I didn't expect much from a Chinese restaurant in a mall in Green Valley, AZ. What I ordered was a simple basic tofu with vegetables entree. It was good. The brown sauce was pleasantly light. The vegetables (including a lot of broccoli) were cooked tender crisp. The tofu triangles were nicely slightly crispy. I wouldn't bother with the "fried noodles" that came before the entree with a sweet orange dipping sauce. Next time I will get a bit more adventurous in my order. read more

Not impressed. The beef with broccoli tastes like fish and the texture is none of beef, definitely not worth almost $10. Wonton soup was average, egg rolls are gross, lo mein also average. Won't be going here again. read more

Service was decent. They were nice but didnt come back often to check on us. The food was decent. It was decent quality but there wasnt much flavor. I had to add a lot of soy sauce and srirracha to give it flavor. The best part was the price. Pretty much every meal was less than $10. Ill come back for that. read more

In my opinion, they've gone downhill. The quality of ingredients and cooking isn't as good as it once was. Its far from terrible, but I don't go out of my way to eat here anymore. I'd still recommend the pork mai fun, pork fried rice, and the lo mein as the better of the dishes. I hope they step it up and get back to where they use to be! read more

We used to eat there frequently during our winter stays in Green Valley, but this year the quality of ingredients and preparation seems to have deteriorated. Perhaps it is new owners or cooks. Or perhaps they are just trying to increase profit. In any case, we are not going there any more. read more

Okay so we have been here a few times and theres only two things we would go here for....udon soup and the pork ribs which both were pretty good. Everything else we have tried wasn't good though. Their sweet n sour and other fried entrees lack meat and also the meat that is in these dishes are of poor quality. Our meal was probably 90% batter and 10% meat the few times we ate here. This is a good lunch spot if you are craving some udon but other than that I would never go here for dinner. I also heard from a friend that she got food poisoning here so be careful. read more

Well , we were told to take our seats in the restaurant. After passing a yellow floor washing bucket and mop , we decided to sit far away from that. We ordered from luncheon menu and while waiting for our order the waitress mopped the floor all around us with a disgusting dirty mop . She left the mop as she went in to the kitchen to get the luncheon order. I moved the mop so I wouldn't have to look at it or smell it while eating. The waitress didn't have a clue that this is bad restaurant technique and the health dept. probably would have fined them . The soup that was ordered only came after I asked for it ( my main dish had already been served ). I also had a "take out " order and specifically asked the waiter Not to have it cooked yet . He assured me that they would not. Well, it was cooked and sitting on the counter in it's bag for the 20 min. it took for us to eat. The S&S chicken was all batter and no chicken. The soup was cold . My husbands LO Mein dish was not good and never finished . We live in Green Valley Full Time . This restaurant is a Disgrace. Will NEVER return . If I could give it 0 stars I would. Just had the WORST experience here. Came in a hour before closing. New to town and heard good things about this place. The chubby little waitress there had the worst attitude. She begins by telling us we can sit wherever we want. So we pick a spot in the back. She thinks her and the other girl may have been sneeky with their eye rolls but my suggestion would be NOT to do it in front of the customer or don't say we can sit wherever we want. She comes to the table no greeting nothing and just says, "Ready?". Told her thank you several times and I guess it was too much effort for her to say you're welcome. Had to get up during my meal to get a refill. Never saw her once. Then when we are done she comes to ask how everything is. Why bother now?! Guess when you have thunder thighs it's hard to walk a lot. As someone that works in this industry you would have gotten a great tip but I didn't feel bad at all for leaving you a 10% tip. Worst Pad Thai ever, and they omitted the extra egg rolls from my take out order. I've had their Pad Thai before; they called it Lo Main, and they did a decent job especially when ordered "spicy". Today it came out like over cooked canned chicken and noodles, blehh, and way over salted. Although requested "extra spicy" there was not a red pepper flake in sight. Had ordered a side of egg rolls and although on the ticket, it was missing from the bag. This past year we have had wild swings in cooking quality--sometimes good, often just awful. I just left this horrible place very unsatisfied. We sat down to eat only to have to get up and ask to reheat our food that was very cold after that i bit in to a wire found in my beef. Ive had my fair share of chinese food and can say i had pretty good experiences with panda house. The food is ok and not going to wow you but its a pretty good meal. Eating in always taste better i guess due to being fresher. Delivery is always good. Not the cleanest place to eat in though. We usually get delivery though. read more

This is the best Chinese food in Tucson hands down. The prices are very reasonable and the quality / taste are top notch. Everything in the menu is awesome. My personal favorite is house fried rice, chop suey, Kung Poa, and General Sao Chicken. But like I said all the food is awesome. You can't go wrong. read more

My family has been eating at Panda House for 10 years. It's much like the Asian food from our hometown. We like the food and always order from the menu so we don't get the food that is for take out. They do a booming business in take out so they have a loyal following. We are friendly and tip well so the wait people take good care of us. We have no complaints other than the bathroom is unisex and needs some remodelling. read more

The food here is pretty good but the waitress was very rude. No greeting when we walked in but that's no big deal as long as the food is good. I was told that there is one waitress that is very rude their so I figured with my luck I would get her, and yes I did. Next time we went in the service was great and our waitress was on point. I stopped in here tonight after working late. I made it in the door about 3minutes minutes after they closed. They had already closed down the kitchen and looked like they were about to lock up. To my surprise they fired up the kitchen and made my to go order! Talk about going the extra mile! And the food? I ordered spicy shrimp fried rice, broccoli beef, and sesame chicken and it was delicious. Besides getting my call in order wrong almost every time, My wife and I love the food. We dont care if it isnt authentic Chinese food its delicious. Dine in isnt the best, waiting for refills and some unfriendly waitresses which are hard to find. They are definitely not the best but we keep going back for that Chinese fix. read more
