Joseph and The kitchen crew at this location are amazing. Super quick to offer to make warm food and they are never stingy on the meat like they can be at other locations. By the way he carries himself and how much he seems to care one would assume he was this locations owner but who knows. I come to this location on a regular basis. I have yet to have a bad experience. I love the food and the people that work here. The food is always fresh and when they don't have something I'm looking for they're always willing to make it for me. The people that work here seem to really like their job and are very friendly. Terrible location that I visit frequently due to the location being near my work. This panda has messed up my orders more times than I can count. Today it pissed me off enough to see what the reviews were like on Yelp. It's obvious based on the reviews here that the employees don't like their jobs and it shows. I wouldn't like that job either, but I never signed up to do it. I had to go back to the checkout three times for things they didn't put in my bag. Forks weren't on the counter to take myself, so I guess she thought I'd eat with my hands until I asked for one. No fortune cookie (I like them leave me alone), I asked for three soy sauces got 1 soy and 2 chili I didn't ask for, the wrong sauce for my egg roll. Not the first and I'm sure not the last shitty experience I'll have there. The food is good, keep the chef and get rid of the people that don't want to be there. Well this Sunday afternoon needless to say being helped by Cedric I experienced this mumbling questionable help. For some reason everything that I asked the woman who helped me after him had to be run by Cedric first. Which was annoying...all I asked for was shrimp on the side. After ordering two kids meals for my two boys. Then when I asked if it was steamed it was problem. So I was like forget it. POOR SERVICE/NO STARS DUE TO CASHIER!! Open time advertised at 10:00am. Get there at 10:30am on a Sunday and all they have ready is noddles and orange chicken plus may be 1 or 2 other item's cooked. Have about about 8 customers sitting waiting for food. They prepare your order if you've chosen what they have available and let it sit there till the other items are cooked. Which mean half of your food is cold. Asked for sweet sour after waiting 20min for my food to be told "want to wait we still have to cook it" Young cashier with color eye, very rude. Awesome service and friendly staff. They are always smiling and always offer samples to try... They always give a warm welcome to their customers when walking in. Food is always served fresh! You can literally watch them cooking while you are in the line. Great serving as well, other locations don't give as much as this one does. The time I went was lunch rush and they handled the line very well. I recall 2 people in black polos? (One manning the food and the other at the cashier register) I'm assuming they are the ones in charge of the store.. they were very organized. Will be coming back here soon! read more
