I really wanted to give them a better review but I can't. I have visited them 4 times now and all 4 times the place is FILTHY DIRTY!!!!!!!!!!! I first thought they were short on staff but that wasn't the case the last two times! Lots of people standing around!! I LOVE THIS PLACE BECAUSE ITS QUITE AND CLEAN. The food is delicious ( grilled cheese sandwich). And, you have got to try the papaya and green tea to drink. It is truly the best tea I've ever had in my life. The Customer Service is above and beyond. Thank you so much for the great memories and I will definitely be back many times in the future. The service was amazing! I love potato soup and unfortunately they didn't have it. However, the attendant was amazing at recommending one of the fall soups. The service is so friendly and so nice absolutely amazing. Customer service and food recommendations were on point recommended the barbecue sandwich and it was so good but onions were nice and crispy with a good crunch not soggy the soup was nice and hot. I love hot soup. It wasn't lukewarm or warm. It was hot absolutely wonderful will come again. Isabella was great. That girl deserves a raise. read more

I've eaten at Panera/Paradise for years and alway enjoy the food options. Last night's dinner was not what I normally experience. Ordered the Heritage ham and Swiss. When I got home and opened the wrapper, I noticed there was no lettuce or tomato, but was hungry and took a bite. The big surprise was what I thought was ham and roast beef mixed together. Upon further inspection I found that the ham was pinkish and brown and to me that means it's bad. I called the store who apologized and said they'd make me a new one. I drove back for the principle because too often our orders are messed up (not just from Panera). The female looked at the sandwich and said it didn't look right and I told her it also wasn't made right. She came back with a free cookie and said they threw away the meat and talked to the preppers. I asked her how do the preppers and the staff who make the sandwiches miss the obvious rotting meat? She said she talked to them and they've had problems with the preppers. Anyways I took the new sandwich and left. Tried to eat it, but I couldn't. The last time I wrote a review on this Panera the service was so bad that it was actually the restaurant that prompted me to get a Yelp in the first place just to write a bad review However, yesterday I had the best experience with the location that changed my mind. I never thought I would go back but yesterday I ordered POSTMATES. My order arrived within 25 mins. Everything was warm and the order was correct. I go the frontera chicken sandwich which was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. I also had the cheesy broccoli soup in a bread bowl and bread bowls just make a meal, truly, I mean it gave me renaissance festival vibes! Then I finished it off with the kitchen sink cookie which was so soft and satisfied my sweet tooth. Thank you Panera you're the bomb dot com and I will be back! read more

I haven't been to a Panera in a while so I was surprised by their new experience. I was kind of confused if I could approach the front and order or if I needed to order on a kiosk. I proceeded with the kiosk and ordered to go. I ordered an Asian sesame chicken salad with a side of spicy peanut dressing. The salad was fresh and delicious but I was super disappointed that there was no cilantro on my salad. I literally almost went back for a side of cilantro. Sadly this wasn't the only problem with my order. I should have gone back in and followed up but honestly who has time for that? I also ordered two soups, the summer corn chowder and the broccoli and cheese. One soup barely filled half of the soup cup. Such a huge disappointment. The included bread was very hard and chewy and didn't seem fresh. I'm talking hurt your jaw chewy and no chocolate chip cookies were packaged in my to go order. No cookies?! I wanted to love it, because I'm super close to this location. But all in all I was disappointed. read more

We got a salad for my daughter's lunch. The meat on the salad was mushy and gross. It was supposed to be chicken but didn't resemble meat. Also they gave her the wrong side item, she can't eat bread because if gluten intolerance. She had to throw it out and went without food for the day. I stopped in to ask for another salad and they never even apologized. Clerk asked if I had called to report it.They ultimately gave me a refund but they weren't the least bit sorry that she didn't get to eat and that I was unconvinced by having to stop in there and wait in line. Not sure why there's so many negative reviews! I've been here multiple times and I have always gotten courteous service and delicious food. My go-to is the bacon turkey bravo sandwich on country rustic. I would agree that the prices are a little high for what you're getting though, as the ingredients are pretty basic. I haven't been to Panera in awhile, but decided to stop by tonight. I was (not) greeted by the cashier staring at me while I was left to wonder if she was ready for me to order. She was not friendly at all and after explaining that I haven't been here since the pandemic precautions have changed things, she failed to tell me where to pick up the order when it's ready. Once I asked about where to pick up, and the food was ready, it was subpar. A small dollop of tuna on the half sandwich. Literally maybe spread out to cover half of the slice of bread. Not worth the money. And I'm aware that staffing issues are the norm nowadays but you have standards for employees don't you Panera? read more

