Walked in and waited at the sandwich counter for 5 minutes and was never asked what I wanted. So I went to the salad counter 5 feet away and ordered my sandwich. I was then immediately told in a very rude voice by an employee, "you're supposed to order in front of the right counter". My response was that I wasn't being helped there, at which point I was now being ignored. So I thought to ask for a manager and then realized the rude behavior actually came from the very young manager. The evenings are ran by a by bunch of kids that know nothing about customer service. I said Green Salad and she heard Greek salad; so when I stopped her she got an attitude like its my fault...in fact I apologized that she didnt hear me and she failed to reciprocate but instead went on to throw our salad together with a tude...shame on you. I really like this location, it's such a great place to stop in for a orange cranberry muffin or a great smoothie, for lunch I'm always ordering one of the salads. It's convenient and clean. Great for meeting up with a friend for lunch or to just grab something quick to eat. I've met clients and friends here, brought my laptop in and worked for hours, in peace with a glass of cucumber water. (You can also ask for fruit in your water) Mmmm!! read more

Got the scrambled egg breakfast and avocado/egg white/spinach sandwich. Horrible. Eggs were burnt and portions small. On the sandwich, it was overly microwaved (?) and steamed for way too long, and the avocado wee 3 tiny pieces tossed next to the side. Also the pineapple was stale. read more

This just switched from Paradise to Panera. First of all, they've killed the ambiance of the place. It's all blocked in & cheap looking. Second of all, I ordered a small chicken Cobb salad to go. I should've known by the lightness of the bag that something was amiss. I got home & opened the bag to find a small box only half full. WOW! This place gives Panera a bad name. Wishing we could have the Paradise of yesterday again. We went at 5:30 on a Friday night. The kiosks take FOREVER. Easier to order at the counter. They were out of Roasted Turkey AND Sourdough bread. I could be a little forgiving if this were a new business but seriously....know your order points! Our meal, for 4, cost us over $.60. We did order a dozen cookies...because they no longer give you a freebie like Paradise. The bowl of Chili was more like 4 oz. The pasta didn't even fill half of the container. The brownies are 1/2 the size of Paradise. We waited 25 minutes for our order and sat in the dining area which resembles a hotel breakfast room. Grey, dry and HORRIBLE internet connection. Management needs to make drastic changes for this location to survive~ read more

Used to go here all the time when it was Paradise Bakery. Been a couple of times as Panera Bread and it was sad. The creamer was spoiled and came out of the cup like glue. I was looking for the manager and the lady I found cleaning the table was a customer. She said that the tables were all dirty so she was cleaning it herself. Found the manager and she gave me a new cup of coffee. Ten people were in the back talking and laughing while customers are cleaning their own table. Sorry, but I can not go back and give them money. TERRIBLE service! I do Events and use catering services often. They double billed me in November and then told me they couldn't do anything about it! They said that Corporate wasn't getting back to them. I then asked for Corporate's number and the manager put me on hold for 10 minutes telling me that they were looking for it because they don't give it out. I finally hung up after 17 minutes and googled the number! I have experience them making order mistakes before, however, I caught that while I was picking the order up. A few months ago, while I was in Arizona, I came to this "Paradise" (otherwise known as Panera). I waited about 15 minutes for a GRILLED CHEESE! The people behind me got there food faster and hurried to go have a seat. I didn't even know that my food had been sitting there for like 8-10 minutes. The employees didn't hand me my food, and acted as if I wasn't there and carried on, handing food to the other customers behind me. It was until I said something, that I received my food. I visited this location on 11/14/18 (I am pretty sure) anyways, my daughters and I don't usually visit Panara and not for any reason. I think I always forget. So I took my daughter for soup and a sandwich and I am not going to lie I was pretty shocked about the pricing! $27 for myself and 2 kids. I couldn't believe it. So I was pretty annoyed and told my oldest (12) that I would never come back again after that visit. HOWEVER the nicest gentleman delivering the orders to the tables changed my mind completely and I will always come to Panera. I will gladly pay the price for the service we received. When he brought our food my 2 year asked for chicken because she is weird and learning about chickens and that you can eat them and pet them lol and he told her sorry I don't have chicken for you. Super nice. WELL he came back and said I don't have chicken but I do have this for you and offered a cookie for her. You have no idea how nice this was. Don't worry I won't expect a cookie every time we come but it was such a nice gesture and the kindest service especially since I had written y'all off. Paradise was a staple place for our family we came here at least once every other week. They just recently changed to a Panera and it was an aweful change. The place being empty at noon should of been a sign they went down hill. I ordered my usual sandwich and they got rid of crossaint bread, then I asked for BBQ chips well that also got rid of that. I then ordered a cup of soup and a kids macaroni and cheese. They had no oyster crackers and the kids meal and lunch no longer come with a cookie and we paid like 8 dollars more and got way less than usual. The change to the dinning area was even worse not a good family environment more like an office cubicle environment. JUST so disappointed because it was one of my favorite places read more

