Missing the teriyaki sauce AGAIN!!! THIS IS SO ANNOYING! Every time I order teriyaki chicken the sauce is ALWAYS missing. The receipt is so faded I can't go to their site to take their visit survey.

I ordered online and arrived 10 minutes AFTER my order was supposed to be ready. The employees were so busy as the line was to the door. There were 10 people in front of me who were ordering at the restaurant and all of whom were given their food before my order was even ready. I spent about 12-15 minutes waiting for an online order that was supposed to be ready prior. About 20 customers were assisted quickly before I was given my online order and to top it off, the food was just bland. No seasoning, chicken was bland, honey walnut shrimp were soggy and chewy, gross. Overall this was a disappointing experience, and yes I understand that the employees were very busy but priorities should be followed and quality should still be assured.

8:00pm and hardly any food on the line , they are also out of white rice. This is the 2nd time I've been here that they were out of rice. After taking a seat , I noticed that they are serving ice out of a pan because they are also out of ice, Coke and Sprite ! Does your manager even work ? Do you normally have food sitting out that looks like this ?

    Broccoli Beef with steamed veggies.

I've only been here 3 times, as I live about a 45-minute drive away, but this was the first In-N-Out location I ever went to. I've gotten a Double Double & animal fries each time; I'm definitely a fan of their burgers, and while their fries aren't my favorite, they aren't bad, and I think their animal-style fries are still tasty. This location still has long lines (at least at the drive-thru) since they opened, but these days, if you go outside of peak times, you can get through fairly quickly. I went once at around 11:45AM and then at opening (10:30) and got my food within about 10 minutes both times. In-N-Out customer service is always great, too. In the times I've been there, their employees are friendly and give you service with a smile - I believe it must be part of In-N-Out's training and company culture.

My fries were not warm at all, our bread was not fresh either it had a hard chewy edge to it, the patties were cooked thoroughly. I definitely come back and give them another try maybe not this location, I would definitely go inside and order. Their homemade strawberry shake was delicious!

So, we ventured out after work and some much needed retail therapy to Dave's Hot Chicken. Off first glance, the restaurant is very eye-catching. Its neon lights on the exterior draw you in and the colorful-graffiti like interior (and exterior) is playful and exciting. There's ample seating indoors and outdoors and the service is quick. The staff is kind and extremely helpful. So, all that was a plus. Our server even gave us his recommendations and helped us narrow down our order. Of which, for me, was their #1 - two piece chicken tender basket. I got my chicken with a Lite-Mild spice level and it included a side of fries and Dave's Signature sauce. Their chicken batter is coated with a dry rub of spices, which, sadly, wasn't my favorite. I only got a Lite-Mild spice rub (my best friend got extra hot - she loves spicy food), but I just was not a fan of the overall batter / combination of spices used. Maybe if it was a wet rub it would have been a different experience - but sadly, the dry rub wasn't really anything to brag about. Outside of that, the actual chicken itself was tender. The fries were fresh and extra crunchy and I really enjoyed Dave's special sauce. All in all, it was a decent overall first experience. I'd go back again for just their plain chicken tenders, the fries and the sauce. Also, the price points are super reasonable - which is always a great thing.

Came in today at 8:10 like usual. Immediately told half their menu was, surprise surprise, not available, and that we could not dine in despite being open for another 50 minutes. Everything went about as usual until my daughter asked if she could get a refill, like she has multiple times before, while we were waiting on the food. The girl running the register, who somehow managed to get our 2-item order wrong three times while taking it, refused to allow her a refill. When I asked why not, she stated it was store policy that refills were only allowed for guests dining in. When I pointed out that she was not allowing us to dine in, she smuggly replied "that is correct." Rather than demand a manager, who presumably wadn't present since it was only the two teenagers running the kitchen and register, we've decided this will just be our last trip and advise all of you other yelpers of the substandard service this place has made a practice of providing.

The chicken fingers are huge, much larger than the usual size you get in other places. The serving of fries is also huge. The drink that comes with the combo is small. Diminutive, even. It was too much food for me, but I didn't know how big the chicken fingers are here, because I had never eaten here before. Same with the fries. Two of me (and I'm not a small guy) would have been happy with what I ordered. I ordered Cajun sauce to go with my chicken and that was a terrible mistake. I am from New Orleans, so as you might imagine, I've eaten a lot of Cajun food in my life, and the sauce did not resemble anything Cajun I've ever had. I daresay it tasted more like Mexican hot sauce than anything else, but mostly, it just tasted bad. And not that hot, either. I went back up to the register and paid for another two containers of sauce, and this time the selection was more mainstream, that is, honey barbecue. Which was good. Not great, but, you know, good. The dining area is very basic, very spartan, some inexpensive chairs and tables and a muted flat-screen TV (with closed-caption) on the wall. The single staff person at the register was very solicitous, too much so, frankly. Cloyingly nice, almost to the point of being obsequious. But perhaps I am just too jaded and cynical, other people may love the immediate high level of friendliness and familiarity. Country music was playing loudly while I was eating. After a while I realised that it was not actually country music, but rather, Christian pop music. If you're on the Pepsi side of The Great Soda Schism, you'll be happy here. If you're on the Coke side, you're not going to be happy. I like Coca-Cola, so I ordered a lemonade, which turned out to be not lemonade, really, but water with almost no lemon taste in it. It came out of the dispenser, so maybe the tank was almost empty or something, I don't know. It was water with the faintest taste of lemon. That's what I got for a drink. There are a great many restaurants that do wonderful things with a chicken. The chicken-lover landscape offers up an embarrassment of riches. With that in mind, I think I'd pick another spot for fried chicken. Not because the chicken was bad (it was not), but other things about the place were not particularly appealing to me, and it's not as if the main drawing card here (which is the bird) is so completely fantastic that you brush all the shortcomings aside. The chicken isn't that good, you know? It's good, but not so good as to make you forget about everything else.
