I was eating my orange chicken and chow mein bowl today when I bit into a piece of orange chicken. When I bit into it a sharp bone shot straight into my gum and made me bleed. I was so horrified that I couldn't finish my orange chicken. I do not even know if I will be able to eat chicken again, in general. We just came back from here. My daughter loves the place, but when they gave her the Beijing Beef, it was off the scale way hotter than ever before. She actually could not eat it. Trying to be a good parent and teach her the right thing to do, I told her to let them know, and give them a chance to make things right. The manager replied with "That's just how they make it sometimes", and turned away leaving her standing there. I was going to fill the survey out that they have on the receipt, but when I got up to get our food, someone came by and picked it up. I went to the register, and asked for a reprint, and I was told "They only come out once". On top of the above, the tables and floors had food on them. Each time I come to Panda, it is such an easy process! As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted warmly. They always ask if you'd like to sample anything. My husband and I came in today and got 2 entrees and were very disappointed. First of all, one of the entrees was completely out and took 10 minutes for it to be cooked and brought out to us. Then, the food that was ready & available was not hot when you got it so who knows how long it was sitting there. Once my husband got his entree that we waited 10 mins for, he took his first bite and bit into something hard which he believes was a bone. I've eaten at this Panda Express an handful of times. It is a convenient place to grab a quick takeout dinner and is pretty inexpensive. I've found the food to be much better on some occasions than others...sometimes it is good, others it is oily or dry, and a few times the chicken has had weird pieces of gristle. I highly recommend trading the convenience of the drive through for going inside so you can see what looks good...the dishes that have just been put out are much better than the ones that have been sitting there for hours! read more

Use to love their Kung Pao chicken! Would stop by about once a week for take out and did this for several years. But last year they changed the recipe and now it's way to hot!!! Left the store and 15 mins. later, discovered my wallet was missing, rushed back to Panda, David met me and when I asked if a wallet was turned. I was just here I walked in and the assistant manager Paola was very friendly and super nice. I ordered my two meals and once I got to the next person in line which was Samantha she was also very friendly and even asked if i wanted to wait for the 2 egg rolls which I did. The cashier was amazing super friendly I paid for my order since I had to wait for the egg rolls she gave me a complimentary drink which I thought was very nice. Overall this place is pretty awesome I usually go to Escondido because I live there but today I was working close to this location thought I'd stop by and get food and trust me this is my new location to go to read more

The noodle or rice portion (and you can combine them) is always huge. Sometimes one of the sides has been a bit skimpy. But overall you will sit down to a very full plate of good stuff! The ingredients are always fresh, and the food hot. Take a look at the floor to ceiling glass frig that is filled with clear bins of fresh, colorful, tasty veggies, You know what you are eating is (mostly) good for you! On occasion I've seem a food tray quite low. Just mention it and the chef gets new prepared in a jiffy. And the bonus is to complete a quick on-line survey. To begin, I wasn't greeted when I walked in or even when I was at the counter. I walked into a restaurant filled with depressed workers who i felt like i was inconveniencing by being there. After being ignored for about 2 minutes, they finally acknowledged me.I ordered two, two entrees to go. Both with chow mein, one with teriyaki chicken and green bean chicken. The second I asked for mushroom chicken and Kung pao chix. I waited another 5 minutes waiting for the checkout guy, Tuan, who the workers couldn't even find. After that hassle I went home to eat my food, only to see that I'm missing an entire entree in one of my plates! I didn't have my mushroom chicken. Very rude and poor service! The people serving the food don't even smile. They give you small scoops of food. If you order something like green bean chicken, you are lucky if you even get 2 bites of chicken. They give you all green beans, same with pepper chicken. If you ask for more, they refuse. I went in there 20-25 minutes before closing and the worker Maria told us they were closing in 5 minutes? I asked her if they had more food as everything was empty except for 3 containers. She said no and that they couldn't make anything else because they were closing. When she walked away i asked another employee closing time he said like 20 minutes and that we could sit and eat. I said ok. I ordered what ever they had and as I'm paying get she says it'll have to be to go because they're closing soon.?
