The restaurant is very clean and the max and cheese is crazy. Would very much recommend the mac and cheese it's absolutely heat.

What a disaster. Trying to order online at 6:30 and they were out of 75% of their items. After finalizing my order, had to go back in as they had run out of some items in my cart. No bread as a side for soup, only white or wheat bread, no bread bowls, no cookies... I go to pick up my order and it's not on the shelf. I wait a while, then see I have an email from 10 minutes earlier saying my order is ready. Where is it? I can see a bag on the counter near where they make the stuff. Now I have to wait in line and sure enough, that was my bag, that no one was willing to finish and out in the shelf. The bakery area was virtually empty of items and they don't close until 9pm. What were they going to serve for the last 2 hours they were open? They did have a few loaves of the bread they use for sides, so why couldn't they cut it up for my order? read more

I have a child who drags me here. Sometimes this place is three stars. Mostly not. I came here on a snowy night this time. There was us and one other two top in the place. I ask about the french onion soup - yes they said they melt the cheese in a salamander across the top. I like the crunchy ring. I pay as I order - at the counter - and once again it asks me if I want to leave a 15%, 20% or some other tip. Please explain this to me? I order at the counter, I pick my food up at the counter, the staff isn't very up to speed on preparation, I bus my own tables and more often than not I wipe my own table off before I can sit down - tonight was one of those nights. Love Panera Bread! I use the fast kiosk and it's really intuitive. My food is normally done after 3 ish minutes of ordering. Also, using the app can get you more info on the product. Panera has really gone down hill the past few years. They're getting more expensive while their portions are getting smaller. I used to get a chipotle turkey sandwich with a cheesy bread but they got rid of that a year or two ago so I've had to change each time I go. The soup was all water. Barely any noodles, chicken or carrots. Tasted fine but not hearty. Second the half sandwich is ridiculously small than how they used to do half sandwiches. Avocado was brown, cheese was half hard/half melted and not much chicken. Bread was a little burnt on one side so it was really crunchy for a portion. Not a good experience twice now at this location. Ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg, sausage and cheese both times for pickup at a set time. Both times I have walked in five minutes early and both times my order was already there at the pickup counter. Because of this, both times I've checked my sandwich in the car, and both times sandwich has been cold. Also, both times I have opened sandwich up at home to reheat, and both times the egg is barely cooked with yolk very runny. I'm not one for runny eggs as I'm sure many customers aren't, plus not much for my order being slopped together with sausage and cheese two thirds off the bun. Panera Breads serving sizes have really been going down and prices have been going up the past few years. Two years ago I could order what ever and they would have it but now they never have my order. There service has also been poor, last time I went someone took my order because they just through the food on the table and let whoever grab it. Where to begin on this horrible experience. St. Louis bread company would be disgusted. First off all the tables were disgusting, not wiped or even cared for. All the employees are standing around doing nothing and talking to each other. No lemons for my tea? Like stop being lazy and cut up some lemons for god sake. In Parker if you want to be all alone and have no one come and talk to you... this is NOT the place. Pretty much everyone eats here, especially if you know alot of teenagers. The staff here is great, most of them have been there since it opened and are very friendly. The food is so quick that sometimes you haven't even found your table yet. I love the Frontega Chicken Sandwich and Tomato Tuscan soup, and my daughters can't eat enough of their Broccoli Soup. I go here often to meet clients since they have free wifi. It gets pretty slow at lunch time.. the wifi that is, the place is packed and it's sometimes hard to find a table. That's when you know good food is served there. read more

I love the morning staff here. They are always so happy and friendly! I absolutely LOVE the hazelnut coffee; it's probably my favorite coffee blend! And the bogels are cinnamon-sugar deliciousness! From the salads to the soups to the sandwiches, you can't lose here! Sometimes I just love to grab a large caramel latte with creamy foam (mmm) and sit in a corner working on my laptop. Cons: Not very healthy, overpriced paninis, the ingredients are not fresh (lots of canned and frozen items that are just reheasted) and worst of all parents bring their screaming bratty kids here pretty often. I used to love this Panera. I had fantastic service there time and time again for many years. My friends and I would meet there routinely. The food was always great and the service was always great. Unfortunately, in the past year, each time I've been there, they've been out of many items and so I've had to order something else. One time, I drove about 10 miles to get to this location just to get the Avocado, Egg White & Spinach Sandwich and they didn't tell me they were out of spinach. They just replaced it with a lot of tomatoes. It was only when I got to my office for a meeting and unwrapped the sandwich that I realized that. The next time I went in, I made sure to ask about the things I was ordering. The young lady at the counter didn't apologize or explain. She just said "We don't have that today. We're out of that" in reply to each item I wanted to order. I went through 4 things before I finally settled on a 5th because the first 4 were out that day. And this was mid-day, so they still had many hours left to be open and serve food. I've finally stopped going here. I'll drive to other Paneras in nearby cities or if I'm trying to stay in Parker, I'll go to Kneaders. read more

