I love Panda Express and was excited to find one in the area I was visiting. However I wasn't impressed with the place. The service was good, but after we got our food and went to sit down, all of the tables were dirty. So we wiped one and ate. Then we realized the fried rice had a different taste to it. It's pretty bad when you can't tell chow mein from fried rice. Had my order totally messed up in the drive thru - ordered fried rice with Shanghai angus steak and black pepper chicken. They told me it would cost extra for the steak and would run an extra 5 minutes. Then after sitting in the drive thru those 5 minutes and driving another 20 minutes home, my meal was chow mein with only black pepper chicken. How hard is it to get 3 items in a carton. The restaurant itself appeared to be clean and everything looked great, until it was our turn to order. The employee got put a plate and started putting noodles before I even ordered. I was going to order a bowl with rice and honey walnut shrimp but he already but chow mein on a plate. He was talking very fast and didn't pay much attention to me or my granddaughter. He then gave us the food right after we ordered it, which was nice u til we realized that the person in front of us had a very large order and it was going to be a while before we checkout out. My granddaughters kids meal was lukewarm because she had a box and my shrimp was cold. Neither we're happy with the taste or service. All other locations are great but not this one. Absolutely the WORST customer NON-SERVICE ever! Waited in line, food was boxed up to go and waited to pay and be handed our food...and wzited..waited...waited... Cashier never a knowledge us, but instead left the counter ...we waited and waited and finally gave up and left without our order when it became apparent that the cashier had forgotten about customers at the counter and our food was most likely cold. Just spent 21.00 on two meals. The worse meal I have ever had. The orange chicken sauce was congealed and slimy, rangoons burned and spring rolls cold. I called to complain but was ignored on hold. Tried to do the survey on the receipt but it isn't working anymore. Awful!!!!!!!!! read more

Visiting Panda Express has become a favorite past time for my roommate and I. After any event our eyes will meet with the simple question on both of our lips--- "Panda?" This experience to Panda was by far the best visit we have had yet. After our 10 minute drive we easily found parking in the giant lot. I was feeling funny so I double parked. I mean hey why not? My roommate and I entered the store and made our way back to the steaming piles of yum yum. It was at the counter that I met Jon. After welcoming my roommate and I he asked if we wanted any samples. I was unaware at the time that this invitation would lead me to better understand the glory of what is Panda Express. Jon introduced me to new flavors and explained which ones were his favorites. This personal touch led me to explore my palate- the sweet fire chicken. At the register Jon provided me with an altruistic meaning to my visit to Panda. By simply rounding my bill to an even ten dollars, I gave money to CMN Hospital. I will return to this Panda, not only for the delicious chicken dishes, but also for the amazing customer service. Their food is always good ---- though I have to admit the last two times I went in .... and I go in about twice monthly ... I was very disappointed to find DRY chow mien and DRY fried rice on my plate .... even though I asked the server to pull my portions up from the bottom where they might be more inclined to still be moist.... and the server did try to do so. That said, the servers are all friendly and smiling and all the other food has always been great. Love this place. Just wish they'd make the chow mien and fried rice not so dry. If these dry portions continue, I will still go there, but will only get the three side-entrees (which are always good) but without chow mien or fried rice, then take it home and add my own fried rice and some top ramen on the side. read more

I have been coming here about once a week over the last couple of months. Usually really good food and good value. The last couple of meals have been swimming in oil, almost inedible. Cut down on the oil as I can pour it out of the bowl. read more

If you are closed your drive-through sign shouldn't say open. If you can't fix the timer settings, change it to a basic on/off switch or disable it. I typically like panda but am finding more reasons to avoid it and this is a simple issue with a big impact. Gal was nice on the phone and gave excuses of corporate being aware yet not doing anything - who can I send a letter to in corp? I am your typical fast-food moth that is drawn to the sodium-laden light bulb. Your open sign is on, I am headed towards the light. read more

Did not like it. I got the beijing beef, noodles, and some spicy chicken. all the items where to sweet for my liking and no spice at all. Almost tastes like something you get at safeways hot and ready food items. read more

Airborne mold spores! I was eating my meal and smelled mold spores in the air. I sniffed my food a bunch and didn't smell it or tasted it in my food. I decided to finish my meal in my vehicle. The smell is gone after being in the car. My father and I both have sensitive noses. I know what I smelled. Your management may want to look into this. Could be mold in the walls--but at any rate you have mold spores being spread throughout via HVAC fan. But definitely smell strong scent of it today. This place is worse than awful. Ordered the fried orange chicken and it was basically nothing but fried batter, not much chicken. Also ordered the green string bean chicken. 15 minutes after leaving I felt like I was going to throw up. Must have caught the flu from it because for the next 3 days I couldn't hold anything down. This place is on my way to and from Spokane. They have a great location right off the highway. I love their orange chicken and they do miraculous things with green beans. In a word "Garlic"! The prices are reasonable and the portions are large. It's still Chinese fast food but very good. read more

Chinese fast food is enticing, and who doesn't love honey walnut shrimp....unfortunately it takes 30 minutes of waiting to get your food! That's 30 minutes from the time we paid to the time we received our order. I'm not even talking about the 15 minutes we waited before someone asked us what we'd like. The customer service was one of the worst I've ever experienced, staff was rude and closed the doors over 20 minutes before lobby closing time. I was on a bus full of highschool students coming home from a school event and had a long drive home hoping to get some food. Showing up 20 minutes before closing time we thought we would be okay but doors were locked and employees were totally to ignored us while we politely asked to come in. Eventually an employee came outside and told us they didnt want to cook more food so we couldn't come in but we could go through the drive through which was not helpful at all since we were driving a school bus and we were told that we cant walk through. After we showed the staff the closing times both on the door and online they proceeded to tell us they had no more food left which was clearly untrue because the food is displayed directly in front of us. While still talking to the employee the doors were shut and locked in front of us. The food is still bomb af tho. read more

Showed up 45 mins to closing time right after work , I work late nights sometimes , and was starving. Only to go in and see that they only had 4-5 dishes available. Everything else was empty and bare as if they'd already cleaned up and they were preparing to leave or something.... like what??? -__- . A lady sees me stare at their empty food trays and says to me " hey there ! we aren't making anything right now but we will have more fresh chow mien in a few minutes!" Geez thanks. That's exactly what we all need. More chow mien. I was so upset I just walked out . I honestly feel like if it's 45 mins to closing time, there should still be a food production line going or at least have your food on deck still. I understand if it was like 20-15 mins to closing then sure go ahead and start "kinda" breaking things down sheesh. But 45 gahhhdammm mins left? And only 4-5 dishes present.
