Do I smell something burning?! .... Because this place is fire. I'm a huge Panera fan, and this location did not disappoint! I love the convenience of the drive through. You don't even have to walk-in for some bomb grub. This feature was extremely helpful on a rainy December day, right before Christmas- when the crowds were everywhere. Panera was a nice quick option for comfort food on the cold evening after shopping. Our service was fast and the orders were correct. We enjoyed our meals. We ordered a lot of food to be honest; broccoli Mac and cheese, Mediterranean veggie sandwich, kitchen sink cookies, soup in bread bowls, a smoothie, and a couple flatbread pizzas. We ordered a grip of food and it was all hot and delicious. This was my first time coming here, however my cousin has been to this location on several occasions and said she's never be unhappy. I'd definitely recommend this location, and I'm sure I will return in the future. read more

Located right off 215 on Haun Rd. in a very busy shopping center, this Panera is one of a very few in the mile radius of Riverside, Orange, and San Diego counties. In today's busy life, everyone is always on search of good options. Whether en route to the next ball practice to grab and go or offnight of cooking, Panera with its menu choices works for many. I have been to this location a few times, and for the most part, customer service is friendly, and thankfully, my order has always been right, with occasional missing utensils here and there. Now, promptness, specifically with drive thru, hmm not so much. My last drive thru Friday 3/24 was ridiculously long. I ordered pick two - their new toasted baguette sandwich goddess caprese and asian chicken salad. 35 minutes. Ouch. I beelined home, and my sandwich was delicious and the salad was fine. If you do not have all the time in the world, do not go through the drive-thru. I get made to order... but 35 minutes is too long. Does it take this long for bagels and coffee, too? I'll try to order ahead next time... time is fleeting. read more

Panera Bread's predecessor St Louis Bread was one of our favorite places to eat when we lived in the Midwest. We also loved Paradise Bakery (AZ) and Au Bon Pain (MA and IL)) - which were all acquired by German JAB holdings But it has been the demise of these restaurants and the combining of their Menus, which makes Panera a place we look forward to stopping in for a bite. In the mornings, I use to grab some breakfast and coffee on the run before work. Now in retirement, we come here to relax and catch-up after shopping. Their Steak Sandwich has a smokey, complex layer of flavors which I like, while their Combo 1/2 and 1/2 Soup and Sandwich is another one of our favorites. A new item is their coffee club. Expect to pay $15 for lunch. read more

I am offically never going back to any Panera. Let me start by saying I work hard for my money and I do not like to be ripped off. Today was the last time I will ever let that happen again. I spent over $13 on a salad was so small I was done eating it in about 8 bites. If you laid out on a table what was in the salad, lettuce, 10 peices at most of cilantro, about 5 super thinly sliced chicken, slivered almonds and a ton of chinese crackers it would probably cost them about $2 for the salad in total for them to make. Barely dressed. The bread was cold, no butter on plates anymore. I am saving my hard earned money from now on and never going back. Every time I go the portions get smaller and smaller. It is just not worth it anymore. Sorry Panera. You once had amazing big awesome salads. Too bad you are just ripping customers off now. I wont be back. read more

Tonight was the first time I ate inside Panera. It was the worst experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The floor and tables were so dirty I didn't even want to eat in there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I asked the worker for a rag to wipe the table.l because it was sticky and instead of offering to clean the table, she directed me to the counter with the super wet wipes , to clean my own table? My hot sandwich was cold and so I informed the worker of this and she said she can't take it back and said "the microwave is over there!!! I asked for the manager and asked him to please make me a new sandwich (double pressed) and before I could get a new sandwich I had listen to his lecture about the cheese not melting. Disclaim: I would've gave them a 4 and a half if I could but this establishment deserves this 5 to offset some of the lower ratings that aren't warranted. They absolutely delivers on what they promise, which I believe speaks volumes for any place of business. The chicken is always super hot and fresh. The fries are always hot and fresh. The sweet tea is good, definitely some of the best in the surrounding area. The lemonade is pretty good and also among some of the better ones in the area. The bread is great as well. The sauce does its job for sure. Be sure to get an extra sauce or 2! Plain and simple they deliver on what's advertised and yes it is delicious as well. read more

