Solid food when you are hungry. Got me a 2 item combo special with orange chicken and broccoli beef. Fried rice was cooked to perfection. Service was friendly and nice.

Food consistently good, side options with main course and love Fanta strawberry soda. The service is excellent responding to questions about order. All around good experience

The service here is always fast and friendly. I had the beijing beef, and it was good. The meat was fresh and the rice was hot.Nothing amazing but prepared as expected. My friend had chicken and that didn't taste very good. Sometimes they have an off night and not everything is great. However, I have not missed with the beijing beef...so I stick to it.

$19 for a half full box of brisket. Everything else was filled 2/3 of the way also. Terrible

They were featured on History channel Food That Built America so I had a craving. I downloaded the app and they gave me 20% off my first purchase. I come to PE maybe once or a twice a year because I am always disappointed/dissatisfied with my meal afterwards and wonder what was I thinking? It has not changed. We arrived at 10 and was surprised to find that they open at 930am. Who eats Chinese food so early? seemed like a waste of salary. We were the only ones there. The prices were reasonable. A 2 item entree with side was only $10.50. For $1.50 more you can add another entree and liked that they put it in a separate container instead of cramming it all on the same plate. I got their popular orange chicken, beef pepper steak and my favorite green bean chicken with both fried rice and chow mein. We took it home. Service was friendly enough. The rice and chow mein is horribly dry and all at room temperature at best. I know a lot of people like PE but wow, it is mediocre at best. I only ate half and threw the rest away because I just could not see reheating it and eating it. I still give 4 stars because its how it is at all PE so its just my personal preference on taste. Otherwise, the place is clean, its a good value, and service is good enough. It will be at least another year for my return.

I am a fan of Panda Express. Their food is consistently good. This was an exception. The noodles and teriyaki chicken were very dry and I did not finish the food.

I was waiting in line for over 20 minutes once I got to the ordering speaker. The lady told me to wait. After placing my order, it took another 15 minutes to get my food. Once I got my food it looks like they didn't even bother to cut the teriyaki chicken. They just put everything on a plate and served it to me. Very unprofessional would never recommend this place.

Panda Express has been our go to for a nice hot chinese dinner with plenty for lunch the next day. We found when going to the Panda Express on Del Paso the food is always fresh, hot and ready once we place the order online. We especially order on the days the non profit organizations have their fund raisers where they get 28 percent of the total sales.

No sauce and no sauce in the bag...as per usual.

Changed to smaller boxes...Happy New Year inflation! This was the one place left where you could still get a lot of food for the price...not anymore.

Established in 1939, the menu is delightful, the food is fantastic. Coming back for more as soon as we can. Best Chow Fun outside of Hong Kong, and having been been to HK often. It's good, but the flavors are not true to authentic Chinese cuisine. While some of the dishes (Veggie Fried Rice) have that authentic flavor, the others (Fried Chicken) are just not good or done right. In fact, don't get the Fried Chicken. As for the pies, the Banana Cream Pie was awesome. Actually, it was borderline Epic. The Chocolate Cream Pie was a miss. Too much cream and the chocolate didn't go well with the crust, which was too salty. While the banana pie hide the bad crust, the chocolate wasn't able to. The service was excellent. Prompt, attentive, and done well. The restaurant itself mimicked a very narrow club/ bar with some tables and dining behind. Felt like a darker and more expensive P.F. Chang's. I'd only go back for a slice of the Banana Cream Pie ($10), to go.

The good - my order was prepared quickly, and the amount of fish was very generous. The fish was tasty and spicy. The house chow mein that I also ordered had decent (read below) flavor. The bad - the salt and pepper fish had a great batter, but I feel they're battered too much, and the actual fish piece inside is tiny. My house chow mein didn't have a single shrimp in it. Lots of beef, which was good, but the char smell from the beef was the only thing you could taste on the noodles. It's almost like the chef cooked the noodles on whatever the beef was cooked on. The noodles we had ordered from here a month ago had very good flavor, but not a one note beef flavor. There was a lot of beef and chicken in the house chow mein, but zero shrimp means the cook either forgot or they didn't have them and thought it would be ok to add more beef. Either way, I paid extra for my selection, and didn't get it. Am I Pissy? Yes. Am I honest? Also a Yes. 3 stars this trip, probably my last.

Its been so bad the past decade that we decided to give it another chance. Different management, different chefs, different everything basically. The fried flounder was so fried that I could not separate the bones, not only that, you could barely get any meat out of it. Our table had nine people and they only provided 6 buns with our peking duck. I thought they didn't have enough steamer space and was going to bring more but nope. The shrimp in their salted egg pumpkin and shrimp dishes was overcooked and their deep fried pig intestines were extremely stinky. Their portion sizes downsized like crazy and it's so bad that we didn't even finish any of the dishes. The best dish was a stir fry cauliflower dish that I could make at home. It was supposed to come with pork, but I only saw itty bitty pieces of meat. The service was also super bad and slow. I was eating their fried rice and bit on a piece of broken yellow plastic with multiple sharp points. Prior to that, I was feeding my toddler the rice so THANKFULLY it didn't go to him. When we told the server, which was an older lady with glasses and bangs, she's like oh... then she took it to the kitchen and pretended that nothing had ever happened when she came back out. Shes been there for years, and I remember seeing her when we were regulars. I wasn't expecting anything, except for some accountability. I used to love this place so it's pretty sad to see how much it went downhill.... This business needs to be scrapped. The current 3 stars is giving them too much credit and it must have been due to when they used to be good, in the past.
