Today I was other salads and sandwiches to pick up. But I was pick up late, they didn't hold my food.they told me no refund. I don't want refund, I just want my food. And they told me other another one and PAY AGAIN???????? I paid already, they threw my foods and told my pay again to get the foods??????

I ordered a Green Goddess cob with chicken...they did put avocado in it but it was brown and it tasted awful and comparing it to other Panera breads, there was hardly enough content in it....very dissatisfied with the service given that it was not even lunch rush hour (1:35 pm)... The ambience was ok...

This is one of my favorite Panera's. Very spacious dining room with lots of comfy seating. This one was designed very well. On this visit there were lots of people there on a Saturday morning working on laptops, studying, etc. I ordered a scone and a bagel with butter to go for my friend. Everything was done just as I asked. Wait was short and I enjoyed just sitting there eating and waiting for my friend to pick me up. Great spot to meet up. Definitely check out this location!

the saddest toasted frontega chicken sandwich of all time

This is the saddest excuse for a sandwich i've ever seen. The picture says it all. Unbelievable

We DoorDashed from this location. Both my boyfriend and me had our favorite sandwiches changed. His sandwich got taken off completely (then re-added!) and mine got the pesto replaced with hummus, which made me sad since there's less flavor. If you're ordering on DoorDash, Panera won't let you customize it other than removing ingredients but when I'm in the store I like to ask for their Fuji Apple Dressing to add to the Mediterranean Veg sandwich for the flavor. I loveeee their Peppadew Peppers.

Had lunch with the fam here today. If you are unaware, as I was. You can now order from your table with the Panera App. So, if you're not a people person or s lousy tipper, you're in luck. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. The sandwich was good with a decent helping of avocados and cheese. This is going to sound like one of the Honest Trailer videos on YouTube: Panera, If you're hungry, we have food, and it's pretty good but not over the top good. So, if you're hungry, are near a Panera, it's good place to get a sandwich. If you have to drive across town, you could probably make this yourself.

This Panera Bread is crazy, I have never seen one like it. I guess it has recently been renovated. It looks nothing like a normal Panera Bread (not sure if they all are switching over to this style). It looks more like a restaurant than a fast casual place. It has a modern/farmhouse atmosphere. Instead of going up to get your order like at other Paneras, they bring it to you at your table. I ordered the you pick two, Caesar salad and The frontera chicken panini. It was good, tasted the same as any other Panera. The location was very clean and the employees were nice.

I've been pleased with the quality of the food and service at this Panera location. I've visited this morning and I was greeted and served by one of the managers, who was very on top of his game. For lunch, I usually have the green goddess Cobb salad with chicken added. The green goddess dressing is simply amazing. I also stop in on a semi-regular basis to pick up a bag of bagels to take out to various doctors offices for my job. Staffers are always excited to see me coming with a Panera bag. The bagel pack includes 13 bagels of your choice and cream cheese. They also offer a slicing service, or you can take them home whole. It's a great way to make an office happy. Overall, this location is doing a great job. The service is quick, the food is good and the restaurant is clean.

Love Panera Bread and was excited to see this one near the hotel I was lodging at. This location is located in the summit which is right near the highway. The inside is nice as it is one of the modern Panera concepts with the bright lighting, wood decor, and nice size patio seating. One of my favorite breakfast items to order is the spinach artichoke soufflé and while placing the order, the cashier made me aware that they were already out at 7:30 a.m. Disappointed, I asked if more were baking in the oven. Luckily, there were and she told me it would be 14 minutes for a fresh one. I didn't mind the wait as they taste the best when fresh anyway so I sipped on some coffee during the delay. My only negative feedback is the male employee working on the kitchen line that I observed tucking in his shirt and getting something from his pockets with gloves hands and then he proceeded to continue prepping food failing to wash his hands and put on new gloves. It's baffling that even in the midst of living through this coronavirus pandemic, people still don't seem to understand the importance of proper hand washing.

Voted one of the top bars to travel to in multiple magazines. The owner basically built a bar around his workshop. The middle looks way better during the summer, but a must visit if in the area.

Soup changes daily and this day was chickpea and chorizo. Nothing life changing about it but it wasn't bad. We walked into a small, dark, crowded dive bar and ordered amongst several other people after waiting in line shoulder to shoulder with other customers. I say this not to complain (because with a crowd like this on a random weekday, they're obviously doing something right) but to take your kids in car seats (‍) with caution. Crowds in small spaces stress me out and it would have been even worse if we'd had the boys with us. I'd also highly suggest going on a day when you can sit outside. There's very minimal seating inside. They do have a lovely, spacious patio that also feels like a garden with plenty of trees for shade. However, they make it clear they don't want dogs there. Parking was horrific. A narrow street with cars on each side. We barely fit through it. If there wouldn't have been an open spot on it, I'm not sure what the next option is because I didn't see anywhere else and this street only held so many. I would dine here again because the sandwiches were fresh and delicious and they obviously know what they're doing! I was pleasantly surprised that they had prosecco as well. Just heed my few warnings and you'll enjoy as well!

Lots of cajun, brunch, sandwiches, soups, etc. I came for a late lunch on Saturday with some friends, I wasn't super hungry, but ended up being quite enticed by the menu. I ordered the sausage balls off of their special brunch menu. They were served with what I believe was a cranberry jam and very tasty. I could have done them a little spicier, but that's personal preference. I would definitely get them again. I also ordered a side of the gumbo, which was very good. Very dark roux, very tasty. This place hits the spot and is a great option for a group of all ages, they'd definitely have something to please everybody. Service is good, too. Parking can be a little difficult and it's on a steep hill.

We started off with the chips and dip because my son had had it the last time he was here which was last weekend. The house chips were very delicious. I didn't catch my server's name, but she was short and had blonde hair and she was attentive. They were still serving brunch, but I decided to get a patty melt while my son got the big green pimp burger. This time we got the salted caramel cookie from cookie fix with some ice cream and brought it home and that was very delicious. The parking is a little tricky. It's a bit steep. They have a small bar area where it looked like there were several regulars there. There were several TVs in there to watch the different games that were on. The only thing I don't like is that there's no coke products they have Pepsi, which I really don't care for Pepsi other than that I think it's a really great place. Very casual.

BBB typically works out for us because we tend to order the same thing for most visits. It keeps it easy for us to share things. My sister wanted to go against the grain on our last visit and get the "Redneck Benny". I was not a fan. The biscuit was hard, the hollandaise was flavorless and the ham was so salty (I'm not knocking any points for the ham because ham tends to be salty. They can't control that.) Our bruleed grapefruit was still good, pancake tasted okay, hash cake wasn't crispy. I did still give a 3 because our previous visit was great. This would be the average of my 2 reviews. Unfortunately, I forgot to input the review. We ordered our avocado toast as a split plate, pancake, bruleed grapefruit, hash cake, apple juice, water. No issues for that visit.

We decided to try to Dolly ridge location this Sunday since the one by our house is always packed. We were super disappointed with the food and service. Please bring back writing down orders! We had two different people ask us twice what we ordered right after we ordered it because they didn't write it down. I ordered my usual (the yard work) and it was ENTIRELY spinach. Of course the skillet should have spinach but it's supposed to have other ingredients too! The cappuccino was just hot milk. The only thing that came out right for us was the brûléed grapefruit, it was amazing (per usual).