I came in & ordered potatoes soup to go. I never had this soup before from them, and after trying it, I never will again. It had tiny pieces of potatoes in it, and very little. The soup I ordered was for 2-3 people, and I couldn't believe the cost of it either. The total came to around $26.00, just for the soup. That is outrageous, considering you're only getting about 3 small servings. I'll stick to Barons when I want soup! read more

Will not be coming here again this is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I ordered a chipotle sandwich with turkey instead of chicken and I got a chicken with bacon and mayo and it was disgusting. Not what I ordered and of course I did the drive-through so when I got home, I was so disappointed. Please pay attention to what the customer is ordering. read more

"President George W Bush famously said: "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, you won't fool me again." Well, hell, shame on me because Panera stuck it to me again. I'm sitting here, an hour and a half before closing and have been informed they're out of bread. That's odd, there's bread above your prep station. And the people before us and after us got bread. Maybe they've been in contact with my doctor and know I need to cut back on carbs. Let's recap our order: a bowl of 10 Vegetable Soup. Piping hot, but 1/2 filled bowl. I guess this is better than the last time when the bowl was 1/3 full. Kid's Mac & Cheese that's lukewarm at best. At least the toddler won't burn their mouth? ‍ A Baja Warm Bowl that is cold. Like pulled out of the refrigerator cold. I understand supply chain and work force issues, but this is just pathetic. How is it that this location so frequently misses the mark? read more

The coffe tasted like old coffee and old very bad coffee I have my Sipp Club subscription and I ask the one of the workers for coffee because it was cold so she comes back and gives me a cup of coffee hot but without flavor, no taste at all it seems like you guys run out of coffee to brew and you guys were giving me left over water just hot . Never really came here in the past, but recently I've ordered online twice and have been very happy with everything. This particular location is in the Countryside Marketplace in Menifee, next to In 'n Out. I came across a discount code on IG and decided to try it. Placed my order online the first time a few days ago and was impressed with how fast they had it ready. They send a confirmation email which contains a link you click on to let them know you are there. The email also tells you how long it will be before it's ready for pick up. My first time picking up they were super fast. It was ready in 10 minutes! Second time they were a bit slower to come out with my order but still reasonable. Both times I chose the option of just pulling up in front of the entrance vs. going inside. The employee was nice and friendly. I will be coming back again, as their food is great and the prices aren't too bad. Panera is my new go-to for a quick but healthier option when I'm on the move! read more

working in the marketplace center gives me a few options when i go out to eat. being timed during my lunch only gives me so much time to get lunch. every time i go to this location im always waiting 20+ minutes for my food. this time will be the last due to the person giving out my food through the drive thru window brought out a bag for after maybe 5 minutes, but then proceeded to wait another 15 to get a whole separate bag (which was not mine) to give me the bag they set in the first place. did not provide any utensils or napkins or asked if we wanted any on top of this . i am not a person who complains at any means but due to only 4 items i had bought coming out to over $45 and just left to sit and wait is baffling to me. read more

Panera is our favorite place to eat. We eat here 3-4 times a week because the food is good and the staff is wonderful..i don't know what is going on lately, but the last 2 times the food had not been edible. The first time they forgot the chicken in my sandwich and last night i wasn't feeling well and was craving the chicken and wild rice soup. The soup was cold and the consistency of water. It was so gross i had to throw it away. Such a waste of money. Makes me so sad because it used to be so good. read more

The food was good and they mostly got my order right but I was astonished by the young man who served me. He and a young girl had huge nose rings and face piercing. I'm sorry but I don't want to see anything hanging from anyone's nose before I eat, yuck! There is a big social/ political flag hanging in there restaurant too. I just want to come in have a sandwich and leave. I don't want to know anyone's personal life or views. I'm sure they don't care about mine. I have been to this Panera location in Menifee, many,many times for breakfast. I know that even though they serve breakfast til 10:30am, if you aren't there by 10am, there will be no soufflés available. So today I'm there at 9:15am and am told they have run out of soufflés already because it's Monday and it's just been busier. What kind of lame excuse is that? Did the oven stop working? Does the manager not track sales and plan for quantities? If it's just to avoid or decrease food waste, I can understand that, but there should still be soufflés available at 9:15am. This is just crazy. Even crazier that this is the second bad review in 3 days that I'm giving Panera, a place I go to a lot. I could have just ordered a breakfast sandwich but the lame excuse and also the fact that I had horrible service at the Temecula location just a few days prior, made me just walk out and go down the street to Yellow Basket for breakfast. There is a new Panera opening very close to me in the French Valley area and I hope their service is better than what I have experienced recently. Very disappointed in this location today because it's usually very good. read more

