This review is for staff. They make this restaurant so special! I was there couple weeks ago. My friend and I ordered some sandwiches for take out. We haven't been to Panera Bread for ages and took us long time to figure out what we want. The cashier (Issac) was so patient with our endless questions. When I got our food, I drop my glass bottle and made a mess The first thing the manager (Susan) asked was whether I was ok and told me no to worry about it when I apologized for my careless. She rolled up her sleeves and started cleaning it. My husband & I stopped at Panera #601453 for a cup of coffee and pastry. We never leave reviews but this time feel it necessary. We love Panera food and have ordered it for home delivery many times. I asked the cashier, Jacquelyn, to add a splash of milk and she gave me a funny look and pointed to a counter behind us. I looked and guessed some of the decanters contained milk. I then asked her if she could warm the pastries we had just purchased and she curtly pointed to a microwave and announced that it is a microwave. The look on her face made us feel like we were beneath her and she didn't have time to deal with any of our requests. To be clear, we are in our 70's and didn't realize the proper procedures for obtaining milk for coffee and heat for pastries. What's not to like about Panera? Unlimited coffee. Tasty eats. And the employees don't pitch a fit when we bring in our own fare. My son made this pizza (see photo). Whole wheat dough from 'Fresh and Easy', ground sirloin, tomato, garlic, spinach, red cabbage, oregano, black pepper, sweet peppers, truffle oil, and asiago. We've eaten here a million times. The sandwiches and soups are lovely. My favorite bagel is the 'Cinnamon Crunch'. I go with 80% dark roast, 20% hazelnut. Tonight the brews were a little watery. This is pretty par for the course as far as Panera breads go. Their food is decent and their coffee is plentiful. One of my biggest complaints about Panera Bread is that their menu structure makes it easy to rack up a high bill without realizing it. Want a bagel? Great! It's really affordable! Want cream cheese on that bagel, ooh, that's going to be able to double the price. Watch out when you're ordering - this can be avoided but you have to pay attention. Their eating area is pretty clean and their food is decent. Nothing amazing, but a step up from fast food. At least they have healthier options. read more

Oh Panera, why can't you just get it right? The sandwich and soup I order tastes amazing, hence the two stars for the food, but it's really sad that I now always expect my order to be wrong at this point. Spent $60 today on three sandwiches, 3 soups, two cookies, and got charged for a couple extra pieces of bread. I'm not cheap, the prices are the prices, understandable. However, if I'm paying for a $10 sandwich ... can I get it made correctly? I ask for ciabatta bread every time, and when I'm told you have it, why is it that I have NEVER received it on my sandwich? So disappointed, and service is always extremely slow. Get it right, losing a customer because this is seriously ridiculous! I can't keep being upset and the people I buy for disappointed as well! Received fruit cup with Moldy fruit.. pretty gross. Love this location but just be mindful of your food. INSPECT EVERYTHING. Sometimes things slip by which is unfortunate when your dealing with places that serve food.. You are your biggest advocate. I called and they were willing to give a refund which is great. There were no apologies tho and I have to go in to retrieve a refund which is a BIG inconvenience. They should figure out a better way of dealing with issues especially not caused by the customer. Worst panera bread I've been to. Every single time I come to this Panera, something is wrong with my order. No matter how nice and patient and understanding I am, they are always rude to me. & No matter how many chances I give this place, it's like constantly taking your ex back knowing they're no good, it always ends in disappointment. Just don't do it. The last time I came here, which was about a week ago, I ordered a STRAWBERRY Poppyseed Salad to go. I got home excited for my strawberries and when I opened the box, guess what was missing? DING DING DING! MY STRAWBERRIES! How do you forget the STRAWBERRY in a STRAWBERRY poppyseed salad?! Like come on, it's in the name for freak sake. How many times can you butcher an order? Yesterday morning, I ordered a ham/egg/cheese sandwich from the Panera app and requested spinach and an additional egg white to be added. When I opened up the wrapper at work, I noticed that the sandwich only had cheese and an egg white.. It didn't even have the ham and egg (that comes with the original order). I ended up calling and speaking with Erick who refunded me the purchase and said I could get a free sandwich on my next visit. Great customer service! However... I went back this morning, and Erick gave me the free sandwich. What went wrong this time was that even though I heard him telling the staff to ADD the egg (thus there'd be two total), the order was still wrong; Good thing I checked before I left. I'm really disappointed they changed the Cobb salad. The "Cobb goddess" or whatever they call it now sucks. The sandwiches are just ok... My big beef here is that I can never find a seat. All of the study groups and people pretending to work are taking up the spaces to eat. If you don't get there by 11:45, forget finding a table. The table you want to eat your lunch at so you can go back to your real job is inhabited by some douche drinking the same cup of coffee since 10 am. Paneras food is acceptable. It used to be better. But they have to find a way to get all of the jokers using free wi fi out during lunch. It's a restaurant, not an office or library. Ok in a pinch but you can do a lot better. read more

Panera is always a solid option when it comes to fast-casual dining. That's because the food is fresh and relatively healthy, the people who serve it are usually very nice and the prices are reasonable. I'm a huge fan of their soups. Broccoli cheddar, chicken with rice and chicken noodle are my three standout favorites. And since bread is in their title, you better believe that you get an always-fresh slice of sourdough with each bowl. Their sandwiches are full of flavor, especialy the BLT. read more

