Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Panera happened today at this location. Came in with a group, the staff was overwhelmed and the manager, Leah, was copping an attitude w her staff AND customers. Placed a dine-in order through the app and sat down. At the promised time, my order was not ready and a few minutes after that I went to stand at the window just to make sure the timing on the app wasn't off. I've never witnessed someone like Leah in food service - so short and rude with customers. She also snapped at one of the workers and told them to "tell anyone placing orders it's going to be a 30 minute wait." There were 5 of us waiting at the window for our order and it was clear they weren't making them in sequence. For the few minutes I stood there, part of my order was ready (soup & sandwich) and by the time the second part of my order was ready I asked for the missing item (they weren't even checking orders for accuracy at that point) and we were missing a smoothie. I asked for the missing item, was told there wasn't one and once showing my receipt was told it'll be another 5 minutes. I'm not sure about you, but I don't think it should take 5 minutes to make a smoothie when there are 4 people working the line and one expediting and you're sending out an incomplete order. Summary - My order arrived more than 10 minutes after the promised ready time and it took another 5 minutes later for our drink (smoothie) to be made. Clearly this manager is unorganized, lacks leadership to guide her people, or just plain doesn't care about customer service. I hope the issue is for one of the first two reasons because if it's the third, then she's in the wrong business. My best advice is to steer clear of this location until a new manager takes over.

I am upping my rating of this Panera to 5 stars for a few reasons: I joined their "Sips Club" which is a great deal because I get free drinks including coffee, sodas, juices through July-great deal when you're in the hottest big city in the USA. Thanks Panera since I work outside and this is a great way to rehydrate. The other reason I'm bumping them up to five stars is their Mexican corn chowder was great(had to have 2nds)and so was their new tuna fish recipe sandwich.

This drive-thru Panera's is the successor of the old Paradise Bakery just a few feet away. Panera Bread was purchased by the German Reimann family a few years ago, through their JAB Holding company. They also owns Keurig, Peet's Coffee, Caribou, Krispy Kreme, Au Bon Pain, Einstein Bagel and much more. JAB has set about improving and expanding their brands, while making the consumer experience oh so much better for us. When I worked in Chandler, we had them cater our monthly meetings and it was always first rate. We've been to this location several times and found them very good too. Recently we had a late meeting and decided to order takeout from here. See photos of our meal. I really love their Steak and White Cheddar sandwich, as well as all their teas. The online system worked flawlessly and everything was ready when I arrived. If you use their App, it will keep track of all your purchases and allow you to earn rewards as well. As far as COVID protocols are concerned, all the employees are gloved and masked up, with hand sanitizers nearby with touch-less pickup provided. Expect to pay $10 to $15 each, including a drink and a bag of chips.

Super happy to have a Panera in Old town Scottsdale. This Panera is spacious and conveniently located-- I enjoy stopping by here, and they always have an up-to-date menu and offer good service. Pros: - Conveniently located: Super conveniently located near many hotels in Old Town scottsdale, and a stone's throw off of the main stretch, this Panera is convenient on foot and also offers parking. - Spacious layout: This Panera location offers lots of seating options, tables, booths etc. A good spot to meet up with friends, or to bring your computer and get some studying or work done. - Very quick service: Service is super quick here. I got my food quickly, and it was prepared accurately, as well! - Self-service options: I enjoy the fact that there are some self-service screens in this location-- giving you the option of either waiting in line and interacting with an employee, or self-serving. Just a heads-up that a couple of the machines seemed to be out of order when I was there, but no big deal because there were some unoccupied and functional machines as well. - Friendly staff: Staff here was super friendly and accommodating-- they answered my questions about the drinks with a smile and some helpful guidance. Other/ Cons: - Plates on tables: Not so much a reflection of the staff here, but of the patrons-- folks at this Panera do not seem to comprehend the concept of bringing your dirty plates up to the plate collection station after finishing eating. Folks will finish eating, and then leave their dirty plates on the table, forcing the Panera employees to do the cleanup-- this irks me and I feel bad for the Panera employees, who are likely stretched thin as it is-- they sometimes seem to be scrambling to keep up after folks who don't put their plates away.

I came here for my Birthday treat and decided to get a Cherry Cheese Brittany. It looked good and it sure was. It's like a nice crisp flakey croissant pastry filled with sweet cream cheese and pie filling type cherries. Yum. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have any real questions on this trip but nonetheless they did a great job funneling people through the drive thru lane amid Covid precautions still being in place.

I love that Panera makes it so easy to eat while relaxing or to eat and run. Today was more of an eat and run kind of day.... We used the app and we're in, out and on our way in a few minutes. The options are great. They add a few new choices seasonally and I can save my favorites (with any modifications) in my app. Panera just makes it so easy to get good food fast. This location seems a little smaller than most and it didn't seem to have as many baked goods, but I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Love their broccoli and cheese soup! They got a deal for pick 2 which you can do half sandwich and half soup. Also you get to pick your side, like chips or a baguette. Of course I'm gonna get a baguette! They give you a tracker and they will bring the food to you. They also have kiosks so you can order your own food. Also you can get points and get $2 coupons or so once in a while. Just sign up for their rewards program.

Panera Bread is a great restaurant for breakfast! They have savory and sweet breakfast and they serve it all day. Although for us, we usually get it as breakfast on the weekends. I have my favorite order, including their mango yogurt shake and one time they messed up. I called them about it and they were happy to fix it. We've been back over and over and haven't had a problem. The food always tastes good. We will for sure be back!