I've been coming here for years. There have been good experiences and occasionally not so good, but today I felt that I had to shout out the cashier Melody for exceptional service. Such a sweet lady and she took excellent care of me today. If she sticks around I might come back more often! Please thank her for doing a great job and having a wonderful attitude. The service was so poor that I honestly can't even remember how the food tasted because the entire experience was overshadowed by the lack of attention and organization. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had, and I won't be returning.

We have ordered this same dish from various places from San Diego to Riverside and have never had the rice automaticalllu combined with the chicken. Based on what was provided, the cost should have been around $10 or similar to a lunch special since that is basically what was provided. When they brought my chicken bento box, which included California Roll, there was no wasabi or ginger. I had to ask the waitress for wasabi, and then she said, "You want wasabi?" as if that was something unusual. Finally, my favorite sushi places have a list of items to choose from for their bento box. They may list 8 or 10 items and ask you to pick 2 or 3. At my other places I might choose, chicken and beef and a spicy tuna roll (vs California roll). Then you get those plus the soup, salad, etc. At Yoshiharu Ramen, it is a set list of items. You only get to pick a meat in the bento box (chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, etc.) Their other sushi or ramen may be terrific. So if you are nearby and want sushi or ramen, don't let me dissuade you. The reason I take the time to write a detailed review is so readers can understand MY criteria and why for me, this restaurant is okay, just not a 4 or 5 on my chart.

I will have to return soon, but I'm vegetarian so I might have some limitation, but we'll see. Maybe they'll whip something up? The interior is trying to be real hip and it sort of works in a positive way but a little bit of that modern gauche. You know, kind of like Z gallery meets mid-century with a slight Lichtenstein tribute with a cartoonish flavour. It does work though, and carries to the exterior or the exterior carries to the interior? With the limitations of a strip mall it's a little bit hard to put lipstick on a pig. But they've executed it well and it's inviting and a departure from the norm. I'm excited to get there soon.

Had me waiting at the speaking asking dumb questions when she knew exactly what I went there for when telling her my name. Should my order for ONE drink be ready like the email said it was it wouldn't run up your timer. They are pausing cars at the speaker so they have a good window timer." What is the name on the order" ---- "okay let me look for it" "Oh did you have rapid pick up" yes . "Oh okay let me look for it" then takes a good while to let know it's ready. Just so the car ahead of me can pull off and me not give her a high window timer. I work fast food too I know timers. One drink wouldn't run up the timer if it was ready. I've been to other Paneras and they'll have the drink ready in under a minute whether I place it for DT or in store pick up. Sadly this is the Panera in my area. read more

I have been patronizing this establishment for over a year despite living in the city of Hemet mainly because I am comfortable with the location and have come to know many of the staff members and today I was asked by Diana if I would provide the restaurant with a review and here I am. Personally, even though I am a breakfast person and usually only order a bagel and a SIP Club beverage I enjoy the interaction between the staff and a few of the regular customers when I see them here. I'm here all the time, so I've seen this location during its slowest and busiest of hours. Regardless, the service is always prompt and friendly. There are so many options at Panera: salads, soups, sandwiches, pastas, pastries and coffee! I am a big fan of the Pick 2 option and always try something different here. As a regular (with a Panera card or phone number), I receive so many rewards that keep me coming back. I've had free coffee for a month, free pastries, $2 off a Pick 2, etc. Definitely recommend to everyone to sign up for a card! Also, there is a drive-thru at this location and parking is very hectic during lunch hours. read more
