Maybe the front cashier should be encouraged to speed up a bit. She was nice, but she was slow. Each order took extra rime to take because she had a lot to intergect. I am sure she means well. Decided to stop here for lunch during our grocery shopping. This was the first time I have visited Panera, but my wife was used to it while living in Colorado. It took a minute for us to order and the lady at the register was very accommodating by explaining the choices. She ordered the Italiano Sandwich and I, the Ciabatta Cheesesteak. My wife stated her sandwich was different from what she remembered in Colorado, but tasty and my Cheesesteak did not taste at all like a Cheesesteak Sandwich. The Mac-n-cheese was okay, but I am not a fan of the white cheese and the chicken noodle soup had a weird taste to it. I have to say, I do not understand receiving a piece of bread as a side with the meal when you order a sandwich to begin with. All in all, the price did not reflect what we received, as the sandwiches seemed chintzy with the width of the sandwich bread not matching that of the pictures and the meat being less than a regular sandwich. I also was disappointed paying $3.29 for a drink and receiving something similar to a kid's cup for a medium drink. Finally, they did not offer a military discount. We were pleased with our experience at Panera. The manager took our order. He was polite, accurate and efficient. Very well mannered and neatly dressed. We received our order within a few minutes and it was fresh and plentiful. I ordered the Green Goddess Chicken Cobb(my favorite) which includes plenty of sliced chicken, a whole hard boiled egg, fresh avocado, bacon, tomatoes and lettuce; my husband ordered the Pick Two, the steak and mozzarella sandwich and a Fuji apple Salad. Half of each. Both were delish and plentiful. It was a bit cold in the restaurant, which was bright and clean, so we opted to eat outdoors under an umbrella. Weather cooperated albeit windy. It was not this one it was the one in brooksville on Highway 50 the sandwich was the BLT and it looked like the bacon had been cut in half so it would fit on the bagel. Bagel was fine it did not look like the ones on TV. read more

I will never set foot in Panera again & I strongly suggest you do the same. You're much more likely to be VERY disappointed than not, and possibly totally disgusted as I am now. Here's the deal...my husband was kind enough to go out of his way to the Panera in Lecanto to get me the chicken & rice soup I love so much. So I had time to work up a real appetite for it by the time he got home. My mouth was literally watering (I did say I love this soup), so imagine opening the lid and being met with almost no content other than a thin greyish-yellow liquid that I can only describe as looking like piss water. It literally looked like something straight out of the sewer. My poor husband had to hear my raving until I realized he wasn't the one I should be talking to. I called Panera, and of course you have to listen to their recorded dribble before you can finally get through to a human. which doesn't lower the already rising frustration level. Luckily I only had to speak with one other person before getting the manager. I explained the problem to Cody, and his response made me furious. He said that for some time all the Paneras have been receiving water-downed soup and they're trying to fix it. What the ****!? You know it's disgusting but you serve it anyway!!! OK, let's get to the resolution: I told Cody that if he had any honor he would put together a decent lunch and bring it to me. Of course he said he couldn't do that, and so what do you say to someone who has no honor? Sadly, all anyone can do is commit to not wasting money and time on Panera again. I didn't think to tell him to enjoy the reviews. This place is new and I figured that. There was nothing really available when we were there at 1430 hrs. everything was sold out, except for the and the soup. Our soups we hot and good, but the sandwiches were dry dry with no binders like mayo or anything. I love Panera but will not be going back to this one which is a shame, since it's so close. read more

Just a big room with tables and seating, cafeteria style. No display of breads, out of several kinds. Very hurry up and eat type place. Portions seemed small. Gave us plastic silverware for our bowl of soup so I went up and asked for metal and she told me they don't have them. OK, that's weird. Upon finishing I went to throw my to scrape my plate and put my dishes in the bus tub when I noticed they had a hole bunch of metal spoons in there. Anyway not super happy with the service but the register girl was nice . Tables could have been wiped off several were dirty . The bathroom is Pretty Dirty when I walked in there were paper towels thrown about with water over in the corner . Will not be back to this location . My family ordered 2 large bread bowl soups for delivery, we ended up with the smallest version of the soups the small bowls. So for 32$ with tip all we got was 2 spoonful bites of soup with a 3 count biscuit bite, they gave us extra biscuit bites, 2 extra because they didnt give us the right size soups. Very disappointed, this was our first time trying panera at this location. I do not recommend anyone order online at panera for delivery or curbside. This has to be the worse place for Panera Bread. First and foremost, the employees, along with management are clueless and have no answers when it comes to ordering off the app. I tried ordering breakfast around 10:15am and the app would not work and yet breakfast serves up to 10:30am. I finally got someone to pick up the phone. The person I spoke to was rude and had no answers to my questions and it turned out to be a female manager. On top of that every time I order, sometimes the same thing the price is never the same and when it comes to sandwiches.....they apply hardly anything on the sandwich....just a lot of veggies. Many customers I speak to, all say the same thing....new management. Every time I go there, it's the same thing, the employees are always on the cell phones and not doing their job. read more

Worst customer service. Did not get order correct. Bagel tasted like it was next to peppers. Tried to order several different things at 10:30AM but they "ran out" of the first 3 things we tried ordering. Recommend going to a different Panera if you're looking for a good Panera. My first stop at the new Panera today-12-23-24. I love their cinnamon rolls...haven't had one probably since 2021 or 2022. Of course, the price was higher. No longer square but round. I'll report back later once I've eaten one. I asked for an almond danish. It was the worst almond pastry. It was dry. The only way I knew it was ALMOND DANISH was the few flakes of almonds. It was tasteless...won't make that mistake again!!! Today I had one of the cinnamon rolls I bought. It was dry. I had to either use a fork or pick it up to eat . I won't be going to Panera again. The price was $10.29 for four, or $3.89 each. It wasn't good at all...their rolls used to be good years ago but apparently they changed the texture...cinnamon rolls from Walmart are better!!! read more
