I stopped in for lunch on a Monday. I ordered ahead via the app. The order was ready on time so that was great. I ordered the Greens with Grains salad with chicken. The salad was very fresh tasting. Nice and good and crispy. A good sized portion. The bread it came with was DELICIOUS! Warm and soft on the inside with a light crisp outer crust. A+!! I was not pleased with the quality of the chicken. I look for quality chicken and am very picky about chicken that appears processed in any way or low in quality or taste, and this chicken looked like it was deli meat sliced chicken. I would not eat it again. I'd get the salad without it next time. I also got a Chocolate Chipper for dessert and the cookie was hard and stale. A big fail and I would not order the cookie again. Overall three stars. I'd come again for the salad or maybe to try their tuna sandwich, since I do not eat processed meat and wouldn't eat a deli meat sandwich. read more

Newly renovated, there is a modern ambiance here. It's especially nice to come in the morning when the sun is hitting on the outside patio area. It's nice to work from here and be on your laptop. We used to go to the Miracle Mile location but it was bad, dirty, coffee cold and they were always out of bagels. Unfortunately we visited this one which was somewhat out of our way and we were again disappointed. This store is very closed to my work which is perfect for my morning coffee. The cashiers are super nice and lovely. I can't say the same for the morning manager. Story time! There is a Senior Living Facility a few blocks down so it's not surprise to see a lot of senior citizens in the restaurant. This morning this little sweet lady wanted to buy a coffee and a bagel with a $100 bill. The cashier called her manager to check the bill in which the manager turned to the lady and rudely told her, that they could not accept the bill and anyways the total to pay was $6. The face of the lady broke my heart. This manager was not only rude but her lack of empathy was disgusting. The old lady started taking all her coins out of her purse to see she had enough to pay. The perfect closing was that without hesitation the cashier pulled her phone and paid the old lady's coffee. Thank you to the cashiers of this store! They are awesome. To the manager, I hope that one day you get treated the same when you get to be this lady's age. If you visit this store, you will get amazing service from the cashiers. Panera Bread is a chain of counter service sandwich and coffee shop which has grown and sustained itself in the competitive Miami's food scene. Here they are known for their hearty soups and delicious sandwiches, such as their new toasted baguettes. I decided to order their " you pick two" combo which is a sandwich with a side of soup and fruit or chips. I ordered the Black Forest Ham and Gouda melt on the baguette with a bowl of their tomato soup and chips. Both items were delicious the baguette was nice and warm very crunchy, while the soup was creamy and bursting with flavor. The service was also very quick we ordered at the front and they called us to pick up our meal in a reasonable time. The interior of the restaurant was also very homey and since it is located in Downtown Dadeland it gives you a urban feel. Spacious location and there's a parking lot across in case the street has not available. Most staff is friendly however the older blond manager lady was little weird. I came as I had a coupon. I ordered their Order 2 deal. I was recommended the cheddar broccoli soup but it was disappointing. It reminds me of my broccoli in cheddar frozen vegetable bags I buy at Publix just a different cheddar/broccoli ratio. The half Greek salad was decent and simple. What I loved the most was the French baguette that came with. Uh so good yum. That made my cheap $6 something meal complete. I'm giving this Panera location a 5-star rating because of their excellent curbside pick-up experience! I was down the street from this location, so I placed an order for curbside pick-up. I'm always hesitant to place curbside pick-up orders because there's usually some sort of problem (from my experience with other companies- this was my first Panera pick-up). But I did it anyway and I'm so glad I did! I received the order within 5 mins of the time that was promised. And it was lightly raining, so I thought that would impact the delivery of the food to my car- but it didn't. The wonderful smell of the food immediately filled my car and I arrived home with everything I ordered- no mistakes. Panera is my current standard for lunch just because their new online delivery is SO convenient. I have never actually gone to the store and spoken to the staff so I cannot say much about the store service. However the delivery is spectacular. Every time we have delivered they rarely get the order wrong. If they do they quickly send someone and replace the order. I normally get the "pick two". How perfect is it to pick two items off a menu for lunch? Not only can you choose from the standard soup/salad or soup/sandwich you can mix and match! I normally get the turkey chili and the chicken tortilla salad with avocado. Paneras turkey chili is amazing. Low in calorie and very flavorful. The salad is also very delicious. I usually do not even use the dressing. I am in love with noodle soups. However one day I purchased the one they have here and it was terrible. I don't even think it was terrible because it was cooked poorly it was just bad. I have feeling that is the way it normally tastes. Other than that menu item everything I have gotten from there is good. I am a big fan of their tuna sandwich as well. I don't make this place a five just because its not out of this world delicious but it is a good place to just stop and have a quick bite. If you are in the area of Panera I 100 percent recommend their delivery. It is VERY well worth it. read more

