Haven't been here in years, but today was pretty disappointing. We've been waiting for over an hour for a simple order, haven't even received our coffees. Also, the gal that took our order kept interrupting me instead of letting me finish, which just causes confusion and unnecessary delay. Apparently, their systems were experiencing problems... But I'd still expect more. At least get the coffee out so we have something to sip on while we wait. Update: We went in to ask for our refund and the manager did in fact issue us our refund, and also still served us our order within 5 minutes. I come here with my fiance and daughter at least once a month and they come at least once a week. This place is my daughters favorite place to eat and loves there bread and tomato soup. I enjoy there cinnamon Roll and there ham and Swiss on ciabata bread .. great service and always busy there. read more

Like their bagels and breads especially the asiago breads they are very good and addicting. Havent tried their sandwiches so cant say how they are but the salads are really good and refreshing. They have a good special on bagels on tuesdays and their flavored cream cheeses. read more

Last couple of visits the service at this location has been horrible. Latest visit was a weekday morning. There were only 3 or 4 people in line at 9 AM, but wait was long with only one register open. Manager and several other workers behind counter didn't seem interested in helping customers. After a long wait in line finally placed order. The order consisted of a couple of toasted bagels with cream cheese. After about 15 minutes we questioned the status of our order. The worker said she would check on our order and pretty quickly brought our bagels. However, they were stone cold and did not appear to be toasted. We brought this to the attention of a worker who insisted they had been toasted and said she would run them through again. The result was not good. Normally my experience with Panera is decent but lately they continously mess up my order. Tip for everyone who orders anything via Rapid Pick up, Delivery or anything in that matter CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving. They either forget something or just mess it up in general. I had to go back and have them "fix" my order only to arrive at my house and it still be wrong. Based on my first visit here, I'd come back but I have to second the emotion that it could be better maintained. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and a nice ambience to enjoy a meal with friends. My problem was with the trash and crumbs of food around the tables. When we went in, it was fairly quiet and clear that the employees behind the counter had nothing to do so it would have been nice to see someone clear the tables and clean the floors a bit. The food on the floor took away from the cute bakery sophistication this place could have had. The person who took my order was nice and the food was good. I had the broccoli & cheddar bread bowl which had a nice flavor but the outside of the sourdough was kinda tough to break off and chew. Maybe that's how sourdough is, LoL, I don't eat it often. The idea of fresh, untainted food is very appealing to me which is why I'd come back. That and the outdoor seating which is awesome on a mild day. The first thing I noticed about this location was the food and garbage on the floor. When I go out to eat I want to relax and feel comfortable, especially when I am paying an establishment to cook for me. Dirty floors are unacceptable. The food is slightly overpriced for what it is. It is a few steps up from fast food. While I do appreciate their children't meal (and other meals) have healthy options such as an apple or bread, the level of sanitation as well as the quality of food needs to be improved. The last time I was there I got a vegetarian sandwich as well as the broccoli cheese soup. While I felt it tasted fine, my husband got sick as soon as we were home. He was not sick for long but enough to scare us from going back any time soon. Unfortunately this cafe has a poor management team. But I will say that the regular employees are awesome!! The cashiers are always giving honest advice and tips on what to order ALWAYS in a friendly manner. Dining room associates are hard workers as well, always smiling and making sure the cafe looks spotless for their guests. I've been to many locations of Panera, both on the west coast and east coast and I have been satisfied with every visit to one. The food is fast, and they offer a relatively nice selection of veggie-friendly options for me. One of my favs is the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich without the onions.... mmm mmm so good! I also really enjoy their iced tea (I have a slight obsession with iced tea, lol). I haven't tried any of their sweets yet, usually I just go for a sandwich, bagel, soup, or salad.... Their cinnamon sugar bagels should be considered dessert though, because they are sooo sweet and delicious! I like the location in Corona as well as the one I now have near me in NY... You really can't go wrong here if you are looking for a nice selection of lunch foods... check it out! read more

