I was thankful that i was not in a hurry, paid $10 for a sandwich and a tea, took 10mins exactly in the drive-thru. No one a head of me and no one in parking lot, 4 cars waited behide me after a few mins of waiting. I ordered off the menu nothing special. Ugh... why?!?? Why should I have to check my order to make sure you did your job right?!?? How difficult is it to put the correct things in the bag? I selected Rapid Pick-Up so I could run in and grab it. I should have read the reviews first to see that orders are commonly wrong. I ordered and PAID for the soba noodle bowl with chicken, I received edamame instead of chicken, and NO baguette. What the?!?! I was so hungry and already home, so I ate it. At least the food wasn't horrible, but gosh darn it, I feel ripped off. Based on the several other reviews, it's seeming like the people who are filling these orders flat out don't care if they're right. Very disappointing ... especially for the money spent. read more

I will never use this location again! Customer service is terrible! Went there today at around 4pm to buy a cup of coffee, a cookie and a box of juice, they got upset with me because I dared to tell them my coffee order was wrong! Forgot to give me my cookie and my juice, kept me sitting at the window... I just wanted the rest of the order I had paid for! Worst drive through experience I have ever had! I frequently go to this Panera and typically have the same experience. The food is always GREAT, drive through is VERY slow (if there are 2+ cars in line expect to wait 30 minutes or more) some of the staff isn't very friendly and lacks customer service skills. Today I went for lunch and luckily was the only one in line so the wait wasn't very long. Received my food and left without checking it. After getting to work and opening the bag I realized they gave me the wrong food despite my (correct) receipt being attached to the bag. I went back to the store visibly frustrated and as soon as I walked in the door and got to the counter the girl up front glared at me asking if she could help me. I told her what happened and she remade the food for me. She brought it back to me again without a friendly attitude and never apologetic. She went to leave and I asked her if I would be refunded and she said she couldn't but I could talk to the manager if thats what I wanted. Douglass the manager was much more friendly and refunded me for my time that was wasted and was understanding of my frustration. All in all todays experience was pretty poor, had it not been for Douglass and the good food I would not be giving 4 stars. read more

Consistently good food. Great smoothies. Friendly, helpful staff and easy location to get in and out of. Not much more you could ask for from a Panera. This location is brand new to Bellevue and it's a very welcome addition in my opinion. As a Bellevue resident I hope the community embraces Panera and welcomes it to the good. Drive thru service is pretty darn fast considering you get freshly made fare. read more

All 4 employees were in the far end of the kitchen cutting up, and this one girl in a red shirt was dancing.......Extremely unprofessional! I know they're new, but I was not satisfied with customer service here. At all. Service was slow. They weren't that busy when we stopped in. We ordered and they said they would bring us our food. I was surprised and repeated it back to make sure I was correct. We waited longer than I expected, for as slow they were. There was no green tea out front so I asked if they had any in the back. The lady at the counter went and got me some. After awhile we finally got our food. His sandwich seemed, uh, like it lacked substance. I asked lady who brought our food for butter. It never came. I went to get a refill and the manager was incredibly rude. He acted like I was inconveniencing him. I asked if I could get a refill of tea and he said "yeah" and kept on talking. I just stood there, he turned back around and I said "uh, y'all don't have any out here. I had to get it from the back". Where the lady on the other side said "I don't think we have any, but I'll look". When she came back she reached for my cup to refill. I cannot believe that the MANAGER, of all people, acted s I'd I inconvenienced him. I just spent $20 on soup and a half sandwich. Get out. Did I mention the place didn't seem that clean? Don't waste your time or money here. 8am On s Sunday morning. Not busy. The coffee carafes were empty. Croissant was delivered cold, no butter or anything. No butter at counter, had to wait from it to come with breakfast sandwiches. My wife and I both ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese on Brioche sandwiches. Signage said nothing about fucking turkey sausage! Sandwiches were delivered to table barely warm. Part of the egg on mine was COLD. Still no coffee. By the time we got our coffee, the croissant was gone and sandwiches were mostly eaten. Worst waste of $15 on breakfast ever. In a word, FAIL! read more

I ordered from my table because I was there working and after waiting for 15 minutes I heard someone screeching my name across the restaurant over my headphones. I was then greeted with "We dont do table servicd" that they would remake my food if it was cold. I've used the Panera app 3 times to order from my table at this particular location and the folks there have managed to screw it up each time. During the ordering process, the app asks for your table number and, once your order has been made, it says the food will be brought to you as soon as it's ready. Each time my order was ready, however, it was left in the window until I went looking for it. Normally there is a notice board that tells you when your food is being prepared and when it's ready - and someone usually yells-out your name to let you know it's ready - but this process doesn't seem to happen when you use the app from the table. On another note, it vexes me how Panera promotes tipping at the time you order. First of all, I often order my own food from the kiosks or from the app on my phone (which I won't be doing anymore). And secondly, I have to get my own drink, to go to the counter to get my food and I have to buss my own table. So I often wonder, who should be tipping who? Having said that, if I choose to tip someone it usually happens after the service, not before. read more

