The horchata isn't just a regular rice and water drink. There's a bunch of seeds and toasted rice blended together so you get a real nutty and almost smoke flavour. This is my 2nd favorite kind of Horchata. I've never had chapulines and a family member wanted to try them so I got a side of those as well. They didn't taste like much, mostly salty, sour, crunchy and a toasted flavor.
