Very friendly and helpful service. The sales personnel made sure I got the freshest panini bread and bread bowls. She even cut the centers out, so I could fill them easily when I made my soup. I've wanted to try their ciabatta beef dipper for some time. I don't eat at Panera really. Today I was close so I gave it a try. It was kind of expensive for what I usually get for a work day lunch. $15.43 including tax for a moderate sized sandwich and small cup of dip. The sandwich was good but the cheese made it very rich. The bistro onion dip was not what I expected! More like a thick salty onion soup. I love onions but this was a bit much. The self bus area at the garbage was an absolute mess. Staff clearly didn't monitor this or service it at all! I can only imagine what the bathrooms looked like. Overall I don't think I'll be back to try more. This location has ample space of parking available. We went for a quick breakfast and the servers were friendly, attentive and able to deliver our order quickly. We ordered at the counter. We asked for the bacon flatbread but the gal at the counter hit the wrong button and we got the pepperoni one. Also, our sandwich was tainted with a cinnamon taste (we didn't order anything with cinnamon). Upon further look, we saw that part of the sandwich had cinnamon filling on it. Brewed coffee was all out when we stopped in. We had to wait 10 min or so for them to replace all the containers. They were also sold out of most of their bagels on a Saturday late afternoon. Before I moved out of state, this was my go-to Panera location. I really feel like your experience 9/10 times here is going to be great. When I get the BBQ chicken sandwich, it is always hot and well made (no skimping on the toppings). The service is quick and I usually order to-go and my order is always ready by the time they say it will be. I will say that this isn't always the cleanest location and it is usually quite busy. I placed a rapid pickup order for 6 pastries on my phone app. When I arrived home I noticed that there were only 5 pastries even though my receipt on the order said 6. When I called to complain, I was told that they only had 5 of the 6 pastries that I ordered and that it was common practice for them to wait for the customer to call for a refund. I was also advised that there was a note on the receipt asking me to "see cashier." This note was handwritten and barely legible and easy to overlook. Besides, what is the purpose of a rapid pickup if you have to check in with the cashier? I do not like being charged for something that I did not receive. It's the same thing as theft in my opinion. Especially when the only way to get a refund is for the victim to initiate the refund rather than the place of business. How many customers has this happened to? Most people don't have time to deal with this kind of petty larceny but if it happens to enough customers it could add up to thousands of dollars in profit for Panera. read more

Dirty, filthy facility!!!!! 1 - Worker was leaning back against a partition stretching - while tables were not cleaned. I would have fired him on the spot. 2 - Floors looked like they had not been swept -in days! I had to wipe down my own booth (table AND seats) to sit down -while worker was standing around. Such negative reviews! You kiddin' me??? I think the only thing I didn't really like about this place were the high prices! I'm not sure what I had in mind when we headed there, but I wasn't really expecting to pay almost $9 for some soup and 1/2 a sandwich in a place where you have to pay at the counter and pick up your food when it's ready. I also like that beeper thing... it was a bit annoying when it went off, but nice to not have to sit there listening for them to call out some variation of my name. I came by with a couple of friends on a Friday evening. There were a lot of tables with kids, but they didn't bother us. The staff seemed fine. I'd never been to a Panera location before, and decided to try a combo deal. Final selection was a veggie soup with half of a tomato + mozzarella sandwich. The sandwich was gooey and delicious and the soup was very flavorful. That combo came with a side, and that was a little weird. The options were chips, an apple, or what I think was bun. I went with the apple, but kind of wished they had a "salad greens" option instead. Oh well. Nice little bonus: The size of the place and the whole no-waiter-service aspect meant that we ended up BSing for 30+ minutes after finishing our food before we actually left. Moment of note: When we walked in, we saw the pastries... and the calorie count for the pastries. My friend commented on how this one little filled pastry had the amount of calories that she burned on the run she took before we met up.
