I am such a fan of Panera bread! I always order their pick two of the Broccoli Cheddar Soup in a cup and either get their Chipotle Avocado Melt sandwich or the Grilled Chicken and Avocado BLT. Seriously, the tastiest sandwiches I have ever had! I noticed their tulip cookies and knew I had to get two for my mom and I to have. Her favorite flower are tulips so I knew I needed to get us some. Everything was super delicious, as always. I also decided to try their Mocha Latte which is limited time so go try one before they're gone!!!

Hardly any avocado and definitely doesn't look anything like the photos they post of what it should look like.

I ordered the chipotle chicken, egg and Avocado breakfast sandwich and I am disappointed in the making of it. Service is always excellent but the making of all the sandwiches I've ordered have been poor. There is only a tiny bit of avocado on it. For the price you pay is definitely not worth it.

Out of Cream of Chicken w/ wild rice soup?!!! I was told they, don't know when they'll have them back. All the other branches in the area have it. Server, Nadia, who was taking orders had an attitude when I asked about the soup. Supply or management issue? Also out of white cheddar cheese & they charge you $0.59 to pick a different cheese available. Small water cups hidden behind the counter where you pick up food. When we first walked in, most tables are filthy & dirty dishes still sitting on 3 tables. We sat here for an hour and not one of them swept the floor or wiped the tables. I noticed the manager is interviewing an applicant and never bothered to look around to see how filthy their restaurant looks. Most disappointing experience here at Fairfield branch. Retrain the managers or replace them immediately!

No greens on this side either!!!!

I usually love the service I receive here, the ladies I've been helped by are always super kind but for the first time I've ordered food along with my usual lemonade & was super disappointed. The sandwich I ordered comes with "greens" but I received absolutely none on my sandwich! I also requested *extra* cucumbers & I just can't imagine 3 thin measly slices are extra, sounds like the regular amount if not light! The guy who doled out my online order seemed not all that nice but still was nicer than I expected when I asked for my lemonade to have no ice. (It's usually made once I get there not before & there wasn't a button to request no ice in the online ordering process.) he got me a new one but with room left, which I'm used to them still filling to the brim. I'm mainly appalled at the price of the sandwich, only being a half & costing $8.49! Sandwich was worth 5 bucks, nothing more. I recall a long past time when the You Pick Two did not cost $9+ x2 it used to be much more affordable! The sandwich I received tonight was skimpy & left me still hungry even with the chips. I was sad they were out of baguettes, I might've been a bit more full!

I ordered egg white avocado sandwhich and my tomatoes were slimy and old and not even on the sandwhich. There was only a small amt of avocado on one piece of the bread .

Very sad looking chocolate croissant, $5 straight into the trashcan and it was not the first time.

They must have changed the baker or the lowered the standard. The baked goods in the past couple of months have been looking and tasting horrible. They are pale(even bagels) and under baked or aren't baked correctly it's not fluffy, like squished dough. Shapes and sizes have no constancy. Other cafe menus are ok. It's just not the same.

I stopped by Panera Bread this past Thursday and Friday for lunch. I ordered my food online and oicked up in store. Both orders were accurate. My orders werent ready at the time I set the pick up for both days. I even came 10 mins after the pick up time and they were still working on them. The store was clean and I was greeted when arriving. I'll stop by again when I have a taste for some Panera.

This is the sad reality of the Teriyaki bowl. $14!!!!
    Henry W.

So this is a $14 Teriyaki Broccoli Bowl? Does not look like the same. Broccoli was over cooked & mushy. Weight with the bowl is 11.5 oz. Not the way I want to start my dinner (appetizer?). Please do better and have your crew actually look at what they put out there. First time was a Sunday morning last month. Lots of crew members but everyone is kind of standing around. 2 of the coffee dispensers were empty. Had to bring the 1/2 and 1/2 up to refill. Napkin holder was empty when I got there and after an hour, it was still empty when my family left. This is the second time I was there and I feel that it will probably be my last. Please check your food when you do takeout. Getting home with a sad bowl is not how you want to end your night.

Bacon turkey bravo without the tomato basil bread that it should have come with.

We did the AYCE and I definitely got my money's worth. The service was courteous and prompt. The ambiance was typical for a K-BBQ spot- the open floor plan makes for a slightly louder place, but at least the music was not blasting so loudly that conversation was hindered. The menu has meat and other dishes that can be ordered a la carte, if all you can eat is not your thing. (Or if you don't want to have to grill your own meat.) We ordered: -Pork belly (regular, thin sliced, and soy garlic. All great, but the thin sliced has always been my favorite). -Marinated beef (tasty). -LA ribs (well marinated and not too salty). -Bulgogi and the Hawaiian bulgogi (the Hawaiian was good and I like the pineapple chunks to grill,, but preferred the regular because it was less sweet). -Shrimp (head and shell on, be prepared to peel and de-vein after grilling). -Marinated baby octopus (one of my son's favorite things he had there). Some highlights that will bring me back: -Sliced pickled radish to wrap the meat for a low carb option. -Glutinous rice paper to wrap the meat (nice and chewy texture, great touch to the marinated meat). -ALL of the banchan was spot on. Zingy kimchi, firm broccoli, not too sweet fishcakes, and seasoned bean sprouts were among our faves. -Last but not least, the crispy chicken wings. Crispy like Korean fried chicken should be with delicious sauces (we tried the sweet and spicy, and the soy garlic). Worth it to come back just for that. We will definitely be going back soon!

My favorite roll here is the Dragon roll. It's really a nice sized roll. It's the perfect balance of sweetness, crunch and umami. We tried the agedashi tofu. The salmon carpaccio was okay. Next time I would ask they not add the truffle oil. I felt like it took away from the flavor a bit. The radish micro greens were a nice spicy touch. We also tried a new roll this time, the climax roll. It was good. Spicy, sweet and crunchy. Again it was a nice sized roll. We love this spot and we come to eat here whenever we are in the area.

Maru is located in a shopping plaza and tucked in the corner near Raley's. The restaurant is small, but modern. It's definitely not a place you would expect in Fairfield. Both times that I've come here we didn't have an issue with waiting for a table despite it being a small shop. You can order from a waiter, or you can order from their tablet screen at the table. Overall, good korean food for a reasonable price. Service was quick and the vibes were right. They were playing some kpop music! I'd definitely come back to get more fried chicken and try their soft tofu stew. Check them out if you're in the area. They should have Badtz Maru as their mascot lol
