This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Panera bread. My son was with my I'm going through chemo so decided to use the drive through. The rudeness of the gal that took my order was unreal - besides the fact that I told her my dietary issues due to my cancer everything came incorrectly I was sick as a dog for hours My husbands rolls were basically thrown into a brown shipping how Gross that was going o be eaten - well that didn't happen. They gave my son he wrote by cookie that resulted in a tantrum and I don't allow him to eat chocolate my drink of a lg in sweet tea w 4 lemons In side came as sweet tea w 2 itty bitty lemons inside - my sons drink was supposed to be the tangerine lemonade deal it came as pure lemonade- I asked for soft bread for him to be cut w butter not what we got - the wait was 27 minutes. I normally really enjoy Panera, but this location needs more staff. My kids and I came in on a Friday evening just before 8:00 and had to wait 10 minutes to order and then almost 15 minutes for food. I love Panera Bread, easily one of my favorite fast-food options. I drove out of my way to visit this location as there is actually one closer to my apartment -- and I did so to visit the drive thru for the convenience. Well, I sat in line in the drive thru for 30 minutes. 30 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU. Got to the window and my order wasn't complete, waited another 5 there. Pulled away and guess what, they forgot part of the order. I am a local Garlander who frequents this Panera at Firewheel Town Center usually via drive-thru on Saturday and Sunday mornings.   I have to say both their drive-thru and dine-in service is exceptional and the staff is always extremely friendly.   I love Panera Bread all together and have been a loyal customer for years. I am particularly fond of their variety of soup offerings as well as their mac n' cheese!There is no doubt I will continue to eat here in the future. However, PB did make one change on their menu that I was not to excited about; the removal on "The Italian Combo". The combo has since been replaced by "The Italian" which is a dry and sorry excuse for a sandwich IMO. This unwarranted change did keep me away from PB for a while as the combo was my go to sandwich, until I discovered the "Bacon Turkey Bravo" which is one of many delicious alternatives.   Despite the aforementioned sandwich swap I have nothing negative to say about Panera Bread or this PB in particular. read more

Panera bread serves simple good food but not a cheap price. I got the pick 2 and ordered potato soup with chicken salad sandwich. The food was good and perfect for a lunch portion. If you are a big eater than I suggest getting each item instead of pick 2 combo. This place is fairly new so it was hustling and bustling non stop. From the outside you would think there wouldn't be enough seating but rest a sure there is plenty of space. People normally eat and go because it's a lunch spot. I have eaten at many different Panera Bread Restaurants in several states. I do like the fresh food and healthy choices there(even if a bit overpriced), but this particular location has some of the worse service around. I would say that 80% of the time the order is wrong. Wrong type of sandwich, wrong size serving of soup, missing items, etc. Using the kiosks to order helps, but is no guarantee that you will actually get what you ordered. Also in mid October they "were out" of the Autumn Squash Soup which is the main reason we went there that day..The tables are rarely, if ever cleaned off. The floors under the tables appear to have never been cleaned... I would think for these prices, Panera could afford decent service for their customers.. read more

For the second time in a month, a Rapid Pickup order was screwed up! From now on, I will have to go inside for my pickup order so that I can open and check every container. Worse Panera in Texas . Every time I order from this location my order is wrong . Gave me tea with no ice, Mac cheese lid wasn't on properly and came off , bread for Mac cheese was just thrown in bag(not wrapped) and sandwich was ordered with no tomato's and guess what. This afternoon I went to Panera Bread, and was greeted by Charity at the front counter. She was so kind, and helpful. Charity seemed to truly care about the customers, and their experience at Panera. I sat close to Rashad, the GM, and his management team. They were discussing the upcoming holiday season, and all the ways they wanted to make their customers happy. Listening to them, you could tell that the entire team truly cared about the people that walk through their doors. The food is consistent with every Panera I have previously visited, which I am a fan of. They have table trackers instead of buzzers, so the food is delivered straight to the table, as well as self-order kiosks and a drive through. However, especially around lunch, it gets so congested inside it is hard to find a clean table and the drive through gets backed up 8 or so cars deep. The staff gets overwhelmed, so the trash stations get neglected. Main point: I love this place, but probably won't visit during busy hours. read more

