I would like to start by saying I'm a long time customer and I have regularly used Panera for business catering. During my last few visits to 3 different locations in Raleigh NC area, my faith in the brand and value have come into question. Today's visit has caused me to take action and provide you feedback. When completing my order they forgot Avocado and tried to justify why (almost blaming me for the problem). A few staff were seen laughing at my issue and even rolling their eyes. I'm not sure if this is an issue with training or management, but the customer doesn't really seem to matter at Panera any longer. They may want to send their employees to Chick-fil-a! read more

Hope you don't actually want what you order if you go here! They have yet to get my order correct, and all of my orders have been done online so it's not like there's a miscommunication; this Panera is just terrible at doing their job correctly. Several times I've paid extra to add ingredients (like bacon and avocado) and not only are they grossly overpriced, but this Panera also fails to add them to my food at all even though they're clearly marked on the receipt. Hard to beat their pick 2 option. I'm always going back just for their soup and salad combos! Love that hey offer delivery, rapid pick up, and even the ordering kiosks. Hate that they are always busy and usually hard to find a seat during lunch. Update: Was around Beavercreek and decided to stop in to one of my favorites, Panera. Haven't been to a Panera in a few months s nice its summer break and there are none around me. Must say, I was a bit confused on a few things. First, they no longer have sweet tea. Normally Panera gets more stars but similar to the Southpoint location this place is so busy it's difficult to find a place to sit down and eat. I don't want to purchase a bowl of soup on a cooler day and have the only option of seating be outside. Something needs to be done because I won't be returning to this location due to seating. read more

I love Panera food! This location is usually busy and with any busy place you have the unfortunate responsibility of checking your food before you leave. I stopped in to pick up a baguette, didn't check it and it turned out that half of it was burnt - I learned my lesson! Other than that the employees are alway nice and the dining area is kept clean. I go there about once a month to pickup a bakers dozen of bagels to take home for the family. Sometimes I grab a to-go lunch while I am there. The bagels are always good (only complaint is when they slice them sometimes the coating comes off the cinnamon crunch bagels and garlic or onions or stuff on the blades gets put on my bagels and when I am expecting sweet I get a strong, bad flavor). The last sandwich I got was soggy and the insides were only on less than half. It was basically a soggy bread sandwich. Today I went and got a salad and they only gave me enough dressing for about half and there were a lot of the white stem parts of the lettuce in it. The food is tasty (for the most part). However, I am always disappointed by the sandwiches. They are skimpy with every ingredient but the condiments. The salads are always very good. It is also VERY pricey for what you get. You can't get out of there for under $12 per person. And $6 for the kids meal is outrageous! It doesn't even come with a drink. This is place had exemplary customer service. I had locked my keys in car in the parking lot and while waiting for my spare keys to arrive, I came into the store. Bri, who took my order at the front was very understanding. Even worse my phone was dying. The staff was so helpful in letting charge my phone on their charger will I waited! We love Panera Bread, but this location is struggling. We typically are unhappy and disappointed with our orders when we order to go food from here. Often the food is not fresh, especially the lettuce, and portions are significantly smaller than other Panera locations. We have attempted to call and voice our opinions to management and have been told on two occasions they would be sending something in the mail, but there has been no follow through on management's end. For what they charge for a salad, I would expect a full container of lettuce, but always find it around half full. Th last few visits the lettuce has been rotted, making me question their storage and age of produce in their restaurant. I also ordered a smoothie today for pick up and 1/4 of the cup was empty upon arrival. For $4.99 for such a small smoothie to begin with, the cup should be full! So disappointed that this location is the closest one to our home and forced to start resorting to other options in the area. read more

This Panera, like others is a great place for consistent quality food, both lunch and breakfast. I dine there at least once a week but usually twice or more. The occasional menu changes keep it interesting, whether a new salad, sandwich, or soup. The staff is well trained and service very consistent. Free WiFi often comes in handy. Coffee is excellent for standard stuff. Sunday morning the patio is very pleasant and often includes a dozen of more rescued greyhounds with their human companions. The new "My Panera" frequent patron program is a welcome addition, with quick rewards of free food items. read more