The general manager sara was the one who took our order, she was very rude and stand offish. She acted like we were inconveniencing her by ordering. The bagels were not toasted as requested. Every booth was dirty. There was only dark roast coffee that was barely hot and my mom wanted mango tea and when she asked for it she said no, what is out is all we have, no sorry or let me brew some for you. the food is just eh paradise bakery food. i was never too thrilled with their food. but the workers here are top notch. ive been here a few times to sit and use their wifi while enjoying a meal and coffee. each time i go in, the greet me with a smile before i even look at the menu. there is never a line. its clean. its a very nice cozy spot to be while on my laptop. i enjoy my time here. i wish the food from the company as a whole tasted better. i find most of their selections to be a bit too salty for me. i usually just get the veggie egg omelette with no salt. soups and pastas are all over salted. but no fault to the workers, i think the company just enjoys it this way. come here. its a nice place to be. read more

I loved Paradise. Panera is the antithesis---unfriendly, uncomfortable, NO ambiance, and very slow service. . It's like getting stuck in a giant, poorly run machine. Out of decaf (at 8:15 am), ditto the 1/2 and 1/2, reallllllllly long wait for both to reappear. Long wait for one bagel, toasted, and cream cheese. The same manager that was smiling and friendly when it was Paradise, is stone-faced and ignores the customers. To boot, the decor is cheap, cardboard-like, rather suffocating, and completely people unfriendly. What happened??!! Sad. I won't be back. read more

The food was okay. The service was not so great. I ordered a tuna sandwich and I opened up the sandwich and it had walnuts in it! I'm severely allergic to walnuts. I guess the tuna and walnut salad mixtures look the same? Maybe they should keep them separated. I asked them to fix it, which they did but when I was served my tuna sandwich, I handed the chicken walnut sandwich back and the employee told me she couldn't take it back. I'm severely allergic, get it off my table...Anyways, I know you can't avoid all allergens, but at least pay attention to what you're making. read more

Wish we could get the old Paradise Bakery back - loved it. Had a bad experience with Panera in the past after it first opened but let it go thinking, stuff happens. So several of us from work decided on Panera today to use coupons towards salads. "Sorry. We can't accept this email coupon. We've had trouble with our system processing them. Corporate made a mistake. But we can still provide you salads at full price." What rubbed us the wrong way was we felt it was poor customer service. Luckily there was a Chick Fil A nearby. Oh well, in the future, for salads it will be Salad and Go. read more

We came here because we thought it was a step up from Paradise Bakery (they are owned by the company, after al), but, sadly, this Panera Bread is down in the basement compared to their sister company. The cheese & macaroni had gnats stuck to various noodles covered in cheese. The French Onion soup had no bread or Swiss cheese on top. We will NEVER come back here! read more

The food here is very good. My only complaint is that you don't get enough of it for what you pay. The turkey sandwiches are especially tasty. The soup is delicious and is the one menu item that is plentiful. The service is exceptional and there is an outdoor dining area if the weather permits. A word of warning: The counter staff has heard more times than they'd like that joke from "Big Bang Theory" about ordering the soup and half sandwich nd having to wait for somebody to order the other half of the sandwich. read more

Village Inn has an awesome turkey, bacon avocado sandwich for 8.99 and you get fries. Paradise price is $9.50...not interested in the under baked cookie you get. I arrive with my wife and daughter on Mother's Day. The bakery was is disarray with dirty tables and disorganized staff. We placed a single order for a ham and cheese omelet and a small breakfast sandwich. We had to wait 20+ minutes for this small order and the staff delivered the wrong food. Three out of 4 tables were filthy with trash and dirty plates sitting on top of the table. No one cleaned the tables for our entire time there (30 minutes or more). Bathrooms were dirty. Staff was disorganized . This was a great restaurant but the management and the staff at this location are doing a terrible job. We will find somewhere else to eat from now on. We like Paradise Bakery and we have a membership card, but this location is the worst ever. read more

My friend and I came for lunch. I ordered the cup of broccoli cheddar soup and a half grilled cheese sandwich. The soup was okay, but the grilled cheese sandwich looked like a 7 year old made it. There was very little cheese and was barely grilled. I ended up dunking it into my soup since it was not much there. The free bread was much better than the bought items. Not impressed. read more
