i was craving some chinese food so i decided to stop by on my way home, off first impression it does look nice inside its clean smells good and getting my food was overall quick but the customer service is absolutely terrible!! i was getting a kids meal and i wanted shrimp for my protein the young lady already looks annoyed at me for getting a kids meal which i didn't get why and then with an attitude states "im only giving you 4 shrimp". she doesn't wait for me to say if thats fine or not j immediately after says " so are you going to get a bowl?" i tell her no thats fine and if i could get orange chicken instead.she gets visibly irritated and askes what side i would like and i asked her if i could please have half rice and lomain and she rolls her eyes⁉finally she gives me my sides and i move down the line. the cashier was very friendly and made sure i had all my sides and gave me extra napkins. over all would've been a good experience if they just didn't treat people getting a smaller portion rudely i dont get what her problem was! read more

Was in the mood for some chinese food. I have not tried this location for years. Upon arrival i noticed the sign that mentioned only 5 people in the store at a time. Therefore we stood outside (kinda hot) and occasionally looked through the window trying to determine if there was less than 5 people inside. This was hard to monitor as uber eats or door dash would enter through the back door. Suggestion: they should have an employee at the door to assist with the monitoring. Food: lots of choices. Served cafeteria style - take a look and let them know your order. I was glad that i asked how it worked. Only then did I find out they had brown and white rice as an option. I had the teriyaki chicken. The portion was huge - enough for 2 meals. I wish i would have asked for additional sauce on the side as half way through i needed more. ;) Had the fried ragoons as an appetizer, i really liked those. Hot, filled well and crispy! Absolutely not. I am an avid fan of panda express and this has got to be the worst location I've ever been to in terms of the food. It all tastes old. I don't even know how that's possible because I know the schedule of their usual shipments shouldn't allow that to happen. Everything tastes off here. The spring rolls taste old, the chicken is weird, the sauce and spice mixes are all off and strange compared to other locations. I had king pão, mushroom chicken, and orange chicken and they all taste like crap. Avoid this place! read more

I've been to this location several times and each time it has provided me with a consistently positive experience. The staff work quickly and efficiently through the lines that can build up in this popular spot. On at least one occasion, the item I wanted was down to the bottom of the pan. I requested to wait for the new batch coming up shortly and the staff were more than accommodating. Fast friendly service! Cant go wrong with Panda here. When my mom used to be at Northside hospital across the street, I came here to grab lunch. Lots of great memories here. Mom used to love Panda. Tonight my family wanted some panda. They have their new Honey Sesame chicken! Didn't know they used organic honey, but wow tasted great. The manager Sherry greeted us and gave us excellent service! Love the friendly staff. They don't use the White Styrofoam boxes here, Instead they use the black plastic boxes. I was surprised it gets busy on a Saturday night! Lines do form but they are pretty quick about getting people served. I will always come to this location cause I have history with this Panda. Asked for a bowl but when I got to the register there was no Beijing beef ... only chow mien. Then got home and only 1 fortune cookie for 2 bowls, no sauces as I asked and no plastic forks and knives. I got take out this evening, the walnut shrimp with fried rice and some cream cheese wontons. It was about 6 PM and everything looked delicious and fresh. It made it hard to choose what to select. Whenever we have gone there for dinner our food has been nothing but excellent. Taking into account what type of eatery Panda Express is you can't find this type of selection with this good tasting food. Everyone was nice and it was a pleasant experience. We needed a quick and cheap meal on our return trip from the Magical Lights of Lake Lanier Islands. This store was clean and service was quick. They have a much larger selection than their typical food court stores in the malls. That makes it difficult to decide because you can only see the choices once your moving through the order line (or try to read the tags from the dining area). You can ask for a sample of an item while moving through the line, and I went with the new Kobari Beef and it turned out to be my favorite. The Peking Beef had a strong orange flavor but the breading made it a bit doughy in texture. The breading used on the chicken in the Kung Pao Chicken also was a detractor. The Chow Mein and Spring Rolls were actually better than I normally get in a mall food court. If you're expectations are properly set the place is acceptable for the right purpose. read more

Okay, so it' not real chinese food, BFD. I really don't think it tries to be. Where is the last "real" Chinese place you ate at that wasn't in a primarily Asian populated area? This place is fast, and the flavor is definitely American at heart but can still appeal to those of us with slightly more exotic taste buds. I've never had a fatty or inedible piece of meat (can you say that about your precious REAL Chinese place?) My wife is crazy over the Beijing Beef which I can't ever seem to find any variation of any of our local restaurants. Dirty tables everywhere. NONE of the staff wears disposable gloves. Why not? They touch the plate edges with bare unwashed hands.....especially the rude cashiers. I normally like Panda, I've eaten at several other locations and even at this location 3-4 times. Today was probably my last time at this location. The fried rice was bland and flavorless, the orange chicken was hard and chewy. When I went to checkout she gave me the total, didn't even bother to offer me a drink. When I asked if I could get a drink she replied with "it doesn't come with a drink, do you want one?" Umm, yes I do, that's why I asked! Granted all this doesn't justify a 1 star rating. What REALLY upset me was what I witnessed in the kitchen while eating. I watched the cook prepping food containers for whatever he was frying (because apparently it's not cooked fresh but instead shoved in a container under the counter). As he was preparing the containers, he dropped the lid on the floor, in the high traffic area behind the cash register. He picked up the lid and placed it back on the counter, after the food was finished he put it into the container and slapped the lid on top. Didn't bother to wash it, wipe it, clean it in ANY fashion. Just stuck the dirty lid on the food and shoved it under the counter. If you've done this at home, fine, it's your food, you know what's been on your floor. This is absolutely NOT acceptable in a restaurant. That floor is disgusting and who knows what's been on it. I will not go back to restaurants that clearly do not care about cleanliness. read more
