I guess ordering from Door Dash doesn't allow me to get what I ordered. I ordered a plate and received that. I ordered cheese Rangoon and did not receive that, but was charged. I guess they were out, so rather than refund that, they threw one dried up egg roll in the bag. Really?! I received a little pack of sweet & sour sauce. As far as taste. I took one bite of the dried egg roll and threw put the remaining. I ordered orange chicken and received very little. I ordered beef and broccoli and received a substantial amount. As someone whose family eats Panda Express at minimum once a month, this Panda is the best that I've eaten from by far. Eating a plate with warm honey walnut shrimps brings to mind similar shrimps from Chinese restaurants in terms of flavor. However, like other restaurants, the portions of premium items such as the shrimps tend to be smaller than that of regular items. Let's be honest, the location sucks because it's in a mall. The area Panda Express is at is so small and there is always a line of people. Luckily the workers do work very quickly. I felt bad for them because that day it was very hot in the mall and I could see they were sweating profusely. The food option here is very small compared to regular Panda Expresses because the area they have is a lot smaller then as if it was a building on it's on. They put the most popular choices on the stand. Luckily, the ones I always have liked were there! The line went by really quickly and the food quality was fantastic. It tasted amazing as always. This is not the worst Panda Express place I've ever seen. Actually, it is pretty good. Their location is on the second floor. Use an escalator to get there. The food is nice as usual. I ordered fried rice, orange chicken, shrimps and small soda for 14$ approximately. The free bonus is a fortune cookie. Now, these guys owe me a new job (check my photos)! You just have to understand this is one of many places inside the food court of the plaza. Because of the location, I can say this Panda Express is a kinda easy place for working, I mean for employes. There is no necessary to clean the tables or restrooms. All of these activities are the duties of the Stonestown Plaza staff. That's why the Panda crew is nice probably:) And you can't claim them for the dirty area inside. The noise level is very high. There are a lot of people inside the food court of the plaza. Even with no playing music, it is difficult to talk with friends sitting in front of you. You can use public restrooms and free wifi of plaza. I would say the Panda Express here is the place where you can always expect a high-quality level of food.
