Hi, I come here frequently and have a good time, today unfortunately Javier who was serving was basically tossing the food into my plate, it was a mess and I asked him kindly to make it right. The quality of the food is typical Panda Express. The service and quantity is the worst I have ever seen at any Panda Express in the entire SF Bay Area - even worse than the Westfield Oakridge location. It was barely a full bowl of warm, white rice with eight chicken nuggets - for almost $9! I ordered online in hopes I wouldn't have to deal with the poor service mentioned in prior reviews; however, they still managed to look unorganized. My order sat as they helped everyone ordering in-store first. There is no process for assisting online orders. You have to get in line with everyone else in order for anyone to acknowledge your existence - unless one wants to be loud and rude. I had a reward--a symbol of loyalty, a hard-earned token of appreciation from many past chow mein-fueled adventures. I presented it with pride, expecting smiles and maybe even a gong to be hit in my honor. Instead? Chaos. They honored the wrong reward. When I gently, kindly (and possibly with the patience of a monk) pointed out the mistake, the staff didn't offer help, apologies, or even a second glance at my golden token of delicious destiny. No. They laughed. Laughed, as if I had just told a joke instead of exposing a deep injustice. One employee literally shrugged and said, "Ohh well," like this was the end of an off-brand soap opera. But oh, it gets worse. The food? Let's just say the orange chicken had the texture of regret, the fried rice was more "fried lies," and the broccoli was having an existential crisis. I've had microwave dinners in the middle of a blackout with more flavor and emotional support. So now here I am, betrayed by a bear in a red apron, with cold noodles and a shattered soul. Would I go back? Only if I'm reborn as a less emotionally fragile human with no taste buds and an unshakable tolerance for disrespect and dry chicken. One star. I'd give this place a zero if I could. Wow! I placed a $300 order today for my first grade students for a Chinese Lunar New Year celebration. I requested for it to be ready at 11:15. We arrived for pick up at 11. It wasn't ready until after 11:30. The order should have included 3 orange chicken platters, various rice and chow mein sides, and had four salad bowls for teachers. The order also had a note for utensils, plates, napkins, and soy sauce for 70. There were plates, no napkins, no utensils/chopsticks, and 28 fortune cookies. We did get a small box of soy sauce though. Last year we did this as a grade level celebration with the best of care. All of these items were included without reminders. We were also given a serving tong for EACH platter. This year we had ordered (though not received) 8 platters and didn't receive ANY tongs or serving spoons. Two of the lunch order bowls were incorrect. The nuisance of delayed time was incredibly annoying and messed up our serving time with students, as well as caused quite a wait for my pick up person. But, the worst of it was that two of the most expensive MAIN dishes (orange chicken) were missing! Upon calling, the manager told me that they for sure handed the pick up person two containers of orange chicken. (Mind you, we ordered three.) He then argued with me for ten minutes and told me this has happened before and I "must go check my car" because it had to have "slipped under the seat". He continued to argue with me regarding these three things; They gave me two for sure (despite my ordering three), that they knew it was in the car under the seat, and that he would investigate. After calling corporate, and about half an hour, they called me back and said they watched cameras and that they did NOT in fact give us 2 (or 3, that we ordered) orange chicken, and did verify they messed up and would refund the chicken. I will NOT ever use this location again for our school festivities. Do NOT recommend. The service was poor. The food is mediocre. The customer service was horrendous. I've never been gaslit, accused of lying, and told to check my car repeatedly as if I am unable to check for two full catering platters of chicken and "lost" such things. Ridiculous. read more

We came in on January 1 while on a road trip. The food wasn't very good. We normally like Panda, but everything tasted pretty mid or bad. The fried rice was left out all morning. Really hard. I ordered the family meal. I got so disappointed, it should be 2 LARGE sides and 3 LARGE entrees but what we got were small portions. They put it in a small containers, it's a 3.5x 3.5 x 2 and it's not even full. It was only about half of the container. Six months later still the same rude service! I so dislike going in there because they are so uptight! We live in Windsor and panda is tasty and convenient so I deal with their rotten attitudes by ordering online but they let the food run down to barely nothing before exchanging it with the fresh stuff and you need to actually see that so when you order online it's 50/50 odds food will be old or fresh and will be missing or incorrect but the problem is you gotta get past the uppity servers inside. It's like a mental game do I really need to eat panda shall I pay more and go somewhere else dilemma. Just know You will be ignored they won't say hello they are super condescending and very arrogant and if there is a fresh wok of what your ordering on the shelf they will scrape the old stuff off the pan and dump it in your box instead of switching the pan out and if you question that be prepared for the rudeness. There all rude so no need to ask for a manager. You know the trickle effect might be the problem there. I just do not understand why this particular one doesn't care to fix this issue! They know they are the only one in town so no competition basically if you don't like the mean faces and lack of friendliness with the rude service then go somewhere else is their way of doing business it's really unfortunate! You are overstaffed, and no one is doing anything except talking amongst each other. After I finally got my food, I waited while the manager and the cashier joked around for a few minutes. They put no soy sauce or sauces in my bag. There was no eye contact of any kind by the staff. I will never return to this restaurant. It is simple Chinese franchise eatery food. It's exactly what you would expect it to be. Nothing special, but nothing that you would hate. The orange chicken was orangy, and the Beijing beef was tender and beefy. It checked all the major boxes. The crab rangoon weren't great, but the chicken potstickers were pretty tasty. Next time, I'll know which app to get and which one to pass on. read more