Very disappointed. I am giving it a 1 star because there was not even an ounce of effort given. I just went into this Panera and I wanted a grain bowl. Well the young lady(although nice) at the register said they have no avocado but I can replace it with something. Well I wasn't getting chicken so no need in adding more of that. It only has tomatoes, grains, chicken and avocado so what else would I add? I asked if I could get a discount since I wanted 2 bowls, no chicken and they were out of avocados. I am charged a lot for avocado so I would like a discount since they didn't have any. She said I'm sorry there is no way to ring that up. Well I am a VP of Sales where we say our job is to please the customer 1st. All I heard was I'm sorry and she and the other young lady watched me walk right out of the door. I went across the way and ordered Pizza Rev. Well, I didn't buy anything so that was a sale lost. I think the food is really good here however there always seems to be a problem. Many time we come for breakfast and 9 times out of 10 they are out of Dark roast coffee. Several times we have asked for no fat cream cheese and guess what, they are out. Ordered a breakfast sandwich today and they were out of panini bread. They even ran out of the sleeves for the hot coffee. It appears they need a change in management or hire someone who can stay on top of inventory. read more

We came in tonight wanting the classic pair of a soup with a side of bread. They were sold out and all they had was apples or chips. We came in at 8:30pm, they close at 10. They're really not going to make more to accommodate for the rest of the night. Really disappointed in their customer service. I understand pastries, but when its the actual side, come on man. Love their food. But the service is disappointing, and they get your order wrong 3 out of 5 times. I have taken many survey's and have always commented on this and it doesn't look like any changes have been made. THE FOOD: I LOVE their mac and cheese! Their 4 cheese soufle that they only serve for breakfast is one of the best things I have ever eaten for breakfast. It is surprisingly good as it doesn't look like much. Looks ARE deceiving in this case. Their pasta primavera, fontina grilled cheese, pecan braid and harvest squash soup are all great! I have only had two meals that I really don't care for. CEANLINESS: The place is usually clean, however when they get busy forget about eating in as many of the tables are left with dishes all over them. SPEED OF SERVICE: Service is SLOW (when busy). They now have their fast lane kiosk which are really convenient since they usually don't have enough staff to handle taking orders when they are busy. ACCURACY: Well, they just don't have this down. This is probably my biggest complaint with this place. They really need to get a handle on it. They far surpass any other restaurant that I frequent on a regular basis in getting your order wrong. If I could I would rate this Panera -5 stars. I've been coming to this Panera for years and as time has went by they have become more rude. I ordered 26 bagels and I asked for butter and the manager working gave me two cups with barely any butter. I'm sorry but I don't want to eat dry bagels. I bought more then enough bagels for only 10 tiny butters with no lid. There bagel machine also was not working and the girl working at the front dropped a knife on the dirty floor and picked it up and placed it back on the table as if she was gonna use it again she was frustrated and made a rude comment as I was standing there. So disappointed I went to Panera on Monday June 11th and ordered a Turkey bacon avocado sandwich on wheat bread toasted. To go. Everyone was friendly and I got my order in a timely fashion. When I got home I was starving and couldn't wait to taste my sandwich. I ALWAYS HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THIS PANERA BREAD ! I used the app a few months ago and they forgot half of my order, as I was leaving I even asked the two kids working there if I should double check to ensure everything was there and they said no they were sure it was all in there..... I drive home to discover half my order was missing, I called and asked them to please refund the items they missed on my order as I did not receive them... the manager stated she could not as app orders are not able to be refunded per items, I then asked her to please just refund the entire order then as I would have to go back out since my companion had no food... it was a 60 dollar order. She stated she also could not do that..... and hung up on me ! I had to call the store again and ask her "what makes you feel you can charge me worth 30 dollars of food and not give it to me in my order, or refund me ? She said I could come back in whenever for the food ? They were also near closing time so I would not even have time to get back in time as I live 15 minutes away...... she argued with me and insisted she could not help me, it was not until I asked for corporates number that she finally apologized for her rude behavior and non apologetic attitude about their mistake..... I didn't come back for at-least three months and last night I went in for a similar order (this time in person) and they forgot..... my SOUP...... AGAIN...... I had someone else pick it up and they offered a complimentary drink this time BUT IT WAS STILL A WASTE OF TIME AND GAS BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT ENSURE ORDER ACCURACY...... you would think with orders over 50 dollars they would care if all items are included before handing it off.... I've been to more than a handful of Panera locations in Los Angeles and San Diego and this one is the only location where I have mixed feelings. The food is just like every one location, which is fine by me. Some of the staff are very courteous and kind, particularly the servers. There is one older gentleman who serves lunch during the weekdays and he's probably the kindest server I've ever experienced at a Panera. Another positive quality about this location is that there is plenty of space to work and eat for a few hours (which I tend to do). However, one particular experience has kept a strong distaste in my mouth. During lunch time on a weekday, a manager (whom I think was higher in rank than the store manager) was running the shift and she was very mic-happy. She kept using the PA system, which is usually used to call out caffe drink orders, to inform customers of house rules. One rule, she barked, was that chairs are made to be sit on, not for feet. Then, she announced that for customers who are finished eating and are using their laptops, they are to leave in order to make space for others. She repeated it at least two more times. Since I was seated in the main section, I felt like she was indirectly referring to me although I wasn't done with my "you-pick-two" meal. As soon as she made the announcement a third time, I had enough of her rude sense of management and packed up my stuff. As I walked out, I noticed that a section by the entrance of at least 5-6 tables was completely EMPTY. Needless to say, I stopped going to this location and would rather go to another Panera location or what have you. read more