Honestly this Panera Bread is the best one I've ever went to! Compared to the one on Colfax you can tell the differences between decent and great. Food quality. Most of the time I go to Panera I usually get their breakfast soufflé. Yea it's good, but the one here is warm making it taste fresher. Service. Much better than the one by Children's Hospital. The staff is very friendly and are willing to help me bring my food and beverage rather than just take your money Cleanliness. Very very clean compared to the one by Children's Hospital. You would think it would be the other way around since there's a lot of medical people across the street but, Parker didn't serve me dirty knives and dirty tables either. Unfortunately I can't visit this one as much as I'd want to since I only get to see my Audiologist once a month. But hopefully the Panera could focus on what all of their restaurants should be like instead of cutting corners like other ones I have visited. read more

Panera Bread in Parker needs to consider training their stuff or at least start paying attention. If you ask for a simple alteration to your say soup, like "no cheese please", they will ignore it 80% of the time. Or they need run a phone line between order counter and a kitchen. This place gets packed, so I avoid it during rush times as other people suggested. Also, please stop asking your customers for tips, it is annoying because we dont get a table service here. Another gripe about this location - I often get to sit at a dirty table even when the place is not full and they had a chance to clean up. I don't understand the fuzz about Panera franchise in general - it is very expensive for what they offer (about $14 for a cup of soup and sandwich) and food is not even that good. While they promise to feed you no antibiotics or other foreign chemicals, they only sell you like 3 kinds of sandwiches on 3 different types of bread = 9 sandwiches or roughly so. The bulk of a sandwich here is bread, not what they put on it. Sigh. None of sandwiches evoke "I'd love to have THAT right now!" feeling. Their bread (the main line of this bakery business?) is only OK, and for the price is worse than bread WholeFoods offers. The breakfast is OK, the coffee is lame. Have eaten here for years. The staff used to be so friendly and efficient the first few years. The past couple of years, things have changed here drastically The prices have gone up for what you get. (A bowl of soup for my granddaughter and myself plus a cinnamon roll and a cup of hot tea should not run me 20 bucks.) At any rate today I ordered a bowl of oatmeal. To my disappointment they no longer have the quinoa oatmeal combination I was told. I ordered my oatmeal, and when I asked for my usual side of almond milk they told me they have none today. They said they had soy. Then they came back and said no... no soy milk.. but they had two kinds of regular milk. I cannot have any dairy. What has happened to this place...? 8: 45 on a Monday morning, and they don't have any non-dairy milk for a breakfast item or coffee. They are totally out! Now I have to eat a bowl of oatmeal with nothing on it and it is not very palatable. I wish I'd known that when I ordered my cereal. Very on and off these days. Sometimes they have what you want-- sometimes they don't have what you want-- but a little more frequently than should be happening. I'm blown away by the consistent great service! What lovely people and prompt service. The manager during the day was so nice and on my way out tonight Micah wished me a great evening. For around $7 I can ask for a 1/2 tuna melt hot sandwhich (not on the menu but they make it anyway for me) with the excellent tomato-cream soup and chips. As it turns out, this Panera bread is a platinum store. Both me, and the people in my party, agreed that the food just tasted different at this Panera Bread, and for the better! I like that mobile ordering here actually has the baked goods as an option. Some Paneras you cant mobile order any of the bagels or muffins or whatever. The store is decent, and clean. The food taste good and the employees are usually friendly. My only complaint is that the toaster does not make the toast normally crispy it toasts a strange color and strange flavor in to the bagels. Not like a home toaster. Strange.... 10/22. Since my last review, they have changed the layout of the store. There are now kiosks in the front waiting area. I used the kiosk and realized that my service was slower than if I had waited in line. The bagels have also gotten much smaller, but they fixed the toaster problem. Yay!! They also enclosed the coffee bar. They give you a buzzer and when your food is ready you take your buzzer to the back counter and lay it in a box while it is still buzzing. There is now a chime system that is very loud that notifies the back prep area that an order has come in up front. Very noisy and much more work for the customer. read more
