Terrible customer service. Tonight (12/23/19), I made a mistake while ordering and the manager said, "you're all over the place." Extremely out-of-line to say that to a customer. He should have focused more on the 10 customers waiting for their food to be cooked than criticizing customers. Also at this location, my mom (who had Parkinson's disease) and I showed up (about 9:55) right before they opened at 10AM. We waited outside in the hot heat for 5 minutes and anyone who has to take care of someone with Parkinson's knows how difficult it can be. 10AM hit and they didn't open the door. My mom and I were waiting in front of the door and workers just ignored us while 10AM passed. Finally, at 10:05 I knocked on the door and a worker opened the door and explained that they don't open the door until the cooks have cooked the food. They didn't even open it after it's visible that my mom is struggling to keep standing to let us in so she could sit down. Very unprofessional. If you have any symphony for people with Parkinson's then choose not to support this location. read more

We order delivery thru Door Dash from the McKellips location often. We often order teriyaki chicken and 9 times out of 10 they forget to put the teriyaki sauce in the bag. You shouldn't have to ask for it - it's a given, I would think to anyone who cared enough to think about it. It is so disappointing and frustrating. Tonight I tried to call the store directly just to give them some feedback and was on hold for 20 minutes, then told I wasn't getting the store and they would have to transfer me - on hold again for 10 more minutes - only to get a recording saying they are too busy - thank you and goodbye. WOW. May have to rethink our chinese go to. read more

The staff especially the manager(?) was very helpful. They are always helpful, and pleasant. I'm taking a minute to tell you about the service I always receive. It never changes always clean, pleasant & helpful. Good Job! He let me know which dishes are very spicy and pays attention to me when I say I have a shrimp allergy. Plushe just takes time to talk the personal touch goes a long way. He was also very complementary of his staff. Good leadership. read more

I can't believe this place hasn't replaced management. We go there alot. Every time they are out of multiple items. Ragoons are always over cooked or burnt. Staff doesn't seem to care. Management doesn't seem to care either. You would think they would be prepared for the dinner rush but they never are. With all the other complaints that I have read, you would think that corporate would have taken notice. read more

Typical Panda food, which I always enjoy. The problem tonight was that I waited for the chow mein to be cooked, which was not a problem. But when they passed the plate with my order written on the back to the cashier, he placed his hands on the surface of the plate after handling cash. The food was then placed on the plate and they called me to pick up my order. I hope I don't catch anything... Maybe a health code violation? read more

Got food poisoning on 6-14-15. Had to call in sick today. No bueno and no return trip there ever. Bummer....

The only reason this location gets a star at all is because it is a Panda Express. The service and food is consistently terrible. We have been to this location now three times and every time they run out of food, the employees are slow, ineffective, and apathetic, and the floor is a sticky mess. I encourage the manager and owner to spend more time training their employees. read more

I came in and was not served with respect in any way. all of the employees were gathered by the soda machine. after i got my food the cashier proceeded to tell one of the other employees who was not working in the dining room that she has strep throat. this is a major health code violation and should not be allowed in any restaurant. This fast food has greatly improved! I had to wait on my friend and I was greater and offered a sample in which I was told what was in in and what made it special. The food was fresh hot and good. Recently I went to the Panda Express close to my house. Every time I go there, I always notice one thing first: The sign on one side of the building has some letters blacked out. That is how I know I am at my favorite fast food Chinese restaurant. What makes this restaurant great, is that when you first walk in, you are greeted very kindly by basically everyone in the store. They have a great selection of foods, which you can try before you decide, and most of it tastes good. The colors inside Panda Express are really vibrant, and give it sort of a good mood feel to it. I've always had a great experience at this Panda Express, so every time I expect the same service I always get, and I see that other people do too. I always get my regular three entree with fried rice. Their Cream Cheese Rangoons are the greatest I've ever had, and I recommend those wholeheartedly. I usually get their Orange Chicken with my Rangoons, but their Mandarin Chicken, Beef and Broccoli and the Angus Steak is great too. For first time Panda Express eaters, I recommend you try before you buy, that way you know what you'll like before you get it. They've got a great selection of drinks, they are always stocked on everything they have, and every table, chair, and bar is cleaned to perfection. (this is the first review I have ever done & it's not good) so I Get home w/mine & daughters food! Rice is hard! Took it back. Had to wait 10+mins for Chow mein, then had to wait even longer for teriyaki chicken (which was not cooked all the way when put in the pan) the girl told the guy to take it back and cook it longer. YUCK! I lost my appetite! I asked if I could just get my daughter's food and get a refund for my food. He should have refunded me the whole thing especially AFTER I DROVE BACK & STOOD THERE WAITING FOR 30MINS! Very disgusted! read more

Went in tonight at 7:20 PM. There was no rangoons, egg rolls or spring rolls. Asked for rangoons and the girl at the register asked the young man in charge of the kitchen if he could make some. The young man, Daniel, did not seem happy about this request and stormed off to the kitchen. I asked if it was too much trouble to cook them and I could tell it was even though they don't close for another hour and a half. Daniel came out of the kitchen and slammed the box of rangoons on the counter and opened it and threw some in the fryer then walked away. I got so irritated with Daniel's poor attitude I told them not to worry about it. Daniel later explained he wanted to get the kitchen closed soon (UM YOU ARE STILL OPEN FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF?) Then as I am being rung up I notice the total is about $3 more than it should be, check the receipt and see that I was charged for fortune cookies!!!!! I asked the cashier and she explained this was new. My fiancé went back in for a refund on the cookies as they are not worth even a penny lol and no one knew how to do a return. He had to grab the manager who was next door at the subway to come show her associates how to do their job. Horrible customer service.... Hoping food is at least good but previous reviews are not promising lol. read more

This location is by far the most consistent in having noodles out way to long. Same goes for fried rice. Not good at all. Should have fresher food out. Have tried too many times, various times of the day and been let down. Time for a new location. read more

Why is the king pao always burnt? First time thought it was a fluke. Second time, same deal. Third time - same. I've been getting the Kung pao for years at other panda's and I've never had it burnt- but for some reason this location can't get it right. seriously- you need to train your staff better. read more