A vigilant male employee followed my husband, then abruptly demanded my husband's first (and last name) while my husband was carrying our rapid order to-go bag. Two stars only because their iced lattes taste fine. Their iced cold brew coffee is acidic and bitter. Any time I've ordered food from here, I've had major problems. I found a hair in my sandwich the first time I ordered food from this location. After that I switched to croissants, but lately they've been less fresh tasting. I ordered a chipotle chicken & egg wrap and the chicken was undercooked and still pink. I felt sick for the rest of the day for only having eaten a few bites before noticing that something was off. My boyfriend ordered: Frontega Chicken Panini® (half 380 Cal / whole 750 Cal) - Smoked, pulled chicken raised without antibiotics, mozzarella, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions, fresh basil and chipotle mayo on Focaccia bread. Soup: BroccoliCheddar (230 calories) - Chopped broccoli, shredded carrots and select seasonings simmered in a velvety smooth cheese sauce. The sandwiches were real tasty and the soups were thick, creamy, and delicious. Service was very good. The cashier was friendly and very knowledgable. There's plenty of outdoor seating at this location. Since it was 10 pm and not so hot out, we decided to sit outdoors. As we ate, we watched 2 tow trucks towing all the cars away from the adjacent lot where Brandsmart, Old Navy, & The Container Store are. Thus ... WARNING: Do NOT park there! You can use the underground parking garage. Panera Bread will give you a parking validation ticket which will make your parking FREE (up to 3 hours) ... Just ASK ! Panera Bread is great ... I just wish there were additional side options other than an apple, a piece of bread, or a bag of chips!! That's my only pet peeve. I even wrote to their corporate headquarters about this. So we walked in at 9 a.m. Saturday morning, Dadeland location, long line, one guy behind the counter. Waited patiently. Finally our turn. They would not sell us ANY bagels! Told us that the ones on display couldn't be sold as they had some large phone orders and staff was told not to sell walk ins what they had. What's up with that type of service? Paid for but didn't get. Awesome. ---- What a disaster. As a medical professional, my break times are cramped and limited. I own a small practice right next to Kendall Baptist, so I opted for Dadeland Station's Panera (a 3 minute drive from my office) because they had the convenience of ordering online for Quick Pick-Up. This was anything but. I got a notice letting me know that their "5-10min" quote was wrong due to the "amount and/or nature of items" in my cart (Pick Two: Greek salad and Frontega panini), and I would have to pick up later. Fair enough. I show up two minutes late just in case. There's no parking. There's no convenient way to leave your car so you can benefit from the "quick" pickup, unless you're a passenger that can run out while the driver does loops. You have to sneak into any of the lots around and pray you don't get towed. Finally get to the pickup shelf, and my food isn't there. I wait. And I wait. And I wait. There's a gaggle of hungry customers crowding all areas, waiting for their food. A manager is shouting commands as she runs back and forth from the cashiers to the kitchen. There's no place to wait unobtrusively, so you tread on people's feet and they bump into you. Finally someone drops my food off. I grab it, cross the street in a hurry, praise sweet baby Jesus that my car is still there, and book it back to my office. Allow me to remind you: 3 minute trip. So 6 minutes round trip. Total time spent for this Quick Pick-Up? 34 minutes. Guess what? No time to eat my lunch now, gotta get back to work. read more

We came in for a late dinner on Sunday night. The turkey chili is amazing. Very warm with flavorful spices. Also shared the kitchen sink cookie and of course that was totally worth It.
