Went here the other day with my wife for a grilled cheese because they were offering a special. The cashier was super nice and knowledgeable. She helped us choose our drinks choice which was the Strawberry...refresher. We both ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. I ordered the tomato soup and my wife ordered the chicken noodle soup. We both ordered it in a cup. We chose to dine in. Oh..I bought a tulip cookie as well lol. Our food was ready in less than 5 mins. Came in today for a quick coffee and pastry and to finish some homework and I had the most warm welcoming ever. Such a great costumer service- felt very welcomed and he shows like he actually care about costumers. Panera is a much better food choice than fast food joint. This Concord location is one of my Third Places. Very comfortable and inviting, spacious yet cozy. The food is consistently good. Portions were skimpy a few years ago after private capital buyout, but recently went back to original portions. Quality is back to the old days. Service is efficient and friendly. The Sip Club is awesome for the subscription price. Daiso is two doors down for an after meal walk. read more

I decided to get a brownie, which was really good, very rich, chocolatey, decadent. Only downside was it was a bit pricey for the size, prices have definitely gone up over the years. They have a new item of brownie cheesecake bites. I'm not sure if it's just me or if it seems the menu has changed or maybe gotten smaller compared to a decade or two ago when I was younger. Staff were friendly and efficient. I recommend signing up for their rewards online so you can get a free bakery item (maximum value $5, and there are some restrictions on what you can redeem it for) for your birthday. They have a customer parking lot. What I like about this particular Panera location is that they have lots of outdoor tables with umbrellas, and they actually play some music outside too, but it's not too loud. It seems like a nice location if you want to work outdoors but still have shade, so it's a little more COVID conscious if you want to still be able to eat/drink but work at a cafe. read more

There was a fundraiser happening at this Panera Bread for one of my kids school. My husband had never had Panera and I used it as an excuse to go out and get dinner. I had not been to Panera in years. It was good to come and experience something that I had enjoyed in the past with my husband. I usually don't call out service people but I want to say that Sophia rules. She was awesome. She helped my husband navigate the menu. She was awesome. I got a Fuji Apple Salad and my most favorite Green Tea. I love their Green Tea so much. I would get it everyday. My husband got the Cobb Salad and one of their energizing fruit drinks. We chose to take our food to go and had a lovely meal at home. I loved my salad. I've even bought some of the salad dressing to have at home. This panera location is usually on point! It is very very rare they mess up an order. I like the variety of sandwiches, soups, salads( could have more toppings/goodies very heavy on the lettuce) and Mac n cheese. Have used their breakfast catering for bagels and pastries previously but their bagels are not my favorite, some including a typical fan favorite jalapeño cheese has a waxy consistency here. Really hoping they bring back their Mexican corn chowder soon as that was my favorite seasonal soup. Today was turkey chili which is wonderfully thick and loaded with plenty of goodies. A delicious chili flavor and perfect for this cooler weather we are getting. Paired with the chicken avocado blt, no tomato added onion. After visiting this location a few times I feel like I can make a well-rounded review based on my experiences. I recently joined the free trial for the sip club, so I get a free drink when I visit. Both times I got an iced coffee, I found the iced coffee to still be hot and it is not very strong. So if you go to add ice it immediately waters it down even more. Both times I actually ended up taking a few sips of the coffee and throwing it away because it just was not good. This third time I got a hot coffee and I'm planning to refrigerate it in the fridge at home, and make my own ice coffee... Hopefully that works out better and is more flavorful. My Panera go-tos are the Asian Chicken salad, chocolate chip cookie, French baguette and bagels. The food tastes just like any other Panera, which is good. But I found that the quality/presentation wasn't the best. If you look at the photos I've attached this review, my bagel wasn't even cut in half. The lettuce to the salad was also browning. I really appreciate all of the rewards you can get on the Panera app when you create an account, but the quality of food hasn't really impressed me at this location, so I just canceled my free trial for the sip club and won't be coming back as frequently as I have been the last week. Also, I do really like the app and how you can do rapid pick up. Though I find it odd that you have to fill your own drinks/coffee, which kind of defeats the purpose of rapid pick up. Clean, quiet and conveniently located for anyone headed over (or back from) Hurricane harbor. We met our group here before entering the park and grabbed dinner here before we parted ways. Both indoor and outdoor seating was ample, and they were accommodating to our requests for changes to a few of the menu items. My husband and I both ordered Caesar salads and had the spicy chicken sandwich breast sliced on top. This added additional texture and flavor to our meals and we were happy campers! My little sister got the Mac & Cheese and a cheese Pizza (flatbread) and was in heaven. She had plenty of leftovers to take home and enjoy the next day. It's a very sweet latte, but very delicious. Couldn't find the crunch, so not sure what the crunchy ingredient is supposed to be. Tuna Salad Sandwich 5/5. The sandwich was overflowing with tuna salad, but I didn't mind. Broccoli & Cheese Soup 5/5 Tomato Soup 5/5 French Onion Soup 4.5/5. This soup is a mix of sweet and savory. If you've had Korean black bean noodles before, this tastes exactly like that. Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Flat Bread Pizza 3/5 Grilled Mac & Cheese Sandwich 2/5. The macaroni was cold and it didn't come grilled like the picture, but it was similar to how the sandwich was the last time we ordered it.
