This is my son's go to for quick food before practice so we're here once a week. Sometimes I grab a chicken dish with the super greens. Other times I just get super greens to add to a dish at home. i went up to the order pickup area and this girl looked at me multiple times before finally asking if i was waiting on something. she was very cold and unfriendly. i was nothing but nice saying thank you and smiling and all she did was look unhappy. don't even get me started on the drinks. me and my friend got a strawberry fanta and a dr pepper. they were extremely watered down, and the food was mid. on top of that the other drinks where kept cold by being in about 20 thin ice cubes and some water puddles. i'd definitely suggest going to a different location if you want to try panda express. read more

I only eat their honey walnut shrimp. It's always fresh, hot and delicious. Never fails. The customer service is a bit consistent as well in all the locations...sketchy. Although this location the server wasn't rude, or put off, like the other places, she just wasn't clear as to what I wanted. I requested a number one with rice and veggies. She only gave me rice stating, "that was your side". I told her I also wanted veggies and she stated, "it only comes with one side. Knowing Panda Express well, I know you can order 1/2 rice and 1/2 veggies. My receipt even had a double order of white rice on it. So why the confusion when I asked for veggies. She could have easily took half of the rice I had and put veggies in it's place...nope, didn't happen. If you like the honey walnut shrimp, you know your paying an additional $1.6 for the entree, totally worth it. I also just wanted a cup of water with my order, your gonna pay an additional $.50 for that as well. Again, small charges for good food, why can't I ever have an all around good experience here?!? at first my experience this go round was going really bad .. the excessive wait , the rude lil young dude in drive thru but had his face all in the food like he was servicing front counter , and no one even greeted me or my son and we just stood there looking ridiculous .. but then here came this sweet little angel STEPHANIE , and saved the day . The worst customer service - manager even, not just the staff. In a line of 30 cars, my order was placed long ago and they make you wait in the drive through line for a pickup order. Nowhere on their site or during the order process did it say this was the case. What's wrong with opening up the lobby for pickup orders? The Panda in Rochester Hills MI does this. Works great. Went up to the door and the manager told me they could not hand me my order even though we sat there and talked about it for 5 mins. Told me it wasn't ready because of how short staffed they are, but had no way to turn off the online orders. They really need to figure this out or suffer from business moving down the street to the other location. What a mistake - never again! Over an hour for "fast" food. What a joke! It's Panda Express, I mean what do you expect from them. Didn't have to wait long, unless you count the ten minute additional wait for the chow mein. Now, I love chow mein, so I waited. This,... was cold noodles that weren't cooking long enough and was still crunchy in spots. Then the orange chicken was the usual, semi cold, hard and felt like it was out for hours. Not to mention, it was bland to me and overly spicy. Then I had gotten the chicken teriyaki,... can you guys the rest of this sentence? Did a PU order. Waited patiently. Got home to find the order wasn't correct. Everyone got orange chicken even though our receipt said one of us was to get teriyaki and beef broccoli. Sad because this was my first order ever. read more

It is indeed standard mall food. But it must be addictive because the line is always super long. I always get a noodle and orange chicken bowl. It's not to heavy if you keep it at one entree. The spring rolls are okay - nothing spectacular. Same with the cream cheese Rangoon. I don't like the rice, but love the noodles. Beats some of the other restaurants in the food court. read more

Panda Express is a nice place to get a little food in the mall. As this is American Chinese it is not really authentic but something the everday person can enjoy. It is also hit-or-miss on the food. It is usually always tasty bot today the broccoli was a bit overcooked and mushy in Beef and Broccoli entree. I had the distinct impression that it was from the prior night. Or maybe it was just overcooked. This is usually one of the more busy eating establishments in the food court. It always hits the spot though. read more

If there is an item you have to wait for, go somewhere else in this food court. The "3-5" minute wait will be more like 20-30 mins. Besides that, the staff blames each other for the error on time frame for food to come out. Horrible service, they do not even apologize for their poor service. Food was alright. Are here a bunch of times before and they were always good quality. However the attitude to us was horrendous. The fact that they are very uninterested in us just because we are Chinese were just horrible. We have live here for more than three years and we have never got this kind of attitude before. I hope the staff would know this mistake and change their attitude from now on. read more
