Came here last week around 7:30 pm and ordered 3 bowls of clam chowder. 2 bowls were great but mine not so much. Looked to be the end of the pot all cream and no potatoes or clams. Told the manager and he refunded us a cup? What, we paid for a bowl. Today we came and ordered the full Cobb salad and only received half. I absolutely love Panera Bread but every time I go they seem to be out of something, I understand food places run out of certain foods but if its constantly happening wouldn't you make sure to have extra, especially during prime hours in cold weather? Panera just lost out on a $60 order because they ran out of the Broccoli Cheddar Soup and had a bad attitude. They only had enough for one order and when we went to order something else with it the woman taking our order cut us off and told us to go to the window! We all love Panera food but the organization in this store is lacking especially in the Drive-thru! I went today (Thursday) at 3:09 pm. The young girl told me my total and I handed her a Panera gift card and she took it and ran it through then said it was declined. I told her I just checked the balance and that there was $25 on it. She took the card again and spoke to the manager, then it did work after all. She hands me my order and I check the bags and realize there's a pastry missing. I tell the drive thru worker and she has to fetch someone to go get it. My kids and I finally get home and as I go to open my sandwich box that's supposed to be a "chicken chipotle avocado" and it's a flat sandwich with only some sort of meat inside! Now one mess up ok, two mess ups not good and the final straw a third error and not getting to enjoy what you were looking forward to :( Management seriously needs to do something here to prevent so many errors. We will not be coming back to this location unfortunately. It's not the first time our orders get messed up at Panera in Eastvale. read more

Nice, polite crew but not very organized. Went in for a coffee cake and a cup of coffee around 8pm and they were out of dark roast and light roast coffee( only had hazelnut-yuk) I had to make them aware of this. Not a big deal but would think that they would be on it so customers don't have to wait 20 minutes for a cup of Joe. While waiting I had a view to part of the kitchen which wasn't disgusting but could use a good sweeping. read more

Went to their drive thru this morning and unfortunately they forgot my bear claw. Had to drive around and park to go inside. They all questioned if I got it, then finally gave it to me. Got inside my car and started driving only to realize half way to my destination that I also got carbonated water instead of Sierra Mist and bread hard as a rock. Not a happy customer. read more

Been kind of having problems with this Panera Bread location but since it's local I still continue to torture myself and patronize it. Came in last week and ordered a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt sandwich. Thank God I decided to dine in rather than take it home. I got my sandwich and they forgot to put Avocado. If I would have taken this home to eat, I would have been screwed. I also ordered a Creamy Tomato soup with Croutons (the soup is made with Croutons in it. It's not necessary to ask for them). I started to eat my soup and noticed it didn't have the Croutons. I had to go ask for them and they said that they were out. It's funny because every time I order this soup at this location, they're always out. I went in to fill my drink prior to my food coming to the table. I usually drink the Green Tea. I noticed that there wasn't any inside the clear dispenser (just foam at the bottom). I asked one of the employees and they told me they were out. I opted for water. I then asked the same employee if there were any lids for my drink cup and was also told that they didn't have any but she did manage to find an Icee/Slurpee type lid that's rounded with a large hole at the top. I've been noticing that this location has kind of gone downhill. Not sure if it's due to poor management. read more

Food is usually good, but don't pay for extra things on your salad - you won't get them. It's always freezing in the cafe, even if it's 75 outside. I like to study here when I can (close to home and plenty of outlets) but I'm going to have to find somewhere else because I keep having to bring a blanket in with me! Food is standard Panera food and decent once received. Don't come here if you are on a hurry! It took us 35 mins to get our cold sandwiches and that was after about a 10 minute wait to order food. The assistant supervisor said that this is normal turn around- which is craziness! There was nothing fancy about our order! If that is standard or if they are running behind that should be made clear by the cashiers so that kids who are on a time schedule for a soccer game can make the decision to go elsewhere! I went in this morning an ordered a steel cut oatmeal and a cinnamon crunch bagel with hazelnut cream cheese. I had a pleasant experience at this new location since day one. Really friendly staff and super clean. Been to this location several times already. Mornings are less crowded than afternoons. The same good food and menu options as all the other Panera Breads, BUT, this one has a drive thru!!!!! I drive past other PBs and come to this one for the drive thru and take the meals home. I have visited this Panera Bread four times. I usually order a salad with my meal. The freshness of the Romaine lettuce used in the salads have been inconsistent. Each of my visits has involved some ingredient not being available for an ordered entree. I tried ordering online which went okay until I arrived to pick it up and discovered that they were out of some of the items I ordered. You don't find out that they are out of menu items until you arrive. This is the last time that I will go to the Eastvale Panera Bread. read more

Penera is one of my favorite restaurants, the Eastvale location however is bad. Poor quality service, expect your sandwich falling apart, half full sides, desserts just thrown in bags upside down with napkins and utensils on top of it. I've heard other people complain about this location also. I live 5 minutes from here and drive to the Riverside plaza location instead. Although we love their food, in my opinion their online ordering process is highly flawed. We placed an order using their Rapid Pick-up service, payed for it and picked it up. When we got home, we were missing two spinach souffles, which is an item on their breakfast menu. After calling the restaurant I was told that they had run out of Souffles, yet there was no indication of that at the time of pick-up. When we asked if we could get another breakfast item, we were told that it was after 11 AM and they could no longer make breakfast items. So, we went with out and our meal was ruined. What restaurant runs out of food? Is it legal to sell something, take money for it and then not deliver it? In my opinion, restaurants that run out of food are not managed well. read more

Haven't been here in a while, went today for the first time in forever and I wish I never came back. It was completely empty and yet they took forever to serve our food! You could hear the staff messing around! My boyfriend's food was not cooked properly! The bacon was so burnt he couldn't eat it and his sandwich had to tiny pieces of bacon that can't even count has a whole bacon cut in half!! They were out of a few supply's and had to use a different type of bread for my sandwich, which I didn't mind but it took even longer! It was late so it didn't bother me that they ran out of a few stuff but come on it shouldnt take 20 min to make a sandwich which different bread when there's only 3 customers dinning in! We even heard one of the staff members tell a customer who was in the driver thru that it's going to take a while because it was packed on the inside when it wasn't. I have ordered this a couple of times , but today I was told that they can't split my order and that the staff would be "talked" to about doing this for customers. It 100 degrees and I'm eating outside. Even though there were seats open, me and my girlfriend decided to eat outside because the tables were filthy. Someone led me to a open table, and once I got there, I looked at the employee, then looked at the dirty napkins and crumbs all over the table, then walked outside. This has been the worst customer service experience I have had. The cashier and woman who served me were great. However, because they have terrible wifi I had to leave so I wandered to the pick-up station to get a to go cup for my hot drink. However, I didn't find any so I asked two Asian girls in the kitchen. And when I asked they became silent then started laughing between the two of them and as one of them turned around she continued to laugh and say "alright" while the other just shrugged her shoulders. This Panera is horrible, I have never had anything but a great experience with other locations. We ordered our food and the M.O.D made it. Shame on her. I ordered a turkey sandwich with the apple and arugula I even asked her what was on it before I ordered it she said oh geez let me think about for a second? What? I also ordered french onion soup. Cheese a bitty piece of bread was underneath the quarter bowl of soup, my sandwich with the apples were chunked in quarters instead if being sliced the turkey was shaved and in chunks and it had spinach instead of arugula. While I was waiting I was looking at the bread selection and a family of 4 walked in The person I assumed was the manager, walked past no acknowledgment, and 2 employees, finally one of the quests said are you open?
