If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. I ordered iced decaf coffee & they couldn't do an iced decaf or it would be a watered down version of a regular coffee, said the manager which I don't understand. Service was poor, we waited & waited. The watermelon, strawberry Lemonade didn't taste good and the brownie was so dry we couldn't cut it with a fork. My family and I love Panera and it's always great but on our trip tonight we went to this location and it was honestly the BEST experience ever! The foods great as always! Not a good experience. The service was bad, it took them over 30 minutes to give us out food. My wife ordered the avocado spinach egg white sandwich. The avocado was way over brown. If it wasn't because I did not have to wait another half hour for the food. By far my worst experience in a Panera restaurant. read more

I come here every morning. I love their coffee. The bagels are great. I always use the drive-thru and my order has been wrong several times , usually it is not a huge mistake ( maybe they give me a chocolate chip cookie and a scone ,when I ordered two chocolate chip cookies). Today I went in and talk to the manager, a nice young man named Bryant. He was very professional, listened to my concerns, and asked me to give him feedback later to let them know if they have improved. So I have never wrote a review I just usually read up on the places I usually visit. I visit Panera at least 3 times a week by myself for lunch and at least once a week with my family at the Eastvale location. Yes we have had a order not come correct but they always fixed it. I came across JONI H review about the manager Dorothy and I was truly disgusted with this lady and her demands for two FREE MEALS you have to be kidding me. I have observed how Dorothy has interacted with me especially my kids, she even gave my daughter a free cinnamon roll for her good grades when we told her what we were celebrating. I saw how she is with other guest and she is so accommodating and helpful, I am not much of a talker but every time she passed my table she ask me if every thing is going okay and can she help me with anything. She even cleared my table and I haven't had a manager do that and she does it for everyone. I just felt the need to defend her as a very good manager, if Panera Corp is reading this go back and look at this lady other reviews when she doesn't get what she wants she writes ugly reviews, "internet bully" . Dirty tables and chairs, plan to do some cleaning before you sit. Lots of employees are working hard and very polite, but there's rarely more than one cashier, no matter how long the line. Regardless of these complaints, we've eaten here about six times, the food is good and it's healthy. This stores management needs to take a stronger role in putting a better foot forward. Have someone clean tables every fifteen minutes and have someone watch the front and jump in when a line starts forming. Improve these two things and I'd have to give a five star rating. read more

I ordered the rapid pickup with their first time available 6:10. Both times I was there early there were people in the store. After 10 mins of waiting they asked if I had ordered something. This is my second time visiting this location & both times there wasn't ANYWHERE to sit inside. Today in particular, I felt like I was in Chuck E. Cheese, that's how crowded it was in the dining area. I was with a friend & both of our two year olds & we were just standing there waiting for someone to get up. People were just hanging out with empty plates on their table like it was the hang out spot. On top of no tables, the heater was on so it was stuffy. Finally someone waved at us to let us know they were getting up. So the four of us huddled around a little table and two chairs to sit down. Someone had left their stuff and food at the table next to us while they were hanging out at another table. I couldn't believe how inconsiderate people were being about not wanting to make space for people who were coming in. We waited 30 mins for two mac and cheese kids meals & our meals. I ordered the chicken tortellini Alfredo for the first time & it will be my last, it was literally tortellini with shredded plain chicken on top. The chicken wasn't seasoned at all, it seemed like it was boiled & shredded, that's it. The chicken & wild rice soup I got was delicious like always. I would just hope next time, a manager would walk around & start cleaning off tables for people to get the hint that they need to leave so other people can sit down or order to-go & don't order the pasta I got. read more

This restaurant is like a cheaper version of all the other Panera's I've been to, the service is slow, and the food takes long to prepare. It took them 10+ minutes to give me ONE toasted bagel in the morning two days ago. No, it was not crowded at all. The reason for the delay was that the staff was busy in making a breakfast for a guy working at the shop! He cut the line and got his food served before a paying customer! The Mexican girl didn't even apologize for keeping me waiting for a long time for one stupid bagel! The manager next to her didn't say anything either!