Truly I would like to give Panera at Beaver Creek a better review but in all honesty I can't. I haven't yet had an order done correctly and after 4 tries I've given up. Management was all here's a few coupons . What good is a few coupons if you can't get the order correct. I've contacted corporate to tell them of my disappointment and was told the district manager would be in touch to understand my dissatisfaction it's been over a month and still haven't heard from him either. There are to many other good places that value their customers and make every effort to ensure your order is correct for me to have to deal with the frustration of getting incomplete or wrong orders. read more

The beautiful part of taking your kids to school early is; after dropping them off I can take some alone time at Panera! This is the dirtiest Panera I've ever been in. It's mid afternoon and all the empty tables are dirty. My knife was filthy so I went to grab another, not a big deal. I wish I could give this place no stars. They claim to offer a delivery service but they stop the delivery service after 7:30pm which is a usual dinner time for most families. And its not even listed on their website as being the hours of delivery. When I called to find out why I couldnt place a delivery order for right now they told me the drivers had already been sent home. Why would you offer a delivery service that doesnt even delivery during normal dinner hours and send drivers home well before your closing time. It doesnt make any sense to me. So if you want to have Panera delivered to your house order a day ahead or order during lunch time for them to deliver that night. read more

I really enjoy their frozen mocha- it's delicious and worth the $5, in my opinion. And the bakery goods always look delcious (although I never get them, due to my constant attempt to lose a few lbs). Their sandwiches are good- piled high with fresh toppings on yummy breads, but they're a little on the pricey side. And I'm not a fan of the mac n cheese on the kids menu. It's $4 and the same as the .79 cent easy mac you buy at the grocery store. Their kid's menu is lacking compared to other kids menus in areas, in my opinion. Panera is a great spot for either breakfast or lunch. They have a great selection of yummy looking pastries, but I usually get a bagel when I go for breakfast. It is hard to beat their cinnamon crunch bagels. I don't think their 'normal' bagels are as good as Bruegger's, the specialty bagels are the thing to get here. They also have a fantastic cinnamon coffee cake. For lunch they have a great selection of sandwiches and salads, and many of the sandwiches are served warm which is a big plus. You can do a half and half where you get half a sandwich and small salad or soup or any combination of 2 of the 3. The quality is always good and it's a great choice when you want something besides fast food for lunch. They have some pretty darn good cookies too. The mini chocolate chip cookies are a great size for a small bite of something sweet. Seasonally they make shaped and iced shortbread cookies which are soooooo good! I always try to eat just a bite or two and end up eating the whole cookie! read more

I've been coming here for as long as I could remember but the last time I was here I was extremely disappointed with this place. I came inside looking to get a cookie for my sister since she had a long day . I go up to the register and notice that there is a sign that says warm chocolate chippers so I decide to get her one of those. Although I didn't get one from the case they asked me to grab one already prepackaged. It was fine until I asked if they could warm it up. They said no since they didn't want to be responsible for any burns they may cause from warming up the cookie. Then they proceed to tell me I could USE THEIR FREAKING MICROWAVE?? Who does that? Working in food I would never tell a customer that. Plus I just don't understand because the sign says WARM chocolate chippers. That's almost like a guarantee. Anyways this made me really mad and they would be lucky If I came back. read more

I guess a manager realized I was waiting so long because they came to my table and asked if I was waiting for a Togo order. Once they brought it out they never apologized for the long wait or even acknowledged the error on their part. I would probably not come hack. I had a gift card so I was forced into going into Panera. I was extremely disappointed because they messed up my order, not once, but twice. I didn't really think it was that hard to make a turkey, cheese, and lettuce sandwich. The first problem was the girl wrong it up wrong and then the man still wasn't listening to what I wanted.