While this is a new restaurant in Bellevue, it has absolutely horrible service! Highly understaffed, and slow moving employees at busy times of day. I just went through the drive-through and ordered half a sandwich and it took me almost 20 minutes of waiting in line to get half a sandwich with one person in front of me. I have loved Panera for years, however, this Panera Bread has been so frustrating to go back to. I've been to this location multiple times since it's been open hoping that the first time or two of not getting our order right was a mistake. I have done raid order for pick up three times, All three times my order was incorrect, lost my order and out of what I ordered all three times. First time they could not find my order, had to show them my email and wait 20 minutes. Not what I consider rapid. Second time it was not ready, they were preparing it, ready 10 minutes after pick up time, out of the egg soufflés I ordered. Substituted it with other dry burnt ones that had been sitting out. I ordered a loaf of a white bread that was substituted with a hard sourdough bread. Please ask me first, I hate sourdough bread. Third time went to pick my order up, again not ready. I asked at the front, she directed me to rapid pick up. They told me it was out on the shelf waiting. It was not, she told me I must have picked it up already. Ummmm...No...that's why I'm waiting. I asked for a manager, he told me they did not get it ready since they were out of the two dozen bagels I ordered and I needed to choose from what they had left. Where is the communication between staff, I realized it was in the customers job description. None of our favorites were available. I was taking them to a meeting so I picked out bagels from the lame left overs they had. I am now 15 minutes past my rapid pick up time. Never offered an apology or a discount. He did say bagels were flying out of there this morning like crazy, that's why they did not have a selection. Flying bagels?! Now that is Crazy! They did have one of my two cream cheeses available! The manager seemed very stressed and flustered. I was ready to assist him and his confused staff. Just hand me an apron and let me get it done! I gave it three tries since it was new. Even without the newness, management it terrible, service is lacking and food is always limited and stale. I will pass on this poorly managed Panera's. read more

Great location and very friendly staff. My arugula salad was very fresh and reminded me why I love Panera for breakfast and lunch when in a pinch or hurry but still want a healthy option. The ordering process was a bit slow but staff friendliness more than made up for it. I will definitely be back! read more

I was super excited about this new Panera location. I've always had great experiences and never bad service. This Panera's customer service lacks everything - they automatically assumed you want a baguette (don't even ask or give you the choice), don't ask if you'd like a drink, and don't offer the 0.99 bakery treat to customers. On top of that, my orders have been wrong every time I've been here - from forgetting to add my bakery treat to now coming home and seeing my salad doesn't have croutons and I didn't get a baguette.. or any side for that matter! What kind of Panera BREAD doesn't have "bread"?! Disappointed to say the least. read more

So I sent a email to the Company after calling the actual location because as I was eating my salad ,at the bottom was a piece of white rubber that looks like it was pulled of something. I didn't ask for money or even anything free I just wanted to alert them of the situation because at that point , even tho I wasn't happy I had eaten almost the whole salad. So I sent a message to the Facebook page and they expressed their concern and had the main office contact me via email. They were polite and said they take their customer care seriously and offered to send me a 25 dollar E gift card. Although I asked for nothing I accepted. So I printed the gift card and went the next day to the Panera in Bellevue off highway 70 and got a salad and chips. My order was 10 dollars and change. The lady gives me my recite and says your balance is 4 dollars and some change. Now I'm not the brightest person but I know that's not accurate. She said that's what it says and asked had I used it? I said I literally just downloaded it before leaving work and came straight here so no. So she seemed as she had no clue how you get 4 dollars back on a 25 dollar gift card from a 10 dollar order. So I spoke with management and he had no clue and ran it again and got the same balance. He did nothing and said his hands are tied because he has nothing to do with the gift cards and he has never seen that before. So great .This Panera sucks!!! Everytime I come they mess up. And when I finally complained and got something it's not even the whole amount. I'm done with Panera. Go to Calypso cafe or anywhere. I'd never have this problem at Chick-fil-a. The whole team is clueless and doesnt try to accommodate you for their fuck ups. I'd give a zero if possible. Especially after chewing rubber the last time. They may not be so lucky next time. Let me start by saying this Panera gets 3 stars for the workers being nice and helpful and fast. Also, the location is great with ample parking and a large, safe lot. But I truly don't understand what is so great about an average sandwich, and a tiny bag of chips and drink for $13. When it first started Panera did so on the premise of at least being healthier than other "fast" food. But have you looked at the sodium content lately? Also by far the best items are bakery desserts/scones and the like which pretty much negates the healthy aspect. What are you left with? There are so many better options in my opinion but as I said this particular Panera is just fine if you insist on average sandwiches and uninspired salads at prices way above other fast food places. I hope it does well because I want anything in Bellevue to succeed but from a personal view I give it a big "meh" for anything other than sweet treats. read more
