A bit pricey but overall worth it because the ingredients are always fresh, the food is consistently delicious and the selection is immense. I've had sandwiches, salads and pastries and never once disappointed. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the seating area is large. It was my first time at this location. If it wasn't for the wonderful lady that worked last night with white plugs, this place would get one star. The cashier, Desire, paid more attention to what was going outside than taking my order. I said yes when she asked if I wanted chicken on my salad but did not enter that. She also didn't ask if I wanted chips or baguette. Luckily I got chips although she entered baguette into the computer. I take partial blame I didn't check my receipt before leaving but it's apart of her job to get my order right. I placed an online order from this location so it could be easily picked up with no mistakes. Needless to say, it was the worst order ever. Let's start with the soggy croutons put in the soup that made the soup not edible and the lack of a sprouted grain roll. Then there was the fruit and apples we ordered that were substituted with chips. The topper though was the ham and swiss sandwich with NO ham. So, a $40 lunch was basically a waste of money. Follow that with 3 messages left for a manager at the location and 2 reviews to corporate requesting to be contacted and still, not a word from anyone. read more

This particular Panera is really annoying because the food is good but the service and atmosphere sucks. Every time I come here the dinning area is dirty. It seams no matter what time of day the floor always looks like it needs sweeping or vacuuming. The booths are scummy and need to be wiped down. And some of the tables are pretty wobbly. I had not eaten at a Panera in awhile, and now I remember why. I had a half hour dor a quick meal and reaaonable meal. Not!! A bowl of soup, a sandwich, hot tea and a cookie was just shy under $20. I could have had a steak dinner for that price. The service was underwhelming, I for my food and had no time to eat it except try my soup. The French onion soup fair and lukewarm. The chicken and almond salad on the sandwich was maybe 3 oz. of filling for a full sandwich along with a 1oz bag of chips. The chicken salad had long strips of chicken breast mixed with mayo and shaved almonds thrown on top- not what I remembered at all. The tomato slice was the size of a quarter and thw letruce is the king that make s you choke when you eat it. Very disappointing.. A waste of money and a waste of time. Next time will take my food dollars elsewhere. I will not suggest meeting my family or friends there for a meal either. Disappointing. read more

Today I went in to Panera Bread on a whim to see if I still had credit to use on a rewards card. Gina helped me and I'm super happy with her warm smile and customer service. She didn't make me feel rushed as I was trying to use the EGC, and she even gave me a drink cup on the house because my birthday popped up for a free pastry! This is the worst Panera I've been to. The customer service was absolutely terrible, including the managerial service. When asking for a simple service, refilling the iced coffee container, an elderly servicer rudely walked away and ignored my request. I then proceeded to ask the manager for assistance, and she said she'd refill it. After waiting 30mins, finishing my meal, I again tried to get iced coffee but no one had refilled it. I asked the manager a third time if they could refill it, and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes. Still, after all that time, nothing was being prepared. While waiting, several other customers were becoming upset as it seemed every order coming out was either incorrect or orders were simply not coming out at all after waiting over 20 mintues. I then asked a FOURTH time for the serivce and the reaction of the elderly employee was her throwing her hands up at me and walking away without saying a word. I have never been treated so rudely at ANY Panera and will absolutely NEVER be coming back to this establishment again. read more

My sister and I went to Panera on Saturday, 10/13/2018. We ordered 2 full sandwiches, 2 coffees and 2 brownies. When, we received our food, we only received 1 sandwich that was cut in two. We brought this 2 their attention and they said they would get us another one. It took 45 minutes before we received the 2nd sandwich. The coffee was cold, the brownie was old and the manager did not accommodate our needs. She said the delay was because they were training someone. They ripped us off for $28.00 for food that was not served and terrible customer service. Discrimination- against senior citizens. We will never eat there again. read more

Terrible customer service. Went there on a Friday night around 8:00 pm. Tried to order a bowl of clam chowder but they were all out so I switched to french onion soup. When I picked it up, I noticed there was no gruyere cheese added to the soup. When I asked why, the staff told me they ran out of gruyere cheese but could add another cheese if I wanted. It would have been nice to know that before hand so I asked for a refund cause I didn't want the soup anymore - it was just beef broth and onions. They had to get the manager. The manager was apologetic and acknowledged the staff should have informed me before I picked up the soup and definitely should have told me before they made the order. The manager offered me a free "pastry" on the house but I declined since I already struck out twice with them. read more

Tried it once on a date and out of curiosity. Calling themselves a bakery is a big stretch. It's a restaurant, plain and simple... basically selling high priced soup and sandwiches. Today a lady with a child in her arms and small todler near her side were exiting the business and dropped a cup of water with ice with a lemon in the doorway. Told her I'd let management know to clean it up so she could be on her way. I did and nothing happened as I was telling customers as they were entering and exiting to watch out. Went back in and told the cashier if someone was going to mop this up. Told her this could be a potential lawsuit if someone slipped and fell. Her answer, they know. Well no cleanup but the least I could do was kick the lemon to the side. I would have taken a pic but I don't see an icon here to do it. Just had a surgery a week ago and am still on a full liquid diet. They were so kind to make sure I had what I needed. The chicken broth from the soup is delicious.
