Well, these guys really seemed to clean house and bring in a great crew! The service is prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and generous. We used to avoid this location, but are grateful that it's our new go to for quick Chinese food. I do want to give props to Jennifer, my server, as she was incredibly friendly and made my quick visit one of the best at a fast food spot. Have wanted to try this location for awhile. Several times I've driven by and passed because of very long lines at drive through. This time was between lunch and dinner and there wasn't anyone in line. I was greeted nicely at the order screen and they were patient while I looked at the menu. I ordered basics... Orange chicken, beef and broccoli, lo mein noodles and a chicken egg roll. The woman at the pickup window was friendly and efficient and asked about sauces. She tossed in an extra cookie for my cute pooch who was asking for the ride. The food was warm, but unfortunately it wasn't good. I think the food had been sitting for awhile under lamps. It's fast food Chinese food. What are you really expecting? I love 90% of the main dishes but the egg rolls are burnt on the outside yet some weird soggy mixture on the inside. They run out of items like spring rolls and their chow mien is heavy on the cabbage. Staff is usually pretty friendly. After reviewing the reviews on yelp, I did not have the highest of hopes for this location but I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was incredibly clean, the service was great - friendly staff and helpful, quick in-and-out without any issues. The food was as expected and taste like Panda Express everywhere else I've visited. Ordered super greens and orange chicken/honey sesame chicken and veggie spring rolls. The coke I had was syrupy & did not taste right. I came back to the store with my receipt to let them know and get a refund. I was unable to get my $2.20 back unless I waited 20 minuted for the manager who was not present to return to the store. The two women behind the counter proceeded to drink my cup of coke and yelled to me there was nothing wrong with it! I found this whole interaction challenging & shocking! I think overall the folks here are trying but foot traffic seems slow so there are some compounding issues. Clearly a lot of their food sits out longer than other locations, guessing higher turnover with staff, and menu items are either unavailable or dishes aren't being prepared beforehand unless asked. Today the drive thru line was closed. Out of string bean chicken. And had to wait for a couple other dishes as well. The space was clean however and the staff taking our orders were pleasant. I really wish something could be done to boost this place up but now it's pretty clear to me that 2-stars is the max for this location after a few visits. read more

Running errands and got hungry. He decided on this place so we drove around to find a way to get to the restaurant. We could see it but there didn't seem to be a direct way to it. Finally found it. Parking right up front. Went in and while there seemed to be a ton of people working, we waited a bit before someone helped us. There was a server helping the customer ahead of us and one of the other servers wandered around and wiped down the area around the food before finally donning gloves and asking us what we wanted. He chose the chow mein, orange chicken and Beijing beef. I went with fried rice and honey walnut shrimp. Veggie spring rolls with hot mustard sauce to accompany the meal. He said the food was ok. Nothing special. The honey walnut shrimp had a little too much breading and was mushy. The fried rice seemed to be brown rice and not too much anything else. Veggie spring rolls were disappointing. The outside was good but the inside was a soft mush. Meh service and meh food. Not impressed. read more

We came in at 730pm to grab dinner. Out of 5 employees only 1 was working. The others were sitting eating a booths and would not lift a finger to help Elizabeth. She was left to man everything on her own while they just sat. We had very limited choices on food because no one was cooking. The sign said the drive thru was open but one of the employees had parked in the drive so no one could go through. Then, as we got our food and sat down the male manager started wiping down the tables and put all of the chairs up on the tables. There was still a stream of people coming in but it was very clear that no one was welcome to sit down and eat in. The other employees just stared at anyone coming in like it was an inconvenience. I looked up the hours and the restaurant was open until 830pm. It is a shame that these people are making $17-$23,as advertised on the sign in the store, and don't care about working. Don't inconvenience this store. There are other places to go that do appreciate your business. read more

Arrived on Saturday at 10:30am (opens at 10). Dining room door was locked. went to the drive through. They said it would take 10 minutes for preparation, and told me to go to front to wait. Pretty awful. I'm only giving two stars because the staff CAN be somewhat polite, but I won't eat here. My husband had an issue with their customer service. Long story short, he did not receive his full carryout order. When he called, the employee said he could drive back to the store to get the item they forgot, but they would not refund his money. This went around and around. After a couple phone calls and an in-person conversation with a manager, they finally refunded the money for the missing item. That manager worked for a different store and seemed he was the only person who cared. Clearly, the staff here and management of this location do not. If you come here for a specific item, you better get here early. After a certain time, they just will not make any more food. At 7 p.m., when the store still had two hours remaining before close (and several cars in the drive-thru), they were out of most entrees. What was left was congealed at the bottom of the bowls. They had no cream cheese rangoons, no super greens (so the only side choice was lo mein or rice), and only two egg rolls (one of which my husband ordered). They refused to make any more of those items. When they're out, they're out. One employee said they don't want to make more and waste food, but with two hours of service remaining and several people asking for the 86ed items, I'm sure they would sell it. Several other reviews seem to support this. For me, it's not worth it to pay full price and just accept the crusty stuff that is leftover. I'm going to leave and eat somewhere else. If you really like Panda Express, go to a different location. read more

I walk into Panda Express thinking I was gonna have a nice quick lunch. As I'm standing there I noticed a person down the line hands back a plate of refried rice and the line chef throws it in with all the other refried rice. So I say to myself there us NO way I'm gonna eat refried rice off of some other persons plate. So I decided to go another avenue. Stopped in today to empty serving bowls, with the staff literally scraping the bottom of dry bowls to scoop out incredibly small portions. The staff was collected at a break table more than helping customers and moving back and forth from eating their bag of sour patch kids and serving food with no hand washing in between. I pull up to the drive-in window and order my food and then he proceeds to tell me they're out of fried rice! What Asian restaurant is out of rice? So I ordered white rice orange chicken and mushroom chicken. I pull up to the window the guy hands the bag out to me with the container sideways! Unfortunately all the sauce is leaking everywhere inside the bag all over inside my car. When I got home and cleaned the seat of my car I opened the container to find extremely small portions all mixed together. The whole experience is extremely disappointing . In the future I will go to the panda express in Village Center at Highlands Ranch Parkway and University, there you great service full portions and they know how to handle food without spilling everything inside the bag. I wish I could give this zero stars!! We went thru the drive thru at 11am on a Friday no one in front of us no one behind us. we ordered two meala thats it with two cokes. We get to the window and the guy tells us how much we owe we pay then he says uhh can you pull up front and will bring you your order. I was like uhh ok there is no one here but sure. Get to the front of the store we park and wait 15 mins before my husband goes in 4 employees standing around talking on their phones. horrible management for a new place we will never come back.
