The Steak-and Shrimp is not good.. Have you ever heard of POTATOES in any Chinese food?? I haven't, but this item has lots of cut-up potatoes mixed in with the salty gravy and a few pieces of steak, shrimp, and vegetables. Decided to try this panda express today. Was not the awesome experience I remember panda being. The fried rice was dry, ordered a 3 item and do to dietary restrictions was unable to get a 3rd option so I paid for a 3 item and got 2. No extra anything and no offers for it. Was not thrilled by the shrimp. They got the 2nd order wrong and gave very bad attitude when asked to correct it. They gave the guy before us the same horrible attitude they gave us. If I could give it no stars I definitely would . This new system they have SUCKS. I don't know about anybody else but I like to see the food and pick and choose which one looks good for the day. In this case you walk in 2 steps through the door and on a table they have pictures of the only things they have . And once you pick you pay right then and there , then you have to go outside and wait to be called it took 10 minutes and they have NO other customers and I didn't see any other DoorDashers coming in ,But 2 people by the food standing and talking .I finally get called and go back inside to pick up my order. They took 10 F***ing min to mess up the WHOLE order! Stupid of me to think they had given me my order complete and correct NOPE they didn't . I had paid for all these extras and ordered chicken TERIYAKI And got NO teriyaki Sauce;received some dry chicken no sauces my order was wrong and I paid for extra Items. To top it off , I was calling to let them know my order was wrong and see if I can get some sort of compensation for tomorrow . And NO ONE answered I called 5 times ! Are you kidding me ????? I'm not one to Yelp because i work in a restaurant myself but when it's just one thing after another it seems like this is the only way it's getting some attention. Im beyond pissed . Don't get me wrong, I love me some Panda. However, the woman who dishes the food is evil! She consistently gives the tiniest portions. Sometimes, when you don't think she could fit less chow mein in your box, she scoops some out and puts it back! She is always there, so don't bother going, especially during the dinner rush. And don't even enter the line unless you know exactly what you want. This is not a tasting kind of chinese restaurant. For bigger portions and friendlier staff, try Rice Bowl Express in San Juan Capistrano. I had it for the first time tonight and I don't think i'll ever go back to this Panda. Grr. read more

I've never had a problem with Panda Express as a fast food option, but this experience was ridiculous! I ordered a 3 item combo to share (usually the workers pack so much food in the containers it's more than enough food), but the quantity = less than a normal 2 item combo. My side order was "half and half" which ended up being about 2 bites of chow mein and 4 or 5 of rice. I've never had such TINY portions from Panda before! Listen, I love Panda Express. Don't write me off! I'm usually very forgiving of fast food chain joints and hate it when I see them with 2 star averages from people expecting fine dining. BUT the last three times I went to this specific Panda location (AND over the course of a few months in last half 2016) each time the fried rice was cooked with bad oil. So old you can taste the nastiness. It's too bad because the orange chicken if I remember right was always that right level of crispy. Overextending the life of cooking oil unfortunately under-extends the level of quality offered (I mean, quality that lovers of Panda Express would expect from Panda Express, let's be serious here it is fast food after all!) My wife and I order from this location solely because it is less than a mile from our house. They have ever gotten our order correct the last 4 times we ordered from them. Contrary to the other reviews, I've never had problems with small portions here...but maybe there's been a change in staff. I come here about once or twice a week for take out because they are close to my work. Everytime I've been here, if the items I want aren't fresh, they always make me a new batch. Normally this location is on it. Today on my lunch break at work (Ibarely have time to make it their and back) I ordered my usual, fried rice and double Orange Chicken (it was fantastic), but I also ordered a 3rd entree of Honey Walnut Shrimp. I was not paying attention and they gave me a 3rd order of a chicken mushroom entree instead. I payed extra for the shrimp and the chicken was full of sauce in the little folded to-go box and it was placed in the bag upside down which leaked out everywhere. The bag had small holes in the bottom and sauce got all over my car. I will continue going to Panda, just a very bad experience. Especially paying extra for this. read more

This has to be one of the worst Panda Express locations that I have ever seen in my life. Not only was the food old and almost completely gone at 8pm (the business closes at 9:30) which is extremely early for a food establishment as popular as Panda Express to run out of food, the service was horrific. All the employees looked like they could care less about what they were doing. The worst part was that when we asked for Cream cheese wontons, we were told that they will not be making anymore that day. WOW. I'm astonished at how lousy my experience was here! This place is filled with lazy morons who sit around in the back and talk to each other while ignoring customers who are waiting to order. Even when they take your order they're texting on their phone. I told the lady my order and she said I had to wait five mins for vegetables. I said ok. The lady behind me wanted vegetables too so she had to wait as well. Once the veggies came, she gave the veggies to the lady behind me first and ended up not having enough for me!! I don't know why they even make such a small amount each time!! Then some new lady comes and asks me what I want to order after I already said it to the old lady twice!! The new employee made me repeat myself FOUR TIMES...she was a complete retard or high off something. She could not comprehend simple English. She told the chef to make more veggies, although he did not hear her so I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for veggies and when I asked about them, she said he's making them and that they should be done soon. Once her lazy a** checked 20 minutes later, he said, "Oh, veggies? I didn't know there was an order for that!" So there I go waiting for another 10 minutes. Then I asked for soy sauce and hot sauce and she forgot to give it to me. I asked again and then she forgot to give me chopsticks.