The croutons they gave me for my eight dollar bowl of soup. What a insult

They definitely have the worst salads. This is the third time I've ordered a Caesar salad and there is so much black and Wilted salad throughout the whole thing. What a disappointment tired of spending the money on crap. It's sad that a chain like this does not take pride in their food

I first heard about this place from a friend who lives in Tucson but didn't give much thought to it until I actually saw the restaurant a few months ago while I was at another store in the shopping center. After multiple visits, I can conclude that I enjoy more of their cold sandwiches than their grilled/hot ones. My top three picks in no particular order would be the Baggin's club, high Baggin's, and the chicken rojo. All are different in their own way, but what they do have in common is that they are jam packed with ingredients and bursting in flavor. I haven't tried all their soups and sides yet but from what I've tried so far, I would say the tomato basil bisque has been my favorite. It accompanies well with many sandwiches I've had. The only thing I didn't care for much from here were any of the sandwiches with chicken. Their chicken was a bit too dry for my preferences. So far, I've yet to have a bad experience here. The staff are always warm, friendly, and patient. They try to get your orders out in a timely manner, but they do get busy at times. I usually take my food to go but they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options if you want to dine in.

We have been meaning to try Sweet Paris for quite some time, though we never managed to make it there...until recently. We enjoyed the overall experience, the ambiance of the restaurant, the service, the food itself, and the promotions via the app. We certainly look forward to returning again in the future. When we arrived on a Sunday evening, there were very few customers in the restaurant and no wait to go right up to the register to place an order. We both placed our orders. My wife ordered a Truffled Caprese savory crepe consisting of mozzarella, basil infused cherry tomatoes, and truffle oil. I ordered a seasonal savory crepe in the Chicken Piccata consisting of grilled chicken, mozzarella, capers, parsley, and a bright lemon butter sauce. Both were served with a fresh side salad. We both tried each other's crepes and thought both crepes were absolutely delicious! The meal was topped off with great service as the manager and serving staff took turns checking on us over and over throughout the meal. The seating was plentiful with many options of where to sit. There was also a parking structure right near the restaurant. Sweet Paris is a French creperie and cafe in Scottsdale. The restaurant showcases elegant chandeliers, a chic Parisian interior, and the aroma of freshly made crepes from their open kitchen. It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. This location is open from 8 AM to 8 PM from Sunday through Thursday and then from 8 AM to 9 PM on Friday and Saturday. They serve sweet crepes, savory crepes, kids crepes, croffles, waffles, fresh bowls, breakfast crepes and eggs, soups, salads, paninis, hot drinks, milkshakes, signature drinks, and more. Visit their website at https://www.sweetparis.com to order online, view locations, to see the menu, to cater for a special event. Download the app and join the reward program to order ahead of pickup, collect whisks for rewards, get the inside scoop, and get a special birthday bonus. I had been saving my rewards for some time and ended up with two free crepes (one being for my recent birthday). I found you could make two orders to use two free crepe rewards. I certainly enjoyed this experience and will be back. I recommend it to anyone enjoying Parisian food, especially crepes. While the price is higher than I would have expected, it is easy to earn a rewards to offset the cost.

I had no idea they were open that late! What a charming place. It wasn't very busy, which I'm assuming was because it was dinner time and perhaps not everyone realizes they are open that late. The menu offers so many options that it was honestly hard to decide, everything looked delicious. Since it was dinner, we chose savory crêpes, but the sweet crêpes looked fantastic, and the breakfast crêpes (served until 3pm) look great too! I ordered the Nordic Crêpe, filled with smoked salmon, dill sour cream, capers, scallions, pickled red onions, and lemon. It was served with a side salad of baby greens. I enjoyed it and thought the flavors worked well together. I would have liked a little more filling, but overall it was a good meal, and I especially enjoyed the fresh side salad. My daughter ordered the Truffled Caprese Crêpe with mozzarella, basil, cherry tomatoes, and truffle oil. Hers was absolutely delicious, and I would definitely order that one myself next time. My friend chose the Cali Truffle Crêpe, which came with turkey, mozzarella, bacon, truffle oil, basil, cherry tomatoes, and spring mix. She ordered the avocado and jalapeños it comes with on the side. She had mixed feelings about it. The bacon seemed to overpower the other flavors, and she didn't get much of the truffle taste she was expecting. For drinks, my daughter had the Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte and loved it. I ordered the Spritz à Paris, made with Prosecco, orange bitters, and sparkling water. It was light, refreshing, and paired nicely with dinner. I loved the beautiful chandeliers and the overall atmosphere of the space. They also have an outdoor patio that would be nice during the fall and winter months when the weather is cooler. We had a lovely experience and will definitely be back. Next time, I want to try the breakfast menu and one of the sweet crêpes. I also have my eye on their frozen mimosa!

We're in Scottsdale, not a micro-portion tasting menu in Paris. Feed us, ChopShop! The real plot twist of the meal was the BBQ potato chips. I thought they were absolute perfection. At this one, the mural is awesome -- it pays homage to vehicles from past television shows. (See how many you recognize! I laughed pretty hard at Thomas the Tank Engine since I watched that with my kids.) I am on a quest to try every sandwich from the Cheba Hut menu and I have worked my way through most of the main menu. I am mostly finishing up the vegetarian section before hitting the grilled cheese. (Peanut butter and honey on wheat is great, BTW!) I mention this because there is a "Secret Stash" menu and this shop features the "Bikini Bottom." When I ordered it, the cashier got excited because, "nobody orders that one!" Apparently, I am that guy. The Bikini Bottom: cream cheese, turkey, onions, pineapple, strawberry jelly, provolone, and bacon. I had it on the Parmesan herb bread with the jalapeño cream cheese option and it was quite tasty. I don't know what is wrong with people :D It is too bad that this location is so far from where I live, but it is nice to know that it is here for when I am far from home and need a "toasted" sandwich. Oh, don't forget the Kool-Aid! (Grape, Blue and Red)
