Broccoli and cheese soup cup and 1/2 chicken Mediterranean grains salad with lemonade.

Pleasantly surprised at the whole outfit! Walking in to the temptation of fresh baked goods gets the juices flowing! I was greeted quickly by the cashier. When I explained to her it was my first time she took the time to explain a few things for me. That's just the start! I did a soup and salad combo. Wow. Delicious! Everything! Very very good. Staff made sure I had everything I needed at the window. Fernando walked around expediting and was kind when I approached him too. This place is clean and has a friendly feel. Five stars!!

First time trying the new fromage croissant and it was great! The croissant bread was perfectly crisp. The staff here are kind.

I don't think I have ever been in a more filthy bathroom. It looks like this EVERY time I have come here. Not coming back. Wonder what the kitchen looks like...

Ordered the soup tonight from Panera's Chicken and wild rice. The soup ended up with broth a few pieces of rice and no chicken. The bowl was priced $9.49 on DoorDash. I also ordered Bistro French onion soup. The soup was beef broth and a few onions. As you can see by the picture on the website and description there were no croutons or cheese. Again not worth the $9.49 DoorDash charged. As a consumer I get tired of ordering food that is over price and taste terrible and is missing ingredients. Buyers Beware!!!!!

I so wanted to give them a better review, but it's not at all what it used to be. The environment is still welcoming, and you order on a screen or with someone at the register. Options have changed, and the menu offers a bit more diversity than a sandwich and salad. My son was pleased to see Flatbread Pizza. He ordered a pepperoni and sausage and only got pepperoni on his first round. They remade with no hesitation. I ordered the seasonal chili, and it lacked flavor. Paired it with grilled cheese, and it was grilled on one side and soggy on the other. Lemon zest and chocolate chip cookies are still staples and can add for $1 to any meal. I'm not excited about coming back anytime soon.

Very disappointed today at Panera bread! I ordered the half chicken avocado melt, and from the picture you can see how tiny my half sandwich is. Even compared to the dressing container which we all know are very small. Probably will not be going back anytime soon. Be better, Panera Bread!

Went here to have dinner with my wife. When her Mac and cheese came out, it was cold as if it just came out of the fridge. When we brought it up to see if it could be re-made we were told we could microwave it ourselves with a self serve microwave they had on the side counter. They then offered to re-make it. After they brought it out again, it was slightly less cold, but not even as warm as room temperature. Disappointed to have spent the money we did here for this type of service. Everything else was great though.

I've heard that Panera Bread has slipped over the years, but it's been many years since I've ordered and a good sandwich sounded really good. Ordered through DoorDash and spent $11 on a Half a sandwich and another $10 on a cup of Macaroni and Cheese. The Mac and Cheese was pretty good, but I opened the sandwich and made an audible laugh. The sandwich was basically 2 pieces of bread with 2 strips of raw onion in the middle and what must have been the bottom remnants of the container of chicken. Maybe a tablespoon in total. It was comical....What an absolute Ripoff. Yikes!

Front of the bakery area, which looked great.

Love the food but all I got today was attitude from the girls behind the counter. Oh, and they messed up my order twice.

That section has been replaced with the Olive Mill's service bar. The retail shop has expanded - still the oils and vinegars that we know and love, but also other dry sundries like pasta, spices and seasonings. There's a little deli area with loaves of bread, focaccia, fresh cheese. And there's the spa merch - for soaps, balms, and the like. They still offer tours as well. The food is still outstanding. There is a lot of seating inside and out. But it does get VERY BUSY, so yes- during peak brunch hours it can be very hard to find a table. I don't go often enough, but love it every time I go.

When it was time to pay, we had to ask another employee to locate our server so we could get the check. We were told that our server was also tending bar, even though we were seated in the dining area. While that may explain the delays, it doesn't excuse them. The restaurant was not busy, so the lack of attention was surprising. We enjoyed the food and would consider returning, but we hope the service improves.

A Hidden Gem You NEED to Try - Don't Let This Place Stay a Secret!…read moreI've been to Sage & Barrel Craft Eatery a few times now, and every visit leaves me wondering why this place isn't packed every single night. We stopped in on a Monday evening and had the whole vibe almost to ourselves--such a shame because this spot is seriously awesome and deserves a full house! The atmosphere is so vibey--warm, inviting, perfectly lit with that perfect mix of casual and upscale that makes you want to settle in and stay awhile. It feels special without being stuffy, great for date nights, family dinners, or just unwinding with friends over craft beers (their selection is impressive--40+ local options with plenty on tap). But the real star? The food. Everything is scratch-made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and you can taste the care in every bite. Deeply flavorful, innovative twists on classics, generous portions, and consistently excellent. Whether you go for the Nashville hot chicken and waffles, fish & chips, burgers, or whatever catches your eye, it's all done right. No frozen junk here--just real, delicious food that keeps you coming back. Queen Creek (and the East Valley) needs more places like this. Support local, support quality, and help keep this gem thriving so it doesn't disappear. We'll definitely be back--next time on a busier night so more people can discover it! If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and go. Tell your friends. Mondays (and every night) deserve Sage & Barrel. You won't regret it.

When you enter the Gilbert Gateway Towne Center, you have to maneuver through tricky shared parking to find a space. We dined half past 6pm on Memorial Day, so thankfully parking was easier as I believe some businesses were closed for the holiday. Though parking is tight, there is no shortage of seating in this establishment. Some bench-style seating as well as chairs to accommodate whichever you prefer. What We Ordered: ~ The Great Greek Gyro (no onions) x2: My boyfriend remarked that the gyro meat tastes like it was reheated, which I also noticed it slightly tougher than a more authentic one I've had previously. Still a very solid gyro given this is a chain and fast service place with a generous portion. ~ Sides with our meals: French fries and lemon potatoes Personally, the lemon potatoes are a pass next time as very buttery and heavy. The French fries however, were fantastic! They appear to be twice fried to have an extra crunchiness. Overall, if I'm in the area and in the mood for Mediterranean, then I'd pop in to The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill. P.s. Don't forget to add your number for rewards via Toast!
