It would also be nice if you could specify the amount of ice on the in store kiosk and on the online app. I saw another customer asking for less ice at the pick up counter. The three drinks they keep in the back are: Pomegranate hibiscus drink - not very sweet. Online, it says it is naturally flavored. 15 calories per 20 fluid ounces. 8 fluid ounces in a cup. Blueberry lavender lemonade. The blueberry lavender lemonade has a strong flavor. 250 calories per 20 ounces. Citrus punch. Good flavor. I think it reminds me of some candy. I usually don't like orange, but it reminds me really of something else. Gummy bear. Maybe it was a gummy bear flavor. On their site, it describes citrus punch as naturally flavored with lemon, mango, pineapple, and blood orange yuzu. The drinks in the front include: Passion papaya ice green tea - It can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it is really bitter with a lot of tannins. 140 calories per 20 fluid ounces. It depends on how the store made it that day. Agave lemonade - It was pretty good. It almost tasted just like regular lemonade to me. 210 calories per 20 Ounces. They have the typical soda fountain drinks like Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Starry lemon lime, Mountain Dew. Starry lemon lime tastes like weak Sprite. Brisk ice tea raspberry, lime bubly, Dr Pepper. They also have coffee. The only unique coffee is the hazelnut coffee. They have decaf, light roast, and dark roast. There is a sugar syrup pump for you to add cane sugar. The food items are pretty much the same as in any Panera, but I feel the salad was prepared in this location especially well with extra care put on also the visual details. Unfortunate that this Panera is the one closest to me because it is probably the worst one I've been to. Beware that any app or online placed "Rapid" Pick Up order will be delayed significantly. I have stood there waiting at least 20-25 minutes for my order to be ready on multiple occasions. I obviously have not learned my lesson so joke's on me. If it says "your order will be ready at 5:00 pm," do not arrive any earlier than 5:30 pm or be prepared for disappointment. The customer service is AWOL. There is no service to be had. The service does not exist. Staff = not friendly. Also my order was wrong (which I of course discovered after I got home). I came for breakfast at 7:15 AM. I think the regulars probably know exactly what to do here but I didn't. I had to ask for everything. The young man who took my order, asked me if I wanted tomatoes on the avocado toast, which are shown in the photo on the poster. I said yes, and then I asked are they extra? Yes, he said. And when I received the avocado toast, there were no tomatoes, and I had to ask for them. Avocado toast is a very messy sandwich and they gave me a dirty knife and I had to go ask for a fork. Turkey Chili was on the menu. Brilliant! I envisioned ground Turkey meat chunks w/ beans in a thick tomato-y-based broth. This Turkey Chili was more like a soup w/ mostly vegetables - carrots, potatoes, corn, garbanzo & kidney beans. Not a fan of most of those + barely ANY turkey. It comes w/ half a baguette. So ya, not impressed w/ their Turkey Soup that's marketed as Turkey Chili. I thought - & this is a minuscule detail - that they served your meal w/ a mini cookie?! If I want lunch w/ sandwich/soup choices, I hit Wildflower. But before Wildflower, Panera was the place...I'll have to give it a go another time to try one of their sandwiches.. read more

I love the new menu items like the balsamic greens and grains salad and the new BLT.
