My family typically goes here for fun but this night it turned awful. I got the ciabatta dippers which were actually really good but something felt of about the side of Mac and cheese I had gotten. I still ate it up and the service was quite kind too. But after I had felt an awful rumble in my stomach. They forgot to put the chips I requested as a side in my order. I requested a partial refund and they lost their mind. They kept offering me a "reward" to use on my next visit. So they took my money, withheld the product and then give me a "reward" that expires AND has to be used in a single visit. Since they like to steal money, take your money elsewhere. Here I show up at 7 AM on Tuesday morning right after a night shift of work. Figure I'll pick up a dozen or two dozen of bagels. Bring them home to my family and there's almost no selection in there, the half dark and the lady told me they've eliminated chocolate chip bagels. WTF?! I really want to know who's making these corporate decisions was only a couple years ago and not only do they have chocolate chip bagels, but they had French toast bagels and several other really good flavors, which are gone same thing with the bread they used to have the asiago focaccia bread, and several others, and I'm looking at their morning offerings and the pastries have been reduced the number of selections. What is going on with Panera and they might be falling apart to be honest with you. And yet just like Portillo's, the quality of anything they give you is still high, but the prices are higher, and the portions are much smaller. I came here because we've had good experiences while traveling. Ordered food and looked for a place to sit. In the main dining area there are 4 booths that need to be cleaned and 5 tables that need cleaning. It's 5:30 PM on Friday evening and the place is far from busy. Poor management. Makes me wonder how clean the food prep area is. Now a very nice guy helped carry our food to the table. I pointed out the dirty booths and tables. He said he would get someone to take care of it. A young lady wiped off the four booths but ignored the dirty floor under and around the booths and completely ignored all of the tables. Some instruction is needed. I'm really a bit disappointed with this location. I had the French onion soup, and it wasn't even warm. It was a bit congealed with a couple stale croutons and a slight sprinkling of cheese. Just left this location & was reminded why I'd previously told myself to NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE MY BUSINESS AGAIN! Customer service is horrible! Walked in & no one was at the counter to take my order. A girl was not far from the counter doing something on the computer with her back to me. While I waited for her to acknowledge me, a man walked up to let her know that the coffee was out. She didn't acknowledge either one of us! When she looked over her shoulder slightly, the man jumped in to tell her about the empty coffee. She didn't apologize for it being empty, didn't offer to fill the man's cup from in the back or ANYTHING! Also didn't thank him for letting her know! Pathetic. All she said to the man was "ok". She continued to ignore me! Never said, " Hi! I'll be with you in one second!" NOTHING! Again, she looked over her shoulder several times, but never said anything! Continued to ignore me! Sorry, but my days in customer service positions says STOP what you're doing on the computer & wait on your customers! Guess that doesn't exist any more! After about 2 minutes or more, she finally stopped what she was doing and came over to take my order. No smile, no apology, no "thanks for waiting", no greeting! This place is also filthy! Many tables in lobby haven't been cleaned off, floor is dirty, etc. Makes you wonder how things are kept in food prep areas if Lobby is a mess. This is hands down the worst Panera Bread I've ever been in. The food we ordered was a large Mac N Cheese and 3 large Broccoli Cheddar Mac N Cheese for indoor dining. All the food was was in small containers (not bowls!) Considerably less than what should have been served in a bowl. When I kindly questioned if there was a misunderstanding about the size of the small containers and lack of bowls, the teen girl said no, that's the large and proceeded to laugh and mock us with another co- workers as we returned to our seat. To make matters worse the food was COLD and in fact, it was runny soup, costing well over $50.00. Again, it was soup for over $50!! If I could give this location a ZERO, I would. When I'm feeling soup-y, Panera pwns it, bar none. But the rest of the time, eh, I'm pretty ambivalent about the place. We've been to this location several times--the food is always good, the service is fine, the restaurant is clean. But for me, soup = fall, winter, and the like. And also to me, Panera = soup. I do love that they clearly state their vegetarian options. And you can never go wrong with a bread bowl. All in all, a great place to grab a quick bite, but nothing to write home about. This has to be the dirtiest Panera Bread. Every time I visited to dine in, the tables are filthy with food crumbs and beverage drops. They are also out of most bakery/bread items by dinner time I was told they ran out. Every time? Well, why don't they bake more so they have the items available to sell at prime dinner time. There were plastic gloves on the floor, garbage, and meat in the area outside the door to the back next to the counter where they make the food. I stopped by at this location for an early lunch. The location was not crowded, so I must be between rushes. Once our turn came up, the gentleman behind the counter greeted us and requested our order, complimenting our choices. We think the menu boards could be cheated out a bit to make them easier to read from the point of sale. I chose the Green Goddess Cobb and the Cream of Chicken with Wild Rice Soup. We were given a buzzer, found our table, and was buzzed for our order in less than five minutes. The salad met my expectations, the fresh avocado providing a creamy texture to the salad, balancing out the vinaigrette. The soup could have used a little more salt (but it's easier to add your own than to take salt out, so I'm okay with that.) As luck would have it, I needed to use the washroom, which I found clean and well-stocked. Overall, this was a positive experience. I would recommend coming early to avoid the rush. read more

This has to be the worst Panera bread location we have ordered from. Twice in the past we have ordered delivery and both times my youngest son was missing half of his pick two order. After the second time, we stayed away and didn't order from them for some time. Recently we were sick so I thought lets go ahead and order some soups and I will just do curbside to avoid having to go in and spread germs and be close just in case my order wasn't correct. I pull into a curbside pickup spot and turn off my lights and turn on my flashers as stated on their website. I sat there for a little over 20 minutes until I finally went inside and my order was sitting on the rapid pickup shelf with the word CURBSIDE clearly on the receipt stapled to the bag. Ordered a full size strawberry poppyseed chicken salad-no mandarin oranges, as they were out of them-came with two very small plastic containers of dressing-one was not even a quarter full while the other had a drop more. Literally looked empty but were unopened no leakage. So not even a full very small container of dressing for a full sized salad. I called the restaurant to let them know. Manager said they are to be filled half full-I asked why wouldn't they just fill one entire container instead of creating so much plastic waste? She said she was only following company policy. Problem is I order this salad and that's not how they have come in the past. For the price of this salad I expect the dressing to cover my salad otherwise it's bland. I will not be going back to this location again as the manager couldn't care less that I had an issue with my order. Poor customer service straight from the manager=no business from me. I'll be going to another location. And for the record, I regularly order salad for my meals and everywhere I go they are not stingy with their dressing. Lesson learned!