So it all started at the register. I attempted to order one of their seasonal sandwiches and they were all out of the main ingredient...I think it was "Apple-slaw" so I decided to order the Frontega chicken panini instead. When the sandwich was brought to my table I immediately took a bite and got a mouthful of bread. Another bite, mouthful of bread, and on the third bite I opened up the sandwich to see a few shreds of chicken, one tomato and a pathetic piece of onion. All I tasted was melted cheese and mayo. The only reason why I continued to eat it was because I was starving A, and B, in a hurry. My husband ordered the chicken quinoa salad and it was basically just lettuce. From the looks of it, the salad had no dressing. After taking a bite, we discovered it was so dry because there was probably a drop of dressing on there. I know we could of asked for more dressing, but as I said earlier, we were starving and in a hurry. The only thing I was happy with was the turkey chili and the piece of bread that comes as a side. I don't think I'll be eating at Panera again unless I am desperate. We paid a total of $25.34 for a handful of lettuce, bread, and soup. Smh read more

So I came here with my girlfriend this morning to eat 2 bagles, 1 ice tea and 1 ice coffee. The total came to $18.36 and they never gave us the receipt. When I ordered my bagel, the manager, mind you who was very rude and unpleasant to deal with, was condesending towards the both of us. After receiving our food, I found hairs in my order. I LOVE this place. There is free wi-fi and the "you pick two" is a pretty good deal for just over $7. You can pick two of either half a sandwich, a cup of soup, or a salad. And with that you get either a baguette, kettle chips, or an apple. I always get the Sierra Turkey or the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich with either the tortilla soup or the pear salad. The place is pretty big and they bring your food to your table. They have plenty of nice touches like fresh lemons for your water. The place is very clean and the employees seem to like working there. I've been here many times and will go whenever I have the chance. read more

Make a $70 phone order for the second day in a row at the same Panera. Both times they screwed up the order. Both times I drove 20 minutes and wages gas. The second time I called and complained and asked to see if they would bring me the rest of the order so I didn't have to waste my time and gas going back again.
