Wow Panera you have really gotten sloppy and lazy.. driving so unable to order online,, called several times NO ONE answered the phone , pulled up to the drive through and not a single person inside or in the drive through . Ordered our food got home and it's put together terrible. And no baguette to go with our soup. Guess we interrupted social hour .... and never asked for our Panera member number. Went through the drive-through on Saturday at about 7 PM and received the most amazing customer service! The boy working the drive-through was extremely helpful and went to go check to see which pastries you guys had. I have been coming here for a few months and have never had any issues. I love their salads and my kids like the Mac and cheese. Today I spent about $50 on two modern med salads, coffees, and Mac and cheese. While I was halfway done with my salad, I found a GIANT BUG IN MY SALAD. It was missing half its' legs and I assume I probably ate them because I shook up the salad to toss the dressing. I have never had this happen before, I am extremely disappointed because PANERA is not a low class, cheap place to dine. Their prices are up there. The sanitation should be up to par with the prices. I called to speak to a manager and she refunded my two salads and offered a free meal as if I would go back. A full refund of my order today would have been nice.. just check ur salads. read more

Went from disappointed to pretty disappointed. Ordered online for pickup. Fairly large order but it took another 15 minutes after the time on the email for it to be ready. Got home and we got someone else's salad and someone else's sandwich. Fine, I remember seeing a sign that read contact us if something is wrong. Fine, but no way to contact them online and nothing in the app. Finally found a contact form and they want more information than I put on my tax return just to submit the form. Also out of most of the soups, blank stares from staff, wrong order, contact us for help but no contact info. Forget this place. read more

I decided to go to panera to get some soup and the new sandwich, I asked for the "you pick two" with the spicy chicken sandwich and some broccoli cheddar soup. The employees were impatient and unkind with their mannerisms right off the bat, which was unsettling. Then, I went to pay after a 30 minute drive through wait, and I found out the meal was over 20$. The long wait made it hard to decline the surprisingly steep price, so I accepted and offered 10$ in cash and the rest on card. They refused to split the bill, although that has NEVER been an issue at any other food or retail location I've ever been to, so I gave them my card. The card reader kept declining it, so I used apple pay, which this location luckily accepted, and it finally worked. The sandwich was dry and whatever crunchy green fried veggie that was on it was almost nonexistent. I asked for a lemonade light ice and it was almost completely filled with ice. The soup was cold and instead of a baguette, they gave me these mediocre kettle cooked chips. In retrospect, I wonder if the sandwich I asked for just didn't come with the half and half so they upcharged me, but if that was the case, I wish that they would have let me know that was the case. The food was 20+ dollars, lukewarm to cold at best, poorly made, and took half an hour to get. The employees seemed to not have any sense of kindness or urgency. Needless to say, given the poor quality of the food, efficiency, and customer service, I will not be coming back to this location. I would advise anyone who reads this to do the same. read more

Went to pick up dinner last night. I ordered a Panini for my husband. He gets through half of it and says it tasted funny. He starts eating the other half and then flips over the sandwich and it's so burnt. He didn't even finish it and ended up growing it away. Not happy about that. 3-7-19 We ordered the grilled cheese and got bread that had melted cheese on it. Paid over $4 for it and my 2 year old granddaughter wouldn't even eat it. She spit it out. While I like the food here because it's somewhat healthy and they do have a relatively cheap delivery option through their app, I had an extremely bad experience with one of their managers. I ordered a delivery order, which was missing a drink. So I called quickly after receiving my order and informed the manager of this. She seemed extremely annoyed that I would even call about a missing drink, and pretty much told me there was nothing she could do since it was delivered through a third-party delivery company. She told me she did not even know what third-party delivery company they use. When I asked her what she could do to fix the situation, she audibly gasped in annoyance with me. She told me she could not get a new replacement drink sent to me. I had to call Panera customer service to even receive a refund. I also asked that the general manager give me a call and provided my contact information so I could ask if how this was handled is normal. I never received a call or a follow up. So while the food is decent, the service here I would say is pretty crappy. Always blows me away how someone in management can be so inept. read more

Originally wanted to go to the location on Germann which I wish I had. Even before we had taken an order, one of the self checkout tablets they use to order was broken so it didn't start off very good. After sitting down for about 5 minutes when one of my friends when to go get their food they were confronted by a manager saying that his friends sitting down had drinks and that our receipts don't show drinks.(adding up the food and drinks on the app matched with the receipt that comes with your order but no drinks were shown on the receipt) She then followed him down to our table to confront us saying that we had not ordered drinks which at first we were all stunned but after defending ourselves she had backed off and stayed far away from us. I hope Norma finds this as a training exercise and uses this to better her customer service. read more

I don't know what it is but I feel like even the portion sizes are different here compared to other Panera's. I will not be visiting this location again. I felt compelled to write a review this visit because I was especially impressed with how quickly the drive through went. The young lady at the window was very articulate as she read back my order twice to ensure accuracy (once at drive thru and once again at window). Went to this location, which is several miles from my home. Ordered about $40 worth of food in the drive thru. Got home and we were missing several items. I called and told them what we were missing. They offered to deliver it, but rescinded the offer when they realized how far away we lived. Instead, they took my name and address to send me a gift card. It never came. Great spot for meetings. The wifi is great and power is close by. The tea is great! They have many flavors that are all freshly brewed. Food is great! I come here a lot. I work nearby, so it's super convenient. They have installed kiosks to take your order since the name change from paradise to Panera, which makes the process a lot more seamless and easy. I am super traditional when it comes to Caesar salads and I typically just get a plain caesar, but I will say I love their chicken! The broccoli cheddar soup is amazing. I love the passion fruit tea. Ugh. I could ramble on. Actually. The cherry pastry gets its own spotlight. I'll take one of these every single day of my life until I find myself in a sugar coma. read more

Bought my family breakfast Sunday morning and spent $30 through the drive through. Bought a wrap with extra avocado and a bagel sandwich. There was no avocado on my wrap and no cream cheese with my bagel. Additionally every item on the bagel sandwich was packaged separately and I had to assemble the sandwich that I paid for. When asked to speak with the manager the employee was very rude and slammed the sliding window. The manager came to the window a minute later and repeated over and over cream cheese is extra and avocado is extra. After debating this for about 3 min we left. Paid for extra avo and paid $30 for breakfast and cannot even be given cream cheese for a bagel. I recommend supporting local businesses and do not give your business to greedy, rude restaurant chains. read more

Perfect example of a poorly managed mediocre chain restaurant. They were out of both vegetarian style soups. "Accuracy Matters" is the only thing in a bold font on their receipt, yet my order was wrong and I couldn't get anybody on the phone to resolve my issue. I spent over $20 on a half a grilled cheese sandwich, a steak sandwich and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. I got to work only to find that I recieved chicken noodle soup, which was very disappointing because I was planning to dip my steak sandwich in it. I tried to call the store and listened to the phone ring for several minutes, several times after selecting the option to speak to the manager.
