Used the online waitlist for quick seating--It worked great! Highly recommend. Seated within 5 minutes despite a lot of people waiting. Server was Cameron. He was friendly and intuitive. He didn't fuss or push a bunch of extras. Breadsticks were obviously going to be a hit with the table...so he brought those immediately with the drinks. Manager checked on us before drinks were dropped just to make sure we'd been seen. (Who does that? It's a big place, but she saw us!). Cameron brought us a second basket of breadsticks as soon as he saw the first one demolished. He said he "knew". Yes, sir! We definitely wanted more. Please and thank you. He offered me a refill on my soup, because I slurped that up as well. (The Toscana soup....who can blame me?). I didn't know soup refills were a thing unless you got the soup & salad combo. Clearly the food value is high. Excellent when everything is soooo expensive. Food was great--per the usual. Refills for the non-alcoholic drinks were without needing to ask. Love that. Also, Cameron boxed our leftovers for us. That surprised me. Restaurants don't box my leftovers unless I've spent $50/plate. Nice touch, OG. And here's why. Hubby ordered the Chicken Parmesan, and apparently it has to go into the oven to bake which takes longer. So they brought my dish out first, and then his five minutes later. Needless to say, his was hot, and since I waited for him, mine was not. I will never understand why restaurants think it's ok to serve food at different times. People go out to eat TOGETHER, not one at a time. Eating before everyone has their food is not an option. It's rude. By the way, hubby really enjoyed his dish too. Pop machine wasn't calibrated correctly. There was virtually no syrup in the Diet Coke. It was like drinking club soda. Employees were very nice. They tried to find a solution to the food coming out separately by offering to put a lid on mine until hubby's was ready, and took the time to explain what the problem was. Two separate people checked in on us, one of whom appeared to be the manager/owner. Restaurant was very clean, and while it was freezing outside, the restaurant was nice and warm inside. While walking to our car, we realized we forgot our keys so he went back in and at this time they were repeately asking him if the payment was still showing and the person with the purple hair went to call him out his name and refer to him as a woman and "miss" just becaue we didnt want to respond to their harrasment and bullying. I then called and spoke to John, the manager, and he apologized and mentioned how it is unacceptable and the employee will be handled, I mentioned fired, and he said yes because it is a bad look on the establishment. I called back today to follow up with John, Les the shift lead answered and I let him know what was going on. He mentioned that he was at the store when it happened and I asked him why didn't he say anything and he said he was counting his drawer in the back and was about to clock out and that the general manager John was out front the entire time and didn't say anything. He let his team members harass and bully customers and didn't say a thing then or when I called the store to follow up. They do not respect people here and I will bever be back.