We use this place for our after service refreshments at our Church. So far, I have nothing the very best things to same about this establishment. Very professional, empathetic and timely. They are always willing to go out of their way to make your life easy. We as a group are incredibly impressed with them. Particularly the order takers and delivery folks, who are the ones interacting with us. Excellent service and needless to say delicious sandwiches, packed very neatly and presented professionally. While the price is slightly on the higher side, its worth considering the lack of hassles and poor quality food. Our favorite here is the bravo bacon and the Avocado BLT. Yum! I really enjoy the breakfast selections. All The staff are great. However Will, the man who works the pickup orders always goes the extra mile if you also dine in. He often delivers your food to you and if you have any issues with your order helps you get it just the way you want it. This is my daily morning stop before work. I enjoy seeing the regulars and chatting if only for a few seconds. There are time's when the dark roast is almost gone but if Nora is working it that much better. She is a mini busy bee tending to all of us that come in. She's very cheerful and I enjoy my morning just a bit more seeing her. I've seen a lot of the reviews and it amazes me how negative some can be. I HATE YOUR PARKING LOT WITH A FIERY PASSION. I have never not been able to go to an establishment because there was literally nowhere to park within walking distance. This is a legit problem because if I want to give you my business, you should make it easier! When you finally get into the Panera, they're pretty bad at letting you order a soup then when they buzz your pager, they actually haven't had that soup for half an hour, what else do you want? What happens when you decide you don't want to still pay for something you didn't order? They never really give you an option. This place is so awful if I could give it zero stars I would. And that's a new record for me. I don't think I've ever felt so motivated to write such a review, but I gave it considerable thought and actually dined here several times before settling on my final decision about the place. In high school, Panera was all I would ever eat. I found their soups refreshing and their sandwiches healthy and satisfying. Recently I frequented this Panera a number of times only to ultimately arrive to the conclusion that I would never return again so long as I can help it. First time here they served me quite possibly the world's most salty, hypertension-inducing bowl of "healthy" quinoa. It was abysmally salty, I probably would have felt better starving that evening, than downing that bowl of quinoa. Thinking I just ordered the wrong thing, next time I ordered the turkey bacon avo sandwich. The thing comes to me already disassembled on the plate, limp meat pieces hanging off on the side, brown avo, and 2 small yellowing lettuce leaves. It was the world's most disgusting sandwich; at least for me it was the worst sandwich I have ever been served in my life. Finally as if two times of horrendous food was not enough to teach me, there was a time I ordered iced coffee here, and the drink came to me in a completely bent out of shape, leaning tower of Pisa plastic cup. That's because the barista actually poured burning scalding hot coffee INTO PLASTIC, covered it with ice and called it a day. Honestly, if I could write to Panera headquarters about how terrible my experiences have been I would. But I'm at the point where I don't have any faith in this company; I believe that this is inevitably the fashion in which they will derail. Blue cheese and steak salad...I heart you. There's an annoying absence of any direction/ line when you walk in. This results in the huddled masses eyeing the menu, and then getting annoyed when I either ask them if they're in line, or just go ahead of them. It's the constant catch-22 of this location. Good luck avoiding the counter of sin (read: baked goods) as you order. My gosh, they're gorgeous. If you muster the strength to exclude a pastry from your order, I salute you. One of my coworkers talked this place up. I got the bacon turkey bravo. It was pretty good, but I didn't like the bread. The place is confusing for people like me. There is a line at the register, where you order. They give you a buzzy thing usually reserved for people waiting for tables at other restaurants. Then they give you a ticket. And if you go when it's busy, you stand waiting for people to give up their tables. As soon as you sit down, your buzzy goes off, you have to go back up to pick up your order. You HAVE TO PUT THE BUZZY IN THE BASKET. If you leave it on the counter, you will be told sharply to comply with regulation. So, while the sandwich was okay, and there is a patio, it's only getting 2 stars since I got yelled at about the buzzy. I did buy the 4 cheese bread to nosh on, and it was yum. I ate half of it before I was able to get it home for dinner. Bad, bad, amy. read more

This was my third visit to this particular store and find the more times I go the more I find unsatisfactory service and food. This time I asked for onions and sauce to be left off the warm panini sandwich I ordered. Responding to the buzzer I approached the counter where one sandwich was available and the server told me the other would be up in three to four minutes. Why he did not wait to buss me for both sandwiches is truly unprofessional, but so I waited and checked my sandwich which had onions on it, also did not have the side of mayo I requested . Both items clearly indicated on the receipt and order ticket. Instead of working on the other part of my order, begun pouring soup into a To Go container and providing bread for a lady that had ordered behind us. In the meantime a young female worker came out of the back and asked him what my second order needed and she begun making that sandwich. She was confused as we had indicated no sauce, with another side of mayo similar to mine. This delayed left me waiting more than seven minutes at the counter after having been originally bussed for my waiting order. Thinking back on the experience I not only feel was the service unprofessional, for $8.00 why not provide a small salad on the plate instead of a bag of chips or apple. And if you wish to provide just an apple then I feel it should be nicely sliced with maybe a few grapes with it as a tasteful setting. read more

I seriously love this place! The first time I went in I was immediately greeted with smiles. I have never been to Panera before so I didn't know what they had on the menu. I was helped by this guy named Preston and he was super helpful! He knew every thing on the menu and the different combos and helped me with my choices. On his recommendation I ended up choosing the chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl with a pastry on the side. It's was so good!! In fact as I'm writing this review I'm craving it right now.
