We love the Sip Club! We've been to dozens of Panera locations in four different states so far. The staff here were friendly and helpful. The coffee was delicious as always. The patio needed and dining room needed to be cleaned a bit.

Just a quick lunch break here. Based on their seasonal Asian crunch salad I made my own creation - and here is my tip: Whenever a restaurant has an app I'll always use that to order since it gives you all the options. At Panera it's never cheap but you get your salad or sandwich the way you want it. And as a side of my "you take two" I'll had the seasonal Mexican street corn soup. Ends with a bear claw and we have a happy helper.

I temper my expectations when ordering from Panera and even then I often find myself disappointed. Ordered a turkey, avocado, bacon sandwich and it was blah. A couple pieces of avocado wrapped up with cold, flavorless stuff. On a positive note, the soup was good and was enough for a lunch's. I enjoy the small piece of bread for dipping.

Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich, I have to share mine! It's got cut-in-half grapes, there's tomatoes & slivers of almonds.

2nd time we have food to go, or ate there, during the pandemic! We ordered by phone, we were parked right there in front of the restaurant, talking to them. (OT: A SUV / car crashed, behind us, both backing up at the same time, no one was hurt). We ordered: Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich, it came with chips, so don't order by phone, and a pickle. Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich, also with chips & a pickle. Broccoli Cheddar Soup. It wasn't long, before the clerk came out to give us our order. Yes, it was fast! Yes, my husband looked inside the bag, and NO he didn't take everything out, HE TRUSTED PANERA, then we drove away to have a picnic @ the marina. Once we got there, we realized, they forgot to put my husband's sandwich in the bag! I called right away, to let them know. Luckily, it's on the way BACK HOME, to our home! The mail clerk, apologized, he said there's a goodie inside the bag. Thank you! That will be for our dinner. Let's see, I'm not a YELP ELITE member for nothing I'd give you a 4-5 stars, next time? If the food wasn't so good . . .you just need to improve the CS part, OK?

I think a lot of the reviews are more based on Covid and whatnot. Because I've eaten at this location and my wife has been a few times and there's been no complaints. The food is consistent just like any other Panera Bread, the staff was friendly, and the place was clean. I mean there's not really much else you can ask for. I tried the grilled mac and cheese sandwich which is a newer item and it was super good. Pair it with the tomato soup. I don't go to Panera Bread all the time but it's definitely a good place for a cheap lunch. Pro tip: If you have an Amex Platinum card, they have a free six months of the Unlimited Sip Club which is basically free coffee every day. So if you like Panera Bread coffee and tea and you have an Amex Platinum, it's a good deal.

    $8.99 special

This is my first time ever trying Panera Bread. I decided to keep it simple and try their 8.99 special which is a chicken bbq sandwich and soup. It also came with an apple. It looks good but found the sandwich very basic and you can tell the chicken either get microwaved or it sits in one of those metal buffet pans, either way the chicken was all soggy and there was barely any cheese nor bb sauce on it. The apple was cute but super small, at least it was fresh. Now for the soup, that was the best part of my meal. The place was clean, & the customer service was friendly. What bothers me is the bathrooms are locked, seriously? This is a restaurant, and you already have a security gaurd to keep out the homeless. It's one thing when it's a shop but not a restaurant. I'm willing to try Panera bread again and aim for something bigger, as it wasn't terribly for what you paid for.

    Apparently a grilled cheese

Always dirty in here, the kitchen almost made me barf. Plus overpriced and mediocre food. It seems like the employees don't care.

The new Baja grain bowl is a hit with me. I had it with squash soup and a wheat roll. It is very tasty for us non meat eaters.

They really load up the plates, so you're definitely getting your money's worth. Don't skip the cannolis - they're one of my favorite things on the menu. The drinks are straightforward, well-made, and reasonably priced without feeling over the top. They recently expanded their outdoor patio area, and honestly, it's such a vibe out there. Between the patio, pool table, arcade games, and relaxed atmosphere, it's an easy place to spend a few hours with friends. Good food, good drinks, and zero pretension. I'll definitely keep coming back!

I got a The Ringer with ham instead of turkey. So "sharp cheddar, crumbled feta, ham, sliced apple…read moreand balsamic caramelized onion jam on portland french sourdough wheat". It was... good. So why only three stars? I dunno. Because I could have made it at home for 1/5th of the price? Grilled cheese is good. It's hard to screw up. Buy good bread, good ham, good cheese. Butter. Low and slow. Hell, skip the quality ingredients. Get generic white bread and American cheese. It'll still be good. To their credit, they didn't screw it up. The chips were crunchy. Bread was ok (but could have been better). Ham was ok (but could have been better/crisped). Cheese had a slight tang, pretty good. Apple was sliced thin which made it easy to incorporate into the sandwich, and didn't overpower it. Although I would have preferred a little thicker to get that "pop" of acidity to cut through. But yeah. At the end of the day, it felt very "supermarket quality" to me. Supermarket boxed mac 'n cheese is also good, but I wouldn't want to pay $13 for it. On the other hand, if you go to Ken's Bakery, that's a grilled cheese that you can't make at home. Great, freshly made bread that you can't get at the grocery store. Excellent quality cheeses. Etc.

Melty, cheesy goodness with lobster bits and cheese and some other things (I didn't know or care, it tasted good), exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately they were out of Tomato Bisque :'( It was served with chips, a mini pickle, and an Oreo which was a nice touch. My sandwich took about 10ish min. Wait times might be long if there's a lot of orders tho. Located in the Piedmont Cart Pod.
