Not sure if this is different in person, but nowhere on the website was there an option for anything besides a veggie bowl. A simple bean burger would make all the difference at a place like this. It is a shame this place remains inconsistent in service. I like the wings here, but every time, it is a mixed bag for service. Tonight we were seated and a young man came over and said I will be taking care of you and he took our drink order. A moment later, a young lady came over and asked if he (the waiter) told us he was being trained by her. Why not wait and come to the table together? I am just here to get served and eat. So he comes back with our drinks and takes our order. She ordered a fried chicken salad, and I ordered 8 hot wings, side of coleslaw, and the wings came with celery and blue cheese dipping sauce. The food came out pretty quick as they were not busy at all (first clue). They dropped our food and left. I realized after they left my celery and dip was left off the order. I was into my 5th of 8 wings before anyone walked by, and I asked another waitress to help since ours were sitting at the bar on the other side of the restaurant talking instead of watching their tables. She was happy to help. After a few minutes on my last wing, our trainer waitress asked if everything was ok, and I explained the above, and she said she will go and retrieve the celery now. When they arrived I was done with my meal. The wings, I ordered hot, pretty wimpy for hot wings but tasty as was the coleslaw and the celery and blucheese dip even though I was done with my meal. She enjoyed her salad. We go out for service and for good food. We got the good food tonight. Great job, kitchen staff. I'm not sure we will revist this location again as the service is subpar consistently. What a shame, and it is likely why they are not busy. read more

Wow! I am blown away by the service and food quality here. We came with some friends for Buffalo Bash Night and everyone did the unlimited wings besides me because I'm gluten free. The manager came over and went through every gluten free menu item with me, he even said he could modify some stuff for me! I got the grilled Nashville hot sand-which with a gluten free bun and steamed broccoli- YUM! Our server Sarah was great and very attentive she was always checking on it and bringing more baskets of wings. I wish there were more people here and I'm not sure why it was so dead. They have 2.99 frozen margaritas here and other cocktails for very cheap, this is a great college spot and we will be back! read more

First of all the restaurant didn't look clean and they had to clean three tables before they could get us one that we could sit at. We ordered a drinks, a beer and a margarita and the margarita was so weak. It didn't taste like it had any alcohol in it at all. We ordered wings extra crispy, and they came out totally different. They didn't taste fresh, they taste oily, and they certainly weren't crispy as we asked for. We quickly asked for the check and they realized we didn't care for the meal, but offered to bring the check right over. Poor Service ,Poor food , unclean Restaurant, it's is a recipe for disaster. Big disappointment. Had delivered to the hospital, should have had the hospital food! Asked for drinks with no ice and got plenty of ice. Requested sides of honey mustard and ranch and those were as absent as the cheese for the "cheese burger" we ordered. Decided to give this place a try by ordering to-go for football day. I'm giving them 4-stars for a few reasons, the variety of wing flavors is great along with their tasty appetizers and other wraps available. When we called, we were treated with patience and respect as this was our first time ordering and needed help deciding on flavors, etc. our order was correct and on time when we picked up. Getting home, the food was exactly as we expected, okay but we weren't expecting gourmet lol. I had higher hopes than the ratings had said about the place, but I tend to be more optimistic and will give most places a shot. When I drive by, there is generally a decent amount of cars out front and the Google reviews had this place rated higher, but turns out the reviews were quite a bit older. It seemed as though they have a group of "regulars" that come by often, so it was off to a good start. I came in for the Buffalo Chicken flatbread, but evidently they haven't had flat breads in over 2 yrs, so I settled on the hostess/bartenders recommendation of the Buffalo Chicken wrap. It was just meh. The fries were decent and had good salt flavor, but the side of ranch was not sufficient to dip them all. Not an expensive place at all for food, so loved that part, but $2.80 for a soft drink and only got 1 seems a little more than necessary. Will come back and try the wings because the Lord knows Cumming, GA just hasn't figured good wings out yet, so hoping they are good here. Overall 3 out of 5. read more

This is the worse food I've ever tasted in my entire life! How do you mess up buffalo wings? Easy just fry up a bunch of wings and pour on a bottle of the cheapest hot sauce you can purchase and serve them like warm. I only went here because my son was excited about the all you can eat wings for $15 a person or something similar to that. The wings were so bad that we left after the first serving. Starting with no silverware for our dinner, an appetizer that just disappeared after our order and never showed up, even after prompting the waitress when she finally did show back up. It's not that she was slammed, because the restaurant wasn't busy at all, she just disappeared for long stretches. 2nd visit and my last. The food was horrible both times. Mozzarella sticks were cold and my son's hot dog looked old and burned. Sent it back and they gave him another that looked like a piece of rubber that was thrown in the microwave for 30 seconds. All baskets of fries were cold and tasted old. What a disappointment!!!! This is the second time in as many times that you have not even come close. 2 weeks ago you literally lost our delivery order. It took me calling 1.5 hours later till you finally acknowledged. You made things right and did not charge us and actually gave us a $20 gift card. Now tonight we try to use this gift card and it took a long while (hour) to actually get the delivery.... but we had expected the wait and were ok with it. Until when the order arrives and everything is obviously ice cold and and the wings are not even close to "extra crispy" as we ordered. I also asked for ranch with each meal and "a bunch of extra ranch". The lady read back the exact request upon completion of our conversation. We recently ate lunch here. Sad to admit it is my last visit. The wings are so small it's almost laughable. They sell the wings by the pound for some crazy reason, which I've never seen before.
