My wife got me my dinner from this Panda Express location. I been to the plaza this store is in before and parking can be tough to find in the evening. I asked for the plate with chow Mein, kung pao chicken and orange chicken. The portion size is always not the best at any Panda location. You don't get that much chow Mein and the entree will vary depending who is serving you. My food was delicious though, the chow Mein is always amazing. I am posting this review to warn other families. On sun.3.2026, we bought food from this location. My daughter ate her meal and became violently ill with vomiting starting yesterday, which has continued since. My other daughter ate just a small bite of leftover orange chicken that her sister had saved. Within 30 minutes, she also started throwing up and experienced severe stomach upset. Two of my children getting sick right after eating food from here is unacceptable. I strongly urge management to check their food prep, temperature controls, and kitchen sanitation immediately. I will also be reporting this incident to the local health department. read more

Clean dining area and clean bathroom. Each staff I encountered were friendly . The young lady offered samples for us to try seeing how we cant seem to decide on which flavors from their new crafted beverage fountain. Ultimately we purchased watermelon mango & pomegranate pineapple. Out of the 4 flavors available watermelon mango was the least sugary. We took the pomegranate pineapple home to dilute it with some water. As shown in the picture our chicken teriyaki has some burnt parts . We discarded the inedible pieces . Today I wanted to try something different and healthy I know your gonna say panda express really but just know the food choice I made today was a great choice with help of the server named viridiana. she gave me great customer service. Sad service on a Thursday night at 8:29pm. I chose this location for the simple fact it's not as crazy packed as down by Costco one. However I was so disappointed with the cold food. Coke greens and old stale food. This is my second enter counter here that now I have to warn customers about. First one was food was not up to quality of most pandas express spots. Now since the shop was closing in 31 minutes my wife and I couldn't get fresh greens. There was one serving of greens that looked browned. The Mrs brought me lunch home from this location today. My favorite selection of Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and Chow Mein. The Orange Chicken was old, chewy, and small portions. Staff is horrid! The customer service here is non existent. Zero stars if possible. The attitude by a little girl working here is awful. Her behavior was absolutely unprofessional. First they told me it was already picked up, then someone else told me it was never made. I had to show them my confirmation email 3 times.. they just kept going in the back??? This location was like walking into a freezer today. It was about 65 degrees outside and the air conditioner inside the restaurant was blasting cold. Customers were either leaving or going for a coat just to eat. Told employees if they can turn down the a/c but was told it would take a while to do so.
