How can they even call it fried rice when that disk expects egg for flavor. Instead they replace a protein with a starch. And what happen to the sweet and sour pork? No pork at all. Erm. Had a close to ten minute dialog with the gal about just wanted a veggie bowl and veggie egg rolls. She seemed confused for some reason. Shrug. Must be the air pollution in Lebec. Got my order awhile later and veggie bowl was good nice steamed broccoli with a type of light glaze over it but two of the grossest, greasiest egg rolls that ever left Hong Kong. I'll start by saying that I'm a Panda Express fan. Their food is consistently fresh and tasty. We had the General Chicken and Green Bean Chicken. Both entrees were really good. The chow mein was disappointing, cold and flavorless. Bummer! Will I go back to Panda? Oh heck yes. I love them. Just not this one. read more

Been to many Panda Xpress , just got there from camping and a 3 hour drive was hungry and we stop there. Busy place I mean all that area so I chose Panda. I love panda!!!!! This is my stop before heading out to Los Angeles. I travel to LA at least 5 times a month. I think this is the only panda near me that serves eggplant and tofu!!!! My little girl also lives the chow mein. Best part of all, they just remodeled the rest room!!!!! Thank goodness, no more 20 min wait!!! I've been stuck near Grapevine during winter and panda has been my go to place for those days. read more

We ate here along the I-5 trek. But the SERVICE is why I am writing... We left a purse at our table and did not realize it until we were 4 hours away. The store had already closed by this time and were concerned that all would be lost. Finally getting thorugh the next day we found out that one of the workers gave it to the store manager, Kevin, who kept it in a safe until we called to claim it. Kevin was helpful and assured that we were able to get it back. We simply had FedEx do a pick up at the store (the 2-day ground delivery was just $15, and the purse still had all the cash, credit cards, smart phone and other important items). If the owner reads this...Please give Kevin an award or raise since he provided service well beyond what was expected and is a great representative for your store. read more

I drove 50 minutes round trip to get to this restaurant. The item I ordered was not available so I ordered and waited. I'd ordered a large a la carte box and when I got home it was only half full. Panda Express hould be one of my favorite franchise restaurants, but this location is not a good one. For some odd reason, the food have no taste on them. The place was very busy last night so we decided to go drive thru. We ordered 2 big plates and a bowl. We also asked if it is possible to have the honey walnut on the side because of allergy. We did not get a reply and so we thought they can separate the walnut. There was a really long wait at the drive thru but we understand, it was busy. We got our food and my husband told me to check the walnut shrimp before giving it to my 9 year old son who has nut allery. Lo and behold, the walnut is mixed in with the shrimp! We parked and I went it and told the cashier that I asked for the walnut to be on the side on my honey walnut shrimp order. She went to speak to one of the ladies taking orders and the lady looked very irritated and said something to the cashier. Cashier came back and continued to help other customer and not a word to me. Next, I was handed the box of honey walnut shrimp which supposedly has no walnut in it. This was around 8pm and I have 2 hungry boys and I thought of checking that shrimp again before giving it to my son. IT STILL HAS WALLNUT IN IT! They could have told me that NO they cannot separate the walnut from the honey walnut shrimp! I would have change my order. We enjoy the spicy selections available from Panda Express, so we ordered sweet fire chicken, kung pao chicken, and of course orange chicken. All were delicious! I stopped in Panda Express in this complex off of I-5. There were only three people in line in front of me. When I got to the counter, I waited about 5 minutes before being asked for my order. I'm not sure what was going on, but there were a lot of people behind the counter and two people at the woks. The trays were full, so there was no reason to wait for any of the dishes. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken and string bean chicken dishes as take out. I later found a chicken bone in one of the dishes. Overall, I think this is the worse Panda Express that I've been and if I go down to LA or back, I won't be going back to this particular one. read more
