Stopped by this place for some lunch while in the area. Dining area is spacious and food is your normal Panda Express. No issues with staff at this location. Parking as mentioned previously, is horrible as it's next to nil. If you're lucky to get a parking spot, jump for joy. read more

I enjoy the food from here all the time being my work is just down the street. I love the food but the last couple times I got drinks I would get mostly carbonated water with very little syrup. Its a gross taste. I would recommend checking your dispenser and see if there's anything wrong with it. Or if you are holding out on syrup please don't cause that just drives away business read more

Oh, how I miss the old A&W that used to be located where this Panda Express is now. As others have said, the parking here is horrendous. I got stuck going through the Starbucks drive through, as there were no places to park and no place to turn around. I finally figured out how to get back to the parking lot behind the empty furniture store. There are signs all around that cars will be towed if parked there, but thankfully, mine wasn't. The food was okay at this location, but the service was less than friendly. There are many other locations where the service is better and where there is ample, easy parking. read more

My family loves panda and this was our first time coming to this but never again. Customer service is non existent and if you have a question it seems to be a big inconvenience for the staff to answer or be bothered with. The food is just like every Panda ... Not great, not bad. However, this is easily the worst panda location I've ever been in. Twice in the last two weeks, they haven't had any ice and neglected to inform me before I placed my order. One time the steamed rice was crunchy because they didn't really have it ready before they opened. How do you not have ice? The service is also slower at this one than others I've been to. I frequent Panda and enjoy the food, but this location is whack! Friendly customer service is always hit or miss, and I cannot understand why there's always a line with backed up orders waiting to be finished. I don't know if it's just me being a pig or if the portions they are dishing out as of recently are much smaller. I eat Chinese food more than I should and I usually go to a Panda Express to satisfy my craving. My husband is vegetarian and he loves the eggplant and tofu dish however, it is not always available in fact there is one store closer to me that doesn't make it at all. I called this store and asked if they have the dish available, it wasn't (not surprised at all lol) but the lady told me she'll call it in and it should be ready when we get there. True enough it was ready when we got there about 15 mins later. I give the food 4 stars because the taste and quality is consistent but it's the great customer service that bumped my review to 5 stars. read more

I think the food is okay for a fast food restaurant and usually they are pretty fast to get your order. This location for some reason gets really busy sometimes and so I never go there when I am short on time. For what you pay here, I can do better but hey sometime you just gotta have it! read more

I've ordered online a few times from this store and the order is always ready when I get there and i've not had any issues yet. One employee even recognized me when I walked in the door and got my order for me. I've had a lot of issues with online orders at another store, so getting such good and consistent service is a very nice change. read more

They sure do ... take their time pushing every single customer to sample AND discuss their little samples. I understand up sailing I understand pushing product ... but really. How about taking a few orders and moving the line along. I understand handling Dinner rush .... but this Panda location puts a new meaning to the phase " are you kidding me??" Great food, as the Panda Express Restaurant always has, and decent portions, but the parking stinks. We had to park a block away. :-/

We visited yesterday and nothing was cooked right. The rice was mainly vegis and missing the egg that every other panda has in it. It wasnt browned or flavored like it should of been. The orange chicken was hard as a rock and tasted really old. The chow mein was cold. And just blah. IT MADE ME VERY SICK. read more

When I first saw the rating for this place I was like "come on. it's a panda express. they're all the same. it deserves more than a 2 and a half star rating." But then I ate here, lol. I've been to so many panda's and the food quality has always been consistent. the only thing that ever varies is the thickness of the sweet and sour sauce. This was my first experience where something was really off. It was the chow mein. It had a terrible burnt taste to it and was inedible. I brought this to the attention of the manager. He was nice about it and offered me a fresh order (I wasn't interested), but it turns out I guess there is some residue that needs to be scraped out of the bottom of the pan and some was left behind, or something like that. (I envisioned the black gooey stuff they scrape up off of a mongolian bbq cooking station. gross.) Anyhow, to me this is a definite sign that this location isn't as concerned with standards as other locations may be. and like everyone else has mentioned; the parking sucks. read more

Sad Panda. Bad gift cards! If you buy a gift card from Panda Express you might have the same problem I had--it will show "0" balance. That's right the poor person you gave the card to may have the embarrassing experience of trying to prove they did not already use the card. The gift card I gave to my poor 92 year old mother showed "0". She doesn't drive and I take her wherever she needs to go so I knew she had not used it. The manager gave me the number for customer service--the rudest customer service representatives I've ever experienced--actually called me a liar because I couldn't remember the street name of the restaurant! They said they were having a "security breech" problem with use of the gift cards, and refused to refund my money saying they consider the gift cards cash. They have hit the jack pocket--keep your money and know you can call your bank card to get reimbursed. Thank goodness my bank did say they would investigate and most likely be able to reimburse me. I went in a half hour before closing. There was hardly any food to choose from. The cooks were already cleaning up. They were very clear that they didn't want to make anything else, but the chow mein that was going to be ready in about 5 minutes. After the chow mein was done, they asked about main entrees. I saw they had teriyaki chicken left, so I got that. I went to sit down, and noticed there was no teriyaki sauce. I went up to employee, and they informed me that they had ran out, and I would have to wait 5 more minutes for the sauce. They tried to talk me out of them making sauce. What mad me mad, was that no one said there was no sauce! They waited for me to complain. came in at 9:05pm. one couple ahead of me...guy asks for fresh shrimp since there was like two left. she said ok but when other woman walks up and takes over she just shovels those cold soggy shrimp in his tray and pushed it along. you look at practically everything and there is like a scoop of each left. I've been here twice. Both times I ordered a 3 entree plate and the lady gave me 2. She only charged me for two, so that's a plus. She never made eye contact after I told her to start with fried rice. Guess I'll try another location where they have more time to pay attention to my order. I went in to get lunch and had fried rice, orange chicken, and Beijing beef. An hour after that I started to feel a little weird and my stomach was not feeling right. So I went home early from work and had to rush to the bathroom because everything I ate was coming back out.
