My turkey chili looks lil bit like mac and cheese, LOL!
    Wendi K.

UPDATE: Okay, I spoke too soon. They literally gave me the complete wrong order today, lol! I was too hungry to care but it was 15 minutes to close and I feel like they just ran out of the item I ordered and figured it'd be okay to sub it with something else. Just a nit, but still annoying! ---------------------------------------- I don't usually review chains but I feel the need to negate these negative reviews! I ordered online - the you Pick Two, half chicken Napa Almond Sandwich and Cup of Broccoli Cheddar Soup ($8.88) with a baguette side and everything was fresh, the soup was hot, packaged perfectly, and ready in a jiffy! Could not be happier :) said

    Dirt smeared booths

This was by far the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've ever been in. The booths were smeared with stuff, dirty tables, dirty seats. Overflowing dirty plate rack. I didn't even want to sit my drink down at the drink station everything was so dirty and sticky. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. It wasn't even busy when we went and it was before the lunch rush as well. Just overall nasty. I'll never go back.

Dust! Hand print-table not in use, obviously-hence the zip ties.

What happened? We came in without being greeted, which I thought was unusual, but there were a lot more employees than customers, a lot. I ordered a bagel but was not asked if I wanted any cream cheese or anything, nor toasted. I did. He asked for his specific order, seeing how they didn't want to put forth any effort with mine. We went to sit down and we're trying to stay away from the two (!) other tables that had people-not a single (useable) table was clean! This was at 9am. They must have had a big rush of customers before we arrived. There was even a chair tipped over in the dining room. Cob webs in the fireplace. This isn't what we are used to when stopping at a Panera!

This is how many tables they had

It was a smaller store front, cozy and a hidden gem! The restaurant has so much personality, with years of awards proudly displayed throughout the dining room. Before the food even arrived, we knew we had found somewhere special. We started with the Bistro Onion Soup and the Red Pepper Lobster Bisque. French onion soup and lobster bisque are two of my all-time favorites, so my expectations were high. The Bistro Onion Soup absolutely delivered--rich, flavorful broth, perfectly tender onions, and an incredible blanket of melted cheese. Easily one of the best onion soups I've ever had. The Red Pepper Lobster Bisque was equally memorable. The sweetness of the roasted red peppers paired beautifully with the lobster, creating a unique twist that really worked. My husband and older son both ordered the Momma Mia. A spaghetti sandwich? We were intrigued! My son gave it a 9/10 and said it tasted like a lasagna sandwich. He'd order it again without hesitation. My youngest chose Ziggy the Piggy and declared it "the best sandwich I've ever had." That's high praise from a 10-year-old! He gave it a perfect 10/10, and the sandwich was nearly as big as his head. Honestly, reading the menu made us want to come back just to try everything else. Every item sounded delicious. What made the experience even better was the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to love what they do. That kind of hospitality is hard to fake, and it made us feel right at home. If you're passing through--or even if you're not--Zuppaman is absolutely worth the stop. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town.

Would highly recommend and would definitely comeback cuz this one pace is peak.

Going back to the time when I was born (in Ireland, but this story began in another part of Europe) In the 1950's outside of Athens, Greece when a family traveled from there to the United States in search of a better life. The mother found comfort in a foreign land while working as a baker, hand-making the recipes she brought with her. She passed these recipes on, with love. Another begins in the 1980's on the Italian island of Sardinia when a young man in the U.S. Navy, met a local girl & brought her back to the United States to raise their family. (See separate review for CLAG Brewing.) On arrival, it was mostly empty as it had just opened, but were told it would fill up. That was hard to believe as the place is huge, with multiple bar areas, tables of different sizes, and lots of standing. However, by the time we left it was filled! We sat at the main bar so we could talk to the owner. Our day had started with other breweries, so we were hungry and I'm glad we saved our tummies to dine here. I live in a city with tons of amazing Vietnamese restaurants, but this place blew them all away with maybe the most flavorful pho I've ever had. A huge bowl, not overly salty, with fresh produce and great flavor. Some of their beers are brewed perfectly to go with these zesty citrus flavors, so you really can't go wrong eating and drinking together. As I knew this was my only visit this trip, I also ordered a plate of fried rice which was also fantastic and I loved trying their sauces with it. Prices are so reasonable for the quality here. If you're a fan of Vietnamese food, great beer, and cool vibes, this is a must visit spot!
