My wife got me my dinner from this Panda Express location. I been to the plaza this store is in before and parking can be tough to find in the evening. I asked for the plate with chow Mein, kung pao chicken and orange chicken. The portion size is always not the best at any Panda location. You don't get that much chow Mein and the entree will vary depending who is serving you. My food was delicious though, the chow Mein is always amazing. The young lady offered samples for us to try seeing how we cant seem to decide on which flavors from their new crafted beverage fountain. Ultimately we purchased watermelon mango & pomegranate pineapple. Out of the 4 flavors available watermelon mango was the least sugary. Sad service on a Thursday night at 8:29pm. I chose this location for the simple fact it's not as crazy packed as down by Costco one. However I was so disappointed with the cold food. Coke greens and old stale food. This is my second enter counter here that now I have to warn customers about. First one was food was not up to quality of most pandas express spots. Now since the shop was closing in 31 minutes my wife and I couldn't get fresh greens. There was one serving of greens that looked browned. Staff is horrid! The customer service here is non existent. Zero stars if possible. The attitude by a little girl working here is awful. Her behavior was absolutely unprofessional. First they told me it was already picked up, then someone else told me it was never made. I had to show them my confirmation email 3 times.. they just kept going in the back??? I have to agree with other Yelpers about this Panda location...it's pretty horrible. Its very sad when businesses come to the area and everyone there seems clueless. It really hurts the brand. The Starbucks next door used to be the same way, but they're improving... I digress. So I came here during the lunch hour rush and they had NO fried rice, NO chow mein, and 3-4 of their dishes were empty...they should most certainly be able to anticipate the rush hours. There were 2 cooks in the kitchen and one was busting his arse while the other one looked stoned and confused, just slowly moving from one side of the kitchen to the other. A sweet older hectic Asian lady was trying to hold it all together. She was very kind and made sure I had fresh, hot chicken for my teriyaki bowl.
