Worst Panera ever. The drive thru is slower than running in and just picking up your pastry at cashiers. ALWAYS check your bag before you drive off, because they for sure will mess up at least something with the order.. like leave out an ingredient you specified. Or even give you an entirely wrong order. One time i even ordered oatmeal and they didnt bother to give me a any utensils in the bag to eat it with! So I finally decided to give this Panera another try. SImiliar circumstances...on my way to work...very early in the morning...yada, yada, yada. This time around I did receive the correct items (I checked the bag before I left); however, the cashier was anything but friendly and could barely utter a "hi". To be honest, I'd rather have a clearly non-morning person as a cashier and get the correct order than the other way around. If you're listening Panera, let's get it together!! Overall this location was typical panera bread food. The wait after ordering was a bit abnormally long. And the restaurant wasn't too busy.

This place is the best place to eat! I have been eating at this particular Panera Bread location since it opened a few years ago. I always use the rapid pick-up and it's always ready for me on time, AND my order is always right. The food is always fresh and of good quality. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Tonight I ordered dinner online and accidentally chose the wrong Panera location, which is a long way from my home. The manager went ahead and made the food for me anyway, which he didn't have to do as it was my error. They clearly care about their customers and I will continue to eat here frequently. read more

This update is long over due. One day the drive tru line was long so I opted to park and go inside for my coffee. Sarah was incredibly sweet, professional and funny. Everyone who has gone says the employees seem a little lost, but I have stuck with Rapid Pickup option where I order online and pick it up off the shelf. I'm not a huge fan of the ultra-carb meal so I can't give Panera 5 stars. However, I did have one of their savory bowls that was so good it shifted my reality. For a couple months now almost every time I come to Panera for a morning mocha the espresso machine is broken. Three times now I have ordered on the app for rapid pickup and I get to the store and they tell me my drink can't be made. Sooo frustrating that this keeps happening over and over. I will not be returning and HIGHLY recommend anyone else to not waste their time here and instead go to the Starbucks in the same parking lot. They at least are about their service and customers and will fix a machine that is used so often. read more

Overall the food is awesome, prompt, and great customer service! I frequent this resteraunt quit often as it's near my job and home. There have been slip up in orders, misplaced items, or incorrect toppings! The plus is they are always willing to correct their errors promptly, even giving bonus items for the wait! The tab can be costly but for the most part you get enough food to feed two people in one seating! I personally prefer to pay extra for fresh and lively ingredients! Rapid delivery is the way to go and you gain reward points for free stuff. Who doesn't love a free cookie or drink from time to time! read more

I'm so glad a Panera opened up here. They are still getting settled but it's your typical panera. For some reason the inside feels a little more cramped than other locations but maybe it's because it's always packed at lunch time. So far I'm a fan of this location and will eat there once or twice a week. Oh and you can do call ahead for to go for meetings who is really fast even when they are busy. Panera is fortunately close to work and a "go to" spot when we want to grab lunch out of the office. The Napa chicken salad sandwich is delicious. Their Cobb salad is always filling and fresh. They have the best lemonade on the planet (not too sweet & not too tart). All bakery goods including pastries, bagels, cookies and bread are perfection.'the flat bread sandwiches are tasty, but not a good value in comparison to other menu items. Came in here on August 31 to buy a bakers dozen of bagels around 7:30am and much to my surprise they had only a few bagels! I have ordered Rapid Pickup 3 different times on 3 different occasions from this location, and every time there has been an issue. All three instances the bagels I ordered online were not available, and the remaining amount of choices were not what I wanted, so I had to cancel my order all three times. The Assistant manager apologized profusely and offered my next meal on the location, but quite frankly, I will not be returning even for that. They didn't give me the fruit cup I bought until I got to work, almost forgot my bagel, and my blueberry oatmeal had exactly 3 blueberries and two tiny pieces of granola. My experiences here have been a lot different to most, but that is because I come here later in the evening after my workout at the gym. Given all the other unhealthy choices in the area, this is the least worst option for a fairly healthy meal later in the evening. My go-to meal is the Thai Chicken Salad which includes a healthy portion of edamame. They even offer you an apple as a choice to your meal (instead of chips or bread) which is at least an attempt to promote healthy food. The published calorie content is quite reasonable. Put it this way, it's a lot less than a Starbucks latte! They also do a Cobb Salad, which, when you think of all the time and effort you would have to put in to make one yourself, is reasonably tasty and priced. I can get a large salad or a small salad and a wrap for about $10 which I consider to be reasonable. I suspect they get overwhelmed during peak hours and hence service slips. I have had nothing but efficient service in the dozen or so times I have been there. One server even tracked me down to give me some Tabasco I could not find on the condiment counter. A thoughtful touch. Why only four stars? I would LOVE to see some sort of Indian flavors (perhaps a Tandoori chicken salad?) and the soups seem high in calories and salt. Consomme, Miso, Split Pea, Mulligatawny, no? Imagine just one chain deciding to attack this obesity problem and coming up with healthy food that is low in calories, salt and sugar, AND is tasty. I really like their soups, salads and sandwiches. The soups I like are the one with broccoli and the one with white cream. I really like the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad, which consists of all natural chicken and antibiotic-free, field greens, tomatoes, red onions, romaine, pecans, gorgonzola, apple chips and mixed with white balsamic apple vinaigrette. I had posted a review for a different place at first by mistake! Good thing they are both 5 star quality! I love coming here for lunch to relax and get a great bite too. They have a large variety of things to order so they can pretty much provide to anything that you crave so don't come here if you're trying to lose weight and crave a pastry. Or do. Yolo. Anyways, they also have very friendly service as well! One of the workers had remembered my name, which made the place feel even more welcoming. I could have also taken that as a hint that I am there way too often, but instead I will take it that they are great at their job.
