Stopped at the new Panera bread off of Craig Road and Bruce. it's a very lovely location. I really enjoyed the music they had playing this morning when I stopped in to pick up my curbside order it was fairly early so it was not busy. Actually there was only one other person in the restaurant. The service was what I expected. I pre-ordered before I went in. I had to wait a few moments because everything was made fresh into order. The young lady behind the counter was lovely and overall I had a wonderful experience. I ordered the cinnamon crunch bagel. There's lots of cinnamon baked in with a crunchy cinnamon topping. Last night I wanted soup as I've had a sinus infection. I ordered broccoli cheese and chicken and noddle bowls. They were very small portions. When my husband opened his chicken and noodles it had 2 noodles 3 pieces of chicken and no carrots. It was all broth. I will never come back. Over priced for a small portion and basically broth. I could of made broth with water and bullion cubes. read more

The food is always good. My problem is the people who work there. I ordered from them 3 days in a row. The first day, they forgot my chips. Whatever, it happens I GUESS. It shouldn't with the prices you pay. The 2nd day, same thing, no chips. Well now I'm pissed off. I'm pregnant, just wanted chips with my sandwich. My bf calls them, and they refund the whole order. Weird vibes here & there prices are outrageously to high for this grilled cheese that was cold & I could have stuck a piece of cheese between 2 pieces of bread & stuck it in the Microwave! Ambiance was great. Service was ok nothing out of the ordinary. Food was pretty tasty and not to mention food was ready within approximately 5min of ordering. I tried 3 things off the existensive menu. Broccoli cheddar soup is def a must try. However I would recommend to try to eat all in one sitting as the texture changes when you save it for later. Next was the pizza. The pizza was ok in flavor however it was a little more on the "wet" side so it was a bit soggy for my liking. I would recommend asking them to add some extra cook time to crisp it a bit more. Lastly, I had the chicken sandwich. This sandwich was so tasty and hit all the right spots! Delioso! Manifoc! I didn't go to this location, I went to the One off of Eastern Avenue it was so good we went there because the line for Chick-fil-A was too long. Took over 45min to make a salad and soup combo with no mention by cashiers of the wait or apology given. Priority was definitely given to Uber eats style orders over those dining in as they seemed to crank out those orders at the expense of takeout and dine in customers. The front of house was fine and food was normal Panera quality. Really was just very slow to put out orders. read more

I don't even know where to start. First of all I ordered 10 dollars worth of soup and they gave me a tiny side of soup. My chicken sandwich was cold. My grilled cheese was slapped together and soggy. This ones new. Service was good. Food was good. Dining room was clean. Only reason you didn't get a 5 is because you allow people to sleep at your booths. There was a guy sleeping the whole rime I was there and your employees just walked by him not asking him to leave. You should make your establishment comfortable for your paying customers. read more

It turned out to be a ton of lettuce/greens and very little chicken salad! For the amount of money I was charged ($20.22 with a drink), this is very disappointing!