I wish I could give it no stars because that would truly reflect my experience at this location. First off, upon entering there is maybe 1 or 2 tables not busy at all but the entire dining room is somehow filthy. Absolutely no staff around. No one cleaning. We cleaned our own table and sanitized. My family and I had a very simple order. No extra steps needing to be made EXCEPT an allergy that required me to have something off of my sandwich. We get buzzed over to go pick up our food. Here is where the true showing of just how unorganized and incompetent this group of employees and the managers are. Not only did they forget half of my husband meal, my child's entire meal, and somehow what was supposed to be on the rest of my sandwich but I had to go back 4 times just to get it all and send mine back 3!!! I was to the point I no longer wanted to stay and eat. I will never be back at this Panera. We have nothing but bad experiences here. It was definitely a lack of better judgement to step foot back into here considering all the past experiences I had just let go. Save your money and save your time. With so many other places there in the Marketplace you're better off spending it somewhere worthwhile and not this trash pit of a poorly run, mediocrely made, and ignorantly managed restaurant. I usually look forward to eating at Panera Bread at another location in Chandler. I stopped by for dinner Wednesday around 8:00PM and tried to order the seasonal salad, they were out of some ingredients, then tried another salad, out of strawberries, so I ordered my go to chicken walnut salad sandwich, when they brought it to me, it was a bunch of lettuce and virtually no chicken salad. I took it back and asked if that was normal and they said they were also out of chicken salad and they tossed the sandwich in the trash. They did make me a turkey sandwich, since they were not Out of turkey. I will not return to the location in QC and I recommend you go before 5:00 so they are not out of the food listed on the menu, or go to another location. read more

First, we ordered pick two. Asked for our sandwiches to be on a baguette and was told that as per management our sandwiches couldn't be put on that type of bread. We ordered them anyway. When our order came out there was an extra piece of bread...guess what type, yes a baguette. We wanted to dine in, our order came out to go. When we spoke to management she offed to bring us out plates, instead of taking our order back and correcting it. I told her that when i order a salad it was mixed just right when received on a plate and the soup was smaller than when order for dine in. She said she was sorry and if i wanted a pastry to compensate for the mistake....really I eat at Panera quite frequently at other locations and have never been unsatisfied. Stale bread, lacking service DONT BOTHER First let me say, this is my first time to this panera, but its my daughters favorite place and we have been to many in Socal. I rarely leave bad reviews, but the lady who took my order seemed confused and missed an item from my order. When I picked up the order, luckily I noticed. I pointed it out and was sent back to the counter to pay for it. Note, she forgot to add it, and the signs say 'we want to get your order right', if we miss an item we will give you a treat (paraphrase( Its was late and frustrating, no real attempt at an apology. When We got back to the hotel room to eat, the bread was stale- yuck. I thought that was Paneras thing, fresh bread. Thats always been my experience. Awful service with Curbside. I text them saying I was ready and it said they would be right out. 15 minutes later I go inside and they said that they have been busy so they were running behind. How have I not yelped this place yet? It is 1 of 3 places I go in the fabulous Queen Creek-San Tan Valley metroplex where my dining selection isn't handed to me from a drive-up window. I go here at least once a week. I am not typically a fan of salad, but upon further reflection, I think I am not a fan of salads I make at home. Actually I am not a fan of anything I make at home, hence, I eat out. On the rare occasion I will enjoy a sandwich here, but typically it is just the salad. I was lured by the famous marketing slogan "limited time offer" and tried the tomato mozzarella sandwich. Just a half, on wheat. It was good and the basil leaf inside gave it a strong bite of flavor. Tasty. Next, I was happy to see the return of my favorite salad from last year (also a limited time offer...) the summer berry blend..which really, why is it limited time? They have a side of fruit salad you can get any time. It is just a green salad with dressing and the fruit on top - but somehow magic is formed when they name it the summer berry blend and I am drawn to it instantly. Speaking of sides that are excellent, go for the Key West Tuna. I know, tuna is a bit boring and I wouldn't go to a restaurant and order a tuna sandwich - that is a rare treat I can make at home without too much trouble. But I tried a "sample" of the Key West Tuna one day and wow! Incredible! It is mixed with shell pasta and very tasty. I have ordered a green salad with dressing and requested that added to the top (rather than the standard tuna salad they can make). Yum! The catch is the Key West tuna is only out on Saturday and Sunday...or maybe it is Friday and Saturday - go on Saturday and it is there for sure... Of course you have to get a cookie. They are slap-ya-mama good. The famous chocolate chips are my favorite, but some of the others are not bad either. They usually have free samples on the counter. Give them all a shot! Plus they have a great reward program - 10 meals and you get a free salad & drink combo. Easy to rack up the points here as much as I visit. The staff is always friendly and provides fast service. Have been going to this Panera Bread for the last couple of years. Tonight has made my night, had ordered some food (my mother has diabetes and I'm working late tonight). The door dash folks had delivered the incorrect order! I called the store and spoke with a very nice lady who wrote down my phone number saying that they will call Door Dash and call me back. Less than 20 minutes later, our food is dropped off and Curtis the manager of the store calls me. He said they remade the entire order and he delivered the food himself so we didn't have to wait even longer for the door dash service to deliver our food. I was speechless yet so thankful! This is top notch service! I called Curtis back by the way, because I wanted to give him a tip for his service, but he replied so modestly, that he just wants to make sure his customers are taken care of. Got my food to go and walking out the door an employee is eating a French baguette and asks another employee to give her another French baguette. Check my bag, none in there. Stopped in here for an impromptu breakfast. We were actually headed to Starbucks, but couldn't find it quickly and this place was right in front of us. So in we go. This has a similar format and menu to all Paradise Bakery outlets. We got a "Babka" (which is sort of like a chocolate cinnamon roll without the cinnamon), and a coffee was purchased.
