I just left this establishment very disappointed. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 orders of cream cheese rangoon's. They told me it would be a wait. I said no problem. I have no issue waiting for fresh food! So I waited with a smile on face. The manager, Susie, handed me my food through the window and told me to have a good day. I parked to eat my food. I ate one looked funny but I'm hungry. Broke open the second one and IT WAS STILL FROZEN. Even after I waited for fresh food to be cooked I was still served frozen food by the manager. She told me her name was Susie when I went inside to get my money back. She was not wearing a name tag so I'm not sure on the spelling. I feel sick to my stomach. read more

Every time I go into this location the food looks old and dried out or there just isn't any even made. They require customers to wear masks but the majority of the employees in the place serving and cooking are not wearing masks. Stood there for 5 minutes, the only ones in the restaurant, one girl, was waiting on drive thru, 4 other employees standing behind the counter chit chatting about whatever. A newer Panda Express in an area with some re-development happening. Looks like the area will be pretty convenient once the roadwork is complete. Food quality and service is A-OK. Out of teriyaki sauce two out three of my last visits. One time they even tried to sell me chicken teriyaki without teriyaki sauce! They asked me at the register if I wanted more soy sauce. Lol. I quit trying to go there. read more

Never had a bad eat at this place. Can't believe anyone would find this place pricey, it's very reasonable considering the large portion you get. Love the black pepper chicken, but my favorite is the plain teriyaki chicken. You get a big portion and the teriyaki sauce is hot and tasty. I've eaten at them all, but this is the best of the ones in Wichita. Convenient to get in/out onto Kellog. Recommend highly. read more

Excellent, excellent fast Chinese food. Being brand new they do have long lines and sometimes the staff can get a little frazzled but still completely worth the wait. I'm so glad Wichita finally has the famous Orange Chicken! And definitely try the Kobari beef. read more

Well never have I heard of a Panda Express being completely out of food two hours before closing, but this location was completely "sold out" of Orange Chicken, & Chow Mein. Very disappointed. read more

As far as fast food goes, this is the best. The menu does seem to be a bit hit and miss though, some the items are really good while others seem to be pretty terrible. It is also a bit pricey, but not too ridiculous. Considering the food is delivered at the same speed you would get at a burger joint, but with the quality of the food is at least triple that of a normal fast food restaurant, I would say it's well worth the money and is a great place to eat. read more

Its not the best of all Chinese restaurants, but it is the best chain Panda Express location I've been to. The ones in CA are awful; but this one was well seasoned, well prepared, and reasonably portioned for the price (I mean tons of food if that helps). Military discount is a bonus. Drive thru takes a bit long, but eating inside is nice and very casual. Its well kept and clean. Wish I could transplant this one in my town. read more

Very hit or miss. Especially chow mein noodles. I've often been given crab Rangoon instead of spring rolls however the lady who works the drive thru makes up for the long wait time and dry noodles. She's so pleasant and so nice and always remembers my niece likes two sets of chopsticks. read more

Service was acceptable but not extra friendly by any stretch, food quality is what gets only one star. Because this is a cafeteria style serving line the foods not used frequently will sit until they are eaten which results in rubbery textures and cold food. We got there about 11:45. This was our 2nd time. our first experience was pretty good but I felt like the portions were small. They were low on everything. I was placing an order. They took the guy behind me before me. We are a family of 4. We each had a bowl. The tab came to over $30.00. The bowls were more than halfway filled with rice with very little protein or vegetables on top. One bowl the chicken was cold. I don't think so! We are never going back! read more

This is a really crappy place. We went there during lunch time it was it's usual business. We stood in line for about 10 minutes while someone was giving their order but kept changing it. When we finally got up to give our order there were no fresh noodles or rice. Then when we asked for them to make more they said no can we take your order. So we walked out to find somewhere better, like burger king. read more

I first tried panda express in California. I loved the food, it was back when they started out and the food was really fresh and not so much commercialized or "fast". I tried the food at this new Panda Express and it is really really bad. I tried the orange chicken which was cold and bland. My husband had the honey walnut shrimp which was delicious but there were only about 6 shrimp in the meal. If you are wanting to try some fast food that tastes nothing like original chinese cuisine go here, but I suggest going to a local chinese restraunt for real delicious food that will fill you up for the same price! read more

I want to acknowledge Christmas eve night at this Panda Express, and hope you somehow recognize the great crew at this particular store with some sort of award of any kind to again acknowledge their personal sacrifice that night, that went above and beyond their duty. The only restaurant open that night was Burger King (which I cannot stand). It was 6:45 pm Christmas eve, and although the exterior lights to Panda Express were shut off, I did see your crew inside serving two people at the buffet line. Thought I would sneek in and see if they would wait on me too even though the sign on the door stated they were going to close at 7pm that night so the employees could spend Christmas with their family. Sure! Come on in, I was greeted by them. Well, car after car after car of people came in also to eat AFTER me within the next 15 to 20 minutes. I counted 18 people just while I was there and as I was leaving. Your wonderful employees took time out of their schedule, and worked later than they should have to accommodate hungry Christmas patrons. And all with a smile and kindness while they were feeding us. You have an outstanding crew there at that location. I am a regular and eat there often, not only because of the great food, but also because of the kindness of the employees there. You should be proud that you have such wonderful employees at that location that work hard to create an outstanding image for the Panda Express Restaurant chain. i had steamed vegetables yesterday and brought them home to eat....i ate them tonight and found a small curly wire in them...had i ingested this wire i could have been in big trouble...i called them to tell them about it and their answer was IF i had my receipt i could stop in this week and get a free 2 entree and a drink...i did not call to get free anything...i wont ever eat anything from there again...but they should have shown concern and said they would check and make sure no one else had a wire in their food...i would hate to hear of someone having surgery or because of ingesting wire.... read more
