    The "plate"
    Alayna B.

This is the "plate"... why did I say super greens and was given a stock of a cauliflower and a piece of broccoli with some sad kale?... no chicken in my "sting bean chicken." Do better yall. Tasting like old microwave noodles. I better better ramen than this

I got a medium entrée teriyaki chicken paid 8.40 and it's not full. The employees were really nice and I understand that the business is trying to save money but you this is wrong. The chow mein noodles seem really thin and dry, soft n chewy. This panda is not my normal location, maybe the patrons at this area enjoy different style of food.

    Orange Chicken

Sent my sister to the Oak Grove Oregon location for Orange Chicken with Rangoon for me and this is what came back. Spicey Chicken over the same spiced noodles so hot I could not eat it. Tried several times to ingest it because I had surgery and didn't want to have go back. Didn't think I needed to either. The Rangoon was awesome but that wasn't enough to eat. This was the 2nd time at this location so I probably won't return

Not all Panda Express's are the same. The menu and the recipes from location to location will be about the same. But the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the physical facility can vary a lot This one is a nice one. This store is very bright and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food all looked very fresh on the steam tables. We're here to yet enough Food for 4 people. We chose a total of 7 different items plus Brown rice. Five of these items were small entree cartons , ala carte. Two were medium size. All the items plus 1 small dolphin drink came to $38.10. We took it back to my brother's apartment and had dinner. I'm happy to report that it was plenty of food for the 4 of us With some left over. Our favorites were the string beans with chicken breast, broccoli beef, and the mushroom chicken. The one loser Item was the item that was heavily advertised on TV, the Szechuan Chicken appetizer. It was too dry and the flavor was not very complex nor interesting. Obviously, this is not fine dining. The food is just OK. But when you consider the speed come up the convenience come up the price and the variety, it's not a bad experience. Jim

Service was quick and the food delicious. I do wish the entree serving in a bowl was larger, but overall a good lunch!

Dear Business Owner, I am writing to express my…read moredisappointment regarding an experience I had at your business today. When I entered your store, I asked for an ice cream. The employee immediately charged me $3.99 without asking any questions about what type of cone I wanted, what size I preferred, or any other options. After I selected a cone, I was informed that the cone would cost an additional $1, which I paid. In total, I paid approximately $5 for my order. I would also like to point out that the ordering process was not handled properly. When a customer orders ice cream, it is the employee's responsibility to ask important questions such as which cone the customer wants, what flavor they would like, and what size they prefer before processing the order. Customers should clearly understand what they are purchasing and how much it will cost before being charged. After paying, I received an ice cream that only filled the cone and did not extend above it. It appeared that there was very little ice cream for the amount I paid. I politely asked the employee if he could add a little more ice cream because it seemed that I had mostly received a cone with very little ice cream. He refused and stated that he could not add any more. After looking at it again, I returned and respectfully asked if he could add just a little more ice cream. I explained that there was only enough ice cream to fill the cone and that it did not look like a normal serving. He again refused and told me that if I wanted more, I would need to purchase an entirely new ice cream for another $3.99. I explained that I had already paid for both the ice cream and the cone and simply wanted the product I believed I had paid for. At that point, I became frustrated and placed the ice cream on the counter and decided to leave. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee began recording me, followed me outside, recorded my vehicle, and shouted comments such as, "These people want to eat ice cream without paying." He also told me not to return to the business. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers may become frustrated when they feel they have not received what they paid for, but employees should still treat customers with respect, patience, and professionalism. Recording a customer, following them outside, and making public accusations is not appropriate customer service behavior. I am asking you, as the business owner, to review this incident and consider providing additional customer service training to your employees. No customer should be recorded, publicly embarrassed, or yelled at simply for raising a concern about a purchase. Employees should also be properly trained on how to take orders, communicate pricing clearly, and resolve customer concerns in a respectful manner. My concern is not only about the ice cream itself but about the way I was treated. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that future customers receive the professional and respectful service they deserve. Thank you for your time and attention.

It took a while to get my order, but it seemed as if they hired a new worker and were showing him he ropes on how to properly make a good cheesesteak sandwich. The person teaching seemed like he had a passion for the craft of assembling and making the sandwich. But needless to say, he did, because it was pretty fire in my opinion. The beef was delicious! Very well seasoned and accompanied by the onions and swiss cheese, the sandwich was to die for! The peppers worked extremely well, and the roll that they used was super soft and toasted as well. The presentation of the sandwich was simple, but you're able to peer directly in and see all the ingredients inside the sandwich. Beef was tender and each bite was a melty, cheesy, burst of flavor in my mouth.