OMG no wonder this place has a bad rating! Smallest portions I ever gotten at a Panda Express along with the highest prices. Except the one time I got 3 popcorn shrimp as an entree with $1.25 surcharge. Honestly you guys should be ashamed. My main entrée was mushroom chicken there was 2 tablespoons. It did not even fill up that little smallest pocket. There was tons of food there and the place was getting slow they were cooking like crazy with all this food and getting close to closing! And I pretty much can tell you that all that leftover food at the end of the night that's not going into the customers orders is going home in big huge containers with the employees. Just check your camera footage General Manager! You need to get your portion control Under control and start selling entrees that are more than two tablespoons? I mean you're not cooking the finest food to order and serving small portions like they do in a French restaurant, are ya?. This is Chinese food done in mass batches. Not one of the better Pandas I've been to, but acceptable. I didn't have any issue with portions like I see other people have had - I've gotten dinner for a group before (two large sides, one large entrée along with some spring rolls) and been satisfied with how full the containers are. I don't think they're shortchanging people intentionally. The thing that is a little annoying is how unorganized they are. A lot of the time when I go there I see orders getting mixed up and the line being super slow as a result. It takes longer than it should. The food itself was fine though, basic low-end economy Chinese-American takeaway, and I have no complaints for what it is. read more

You've got 24 people in line. Fully staffed kitchens. Tables are hot bunking. Soon as one goes one comes. If I were the owner I'd try to lease the previous Starbucks location next door and make one to go orders only and one as done in. This is obviously a hot commodity but you're walking a fine line between being the favorite fast food and being incompatible for demand size. Every single time I order from this location to pick up is a horrible experience. It got to the point where I stopped ordering from this location for quite some time. I decided to give them another try, and I was disappointed once again. They tell you the sauces are in the bag, if you check at the store they stand there and give you dirty looks. Just to find there are no sauces in the bag. I did not check the bag and got home and low and behold no sauces for the teriyaki chicken. If I wanted just grilled chicken I would make it at home. The manager working at this store has the worst attitude. Always snapping and should not be in the customer service industry. The food isn't even worth the fustrations, it comes out old the chow main is stale, the white rice is crunchy and the orange chicken is mostly gristle or batter. 1/10 do not recommend eating at the Panda Express in Windsor, CA. read more

Panda Express was one of my very favorite places to eat in Santa Ana, CA so I assumed that the Windsor Panda would be just as good. The first few times eating here were not too terrible, but definitely nothing to ravI have had not satisfied with my experience at this Panda Express location. The employees were not friendly or attentive. They did not greet me and seemed disinterested in working. The chow mein was dry and tasted old. I ordered beef and broccoli and only got ONE small piece of beef. Once my food was ready, I had to wait at the register for five minutes before being acknowledged while the employees chatted and stocked the drinks in front of me. They saw me waiting but continued to act as if I wasn't there. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, literally. I used to love eating at Panda but now I'm not sure if I will again. read more

The staff were all nice and helpful. However the cooks and staff don't communicate well. The staff took my order and told me my steak will be ready in 6 minutes . Several staff asked loudly for the steak multiple times. I kept moving inline until I reached the cashier. This took at least 10 minutes because the place was crowded. The cashier then asked if the steak was ready, she came back and said it will take 6 minutes and they did not even start preparing it. So definitely lost a star there. The food is okay and the taste is okay . Of course it is very heavy and even looks unhealthy. I question their use of Sauces because most of their food is drenched in sauces . This is important because they share their calories for each serving however I question the accuracy of these numbers . Overall, I still would come back because it is easy quick somewhat tasty food. I've tried this location a few times. Giving them chance after chance, because of the whole situation with the virus and everything we are all dealing with. Each time after placing the online order. We've had to wait, or ask for the missing items and the customer service was very poor and acted like it was our fault the items weren't in our bag, but on the receipt it was clearly marked- yet not in the bag.