This was my first visit to this location. The good news is that you can use a kiosk to order you food, rather than wait to order from the one and only clerk taking orders from a very slow moving line. Argh! I order the pic two, and noticed that the size of their half sandwich has shrank quite a bit since I last visited another location. I found the restaurant to have dirty tables and trash on the floor. Staff seemed to be oblivious to the disheveled dining appearance. From a value standpoint, spending $11.26 to get a small half sandwich, cup of soup and a cup of water is a rip-off. Not sure why this location has low reviews but been here a couple of times and I've only experienced good things. I always order their pick 2 with the strawberry poppy seed salad with chicken and some chicken noodle soup, which are both so delicious. I like that they have the pads in the front where you can order food really quickly which is nice if you are in a hurry. The closest from us is 15 minutes away so we drove out here so my pregnant wife could get some food to help her feel better. I have been to this location a few times. I go before work (715ish) through the drive thru and I'm always the only person there, but it seems to take 5 mins or more to get my order. The food is as expected at Panera. The breakfast sandwiches are good and filling. I'm not a fan of their regular coffee. I went to Panera to try their new coffee flavor and get a soup. I ordered on the app and I was disappointed when I got inside and they handed me a black coffee when on the picture and in the descriptions there is milk in it. I then go back inside (in the pouring rain) to tell them they made it wrong and instead of fixing my drink they hand me a cup with ice and sugar in it... no lid no straw. So they're expecting me to find a way to transfer the coffee they made me into another cup. I then tell them they didn't put the sweeter or milk in it and they say that's it. I wasn't going to argue with them so I left. Since they did not give me a lid and I was driving the now half melted ice and liquid sugar dumped all over my seat while exiting. I am very disappointed. When they mess up a order and it is their fault they are supposed to remake it, yet they took the easy way out. Although all this happened I proceed to add MY creamer at home and the coffee was very tasty so I would've enjoyed getting it made correctly and I am positive I would've come back multiple times because I love coffee but since I had this poor experience I will not. I've been to this location a few times and it's not awful but I only come here if i'm really wanting a healthier option. I got the pick two with a BBQ chicken flatbread which hasn't disappointed me at any location-strongly recommend, and a caesar salad which was mediocre on the verge of gross. The salad seemed almost expired and left a weird aftertaste. I got a whopping 4 croutons in it? and the dressing was oddly chunky like some mashed up feta. It was not delicious and I probably won't get a salad again. I tried the new Frozen Blood Orange Lemonade and it's pretty good! I just wish it was blended more like a smoothie type like it looked in the picture. It came out with half juice half frozen! Pastries are delicious! I waited a good while behind a car that was already at the window when I pulled up to order. I have been to eat at this location several times, they are always, I repeat always, out of something. They're out of quinoa for the broth bowl, they're out of ranch for a salad, they are out of baguettes, they're out of the fruit that goes in a salad or out of avocado --- if it's not one thing it's something else. Not what I would expect from such a complex company /fast food restaurant. the service was subpar and quite upsetting since were ordering something so simple including the minimum amount of costumers they have. Waited 20-25 minutes for a large Mac&cheese just for it to come in a to go container and served on the verge of "chilled". So with that being said I asked for it to be served inside the bread just to figure out id be losing some Mac&cheese with my request while I watch her pour it then throw the rest away.finally along came my food with the smile she gave as she forgot my chips and sandwich while taking my buzzer which came with another stomach grumbling 10 minute wait. So with little to nothing to eat the only thing more upsetting then messing up on my order was the disturbing view of uncleanly/unsanitary tables as the staff huddled around talking and laughing.
