg of caffeine. Level 3 = "I am OBSESSED with matcha" with 255 mg of caffeine. The shop also offers a parfait with 8 different items included and a tea float. *** Matcha Vanilla Oat Latte (Hot, Regular Sweet - $7.95): I liked the drink a lot better than I had expected as the drink had a creamy aftertaste while still being able to taste the matcha. *** This is one of those matcha shops I would love to revisit and explore other options like matcha soft-serve ice cream.

I started off with the parfait and it was incredibly delightful!! Each filling was sweet and put a smile on my face. Then the match was incredibly smooth and full of real matcha flavor. Onto the main show I got the ceremonial matcha level 3... they warm it's full of matcha bold flavors and caffeine they weren't kidding. One bite and I felt turbo charged!!! I highly recommend this shop it's probably the best matcha in the area, the closest place I can think of is Torrance.

Fair Food Without the Fair!…read more The OC Fair may be over, but Dulce Canella in Norwalk is a great spot to satisfy those fair food cravings! We tried the red velvet and Fruity Pebbles milkshakes, and the Fruity Pebbles one was basically like drinking a bowl of cereal. The churros and fried Oreos were made fresh, crispy, and came with ice cream on the side. You could really hear the crunch with every bite! The churro cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries was another favorite. I liked that the texture was more cake-like and that it wasn't overly sweet. To balance out all the desserts, we also got the loaded chicken fries, which were topped with nacho cheese and crispy chicken. Definitely a good savory option after all those sweets. Overall, Dulce Canella is worth checking out if you're in the Norwalk area and have a sweet tooth. Lots of fun dessert options and some savory items to keep things balanced!

They're perfectly sweet and crispy on the outside while staying soft on the inside. I've ordered them both with and without dipping sauces, and they're delicious either way. The atmosphere is chill and laid-back, with a few tables available if you want to sit and enjoy your churros. The staff is always friendly, and they also offer churro trays for parties in quantities of 50, 75, or 100. I ordered a tray for my party, and the churros were a huge hit! You can order in advance or about an hour before you need them. I always enjoy stopping by whenever I'm in the neighborhood.
